I've found out that the guitar that's been siting in the corner of my basement, staring me in the face for 12 years is actually quite a gem. So I'm learning to play just because it seems a shame that something like that should go to waste.

Today I got an additional 1600 dollars for college from the financial aid office. I think that would make anyone's day, specially since I already finished paying the school what I owed them, so I'll just recieve a really nice big check in a few months.

I just read a really good book and gave it to my mom's best friend's kid who is fourteen and he loves it. We sit there and babble like retards and talk about the book up to where he's read.

And then she-
-yeah it was so cool! But do you think?-
-nonononono Really just wait till the-
-GAH don't tell me? ...What happens?!?-
-do you want me to?-
-nononono but when she- that was so good, and he is going to and they are-
-yeahyeahyeah! >Insert ridiculous gigglefits<

My best friend gave me a lecture about eating healthy and how when I move in with her we are only ever going to eat Vegetarian and strictly healthy meals...but today, she came home from the store with a half gallon of Moosetracks! (Which is the best ice cream ever) and I ate a WHOLE LOT of it.

And I was staring at my feet while I was walking/running which made me run into a tree really hard and I fell over and it hurt really bad. I was so knocked out of wind that I stayed on the ground and spent almost an hour looking at the pretty tree and it's branches and the world around me and noticing things I had never seen because I was always running around with my eyes pointed down so I don't trip! Turns out, I shouldn't do that, because tripping is one of the best things that can happen to you, and by avoiding it, your avoiding the world!

And that was the things that made my day today! (I am WAY easily entertained)
The apple falls far from the tree
she's rotten and so beautiful
I'd like to keep her here with me
and tell her that she's beautiful
She takes the pills to fall asleep
and dreams that she's invisible
Too many dreams she stays awake
recalls when she was capable...

That's nice, Rogue.

I was on my way home from my university, damning my luck and my room mate(Such an annoyance the boy), when this little kitten - brown stripes and snow white - began following me. It was the cutest thing I've ever seen =3 I sat down near the roadside and it leapt beside me, sitting its little rump down next to me. It jumped onto my lap and, kinda, slept. IT WAS SO CUTE! I wanted to take it back home and cuddle it so much, but I couldn't.

That made my day. I think it would make anyone's day better.

Did I mention I missed two buses because of the kitten? It was worth every second <3

I found issues 1 and 2 of the Invincible Ultamite Colection in my library yesterday. I'm already re-reading those bad boys!
"Everybody has a secret world inside of them. All of the people of the world, I mean everybody. No matter how dull and boring they are on the outside, inside them they've all got unimaginable, magnificent, wonderful, stupid, amazing worlds. Not just one world. Hundreds of them. Thousands maybe." - Neil Gaiman

I picked up a manga this morning that I could NOT stop reading. It's called "In the Light" or "Within he Light" or something like that. It's about a mother who discovers her child is autistic. It's a heartbreaking but inspiring story about a problem that pays no mind to international borders. It is a very well written story, and beautifully drawn, and apparently was made into a movie or TV show in Japan that won numerous awards.

I was nearly late to work because I didn't want to stop reading to get out of the bath tub this morning. :)

Two things:

First of all my birthday is Saturday the 23rd, so I got to open some presents yesterday and I got two books from the 'Twilight' series. That made me happy.

Second of all. I was up at the stables I ride at and I got to canter a lot today! I mean, I am allowed to jump on the horse, but still it is the little things. And the horses I rode today really kept up the canter, which made me really happy. And I've started working on leads. (For those who want to know what I mean by lead but are to lazy to look it up, or just can't figure it out here is what I mean:

'Definition: A canter, or lope is a three beat gait. The footfall pattern when circling to the right should be left hind, right hindleg, left fore (almost at the same time), right foreleg . When circling right, the right legs will be reaching further forward. As these legs contact the ground they push the horse forward and there is a moment of suspension.

On a right lead the right foreleg reaches further than the left. This is called a 'right lead'. The left lead is mirror to the right lead. On a left circle the left legs will reach forward further. The lead is easiest to see by watching the forelegs.

It is desirable to have the horse on the correct lead for the circle as this helps with balance. Riding a circle on the wrong lead intentionally is called a 'counter canter'.
Pronunciation: l ee d
Examples: The horse lost its balance and stumbled in the barrel race because it was on the wrong lead.'~ From http://horses.about.com/od/glossaryofho ... /leads.htm

Edited: Although someone just stepped on my toe and now my toe really hurts.

Beating the living crud out of my friends in CoD4, XIII and CounterStrike made my day today. And also the fact that I had nearly nothing to study today.

Fill the world with insanity. Because sanity is for the weak
A saying I just made up today.

Awesome movies. Most recently seen: Deathrace. FUCKING INTENSE.

Kyo, you reminded me of something. "Have you ever tried going crazy without power? Its boring, nobody listens to you."

Also, can we use this for things that really steam us? Like the fact that school starts on Monday.

If you mean steam up as in "I HATE MY LIFE", then the answer is no. If you wish to vent your anger go here --> rage-anger-venting-general-thread-t8682-20.html

Just because I fell happy today, here's another one: I just confirmed the laptop I am about to buy, and it is awesome. BOOYAH!

I was digging through my fiance's freezer in a desperate attempt to find an Italian ice thingor that his mom buys at the store. The box was gone, but I was hoping one might have fallen out and gone missing. I was all sad when I stood up after not seeing one. I glanced down on more time and saw the label just BARELY peeking out from under a bag of vegetables. There was one left, and it was watermelon flavored! My favorite!

I have no commitments. None. And, I have an excellent idea for a superhero RP, and I'm going to post it.
Dance forever with the devil on a cold cell block
But that's what happens when you rape, murder and sell rock
Devils used to be gods, angels that fell from the top

I made plans to bake all Sunday, which makes me very happy. Especially since one of my best friends will be coming, and he doesn't usually bake with these friends, just the two of us alone when I bake with him.
