Flourishing Republic

Tips: 0.00 INK Postby Zhelir Darkfall on Fri Mar 24, 2006 9:43 pm

Righto. So, some cockbite took my FreeWebs site for this, but that's cool. Instead, Flourishing Republic is going to be a free world, like the AC Universe on GWing. I'm only going to give a brief outline of the story; it's up to the players to fill in the blanks.

The Time Period: 500 Years Pre-Clone Wars.

The State of the Galaxy: The only current major threat to the galaxy is the presence of the Sith, of which the Jedi are working frantically to eradicate.

A Note: This is an Alternate Universe to Star Wars. If players want events to lead up to the Clone Wars, then they can, but if not, then they won't. Someone could blow up Coruscant 200 years before the first movie, if it was reasonable to Roleplay.

As well, players are welcome to invent their own threats to the galaxies. A rogue military faction, a newly discovered alien race trying to wipe out another race, whatever.

The final note is this: No player may be a Sith Lord or Jedi Knight/Master off the go. Padawans and Apprentices are welcome, but must undergo a good long trial period before advancing. More details on becoming a Knight/Master will be posted when the RP is underway.

Profiles: A profile should be posted in the OOC "Joining" section. Something like this:

Main Job/Sub Job:
History (Optional, required for Jedi/Sith):

YIM (Optional):

Name: Neam Hl'Tykra
Race: Human, Roonian
Age: 25
Physical Description: He's a short man, 5'5'' tall, with dark hair and seemingly hollow eyes. His lower jaw is replaced by a cybernetic voice box, which looks quite gruesome, so he keeps covered with a black shawl at all times. A faint scar of an 'X' can be seen on his forehead. He's fond of wearing formal Roonian dress robes.
Main Job/Sub Job: Head and founder of the Nar Shadaan based Etherband Order, a stable of diplomatically inclined assassins.
History: Born and raised poor on the secluded planet of Roon, Neam was trained in the secret ways of the Etherband, a group of assassins who control the politics of Roon behind the scenes. The head of the Etherband sent Neam to Nar Shadaa to start a new sect of the Etherband there. During an encounter in Pzob, he had his lower jaw cruelly ripped off of his head by a Pzobian monkey-lizard and had it replaced with a cybernetic voice box.
