An Explanation

The multiverse, which is probably more aptly named as the "metaverse", is the fluid realm that encompasses everything that is the epitome of freeform roleplay. In this world, everything is tied together, and yet nothing is related at all. If events conflict in the multiverse, they can both simultaneously exist in the history of the world, and yet for characters, they can exist only as one event.

For those of you who are from AnimeMetro.com or GWC, you will note that this is most akin to the "Fighter's Corner".

Everything that happens in the multiverse adds to the world, a storyline that weaves itself following the track of an infinite number of characters and dramatic events.

In the case of RPGateway, this forum serves as a bulletin board, a place to post announcements, to perhaps post summaries of events that transpire in chat, over messengers...

Today marked the creation of a new club.

Remy LeBeau, owner of Gambit's Bar and the Bunny House next door to the bar has leased the Bunny House to new management. Henceforth, the Bunny House will be no more and replaced by a new hostess bar. The name will be changed to Club Omanko. Come on in for a good time.

Not that either of these posts are at all on topic - but be sure to edit the Multiverse Map appropriately, and create a thread for Omanko.
