▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

A massive creature, its sprawling body spanning a length of a small fortress, excluding its bulky, tumorous tail; although its stooped posture makes it half the size in height. A single limb from the Nidhogg is larger than a full-grown orc. They cause massive quakes when they burrow underground, and have a penchant for feasting on minerals and living flesh. Also known as a bog drake, it seemed to be part salamander and part toad, and had an extra hand-like appendage at the end of its tail. Its body is covered in protruding boils, and its limbs eerily seem to bend and break without consequence. Its mighty tail, while thick and unwieldy, is prehensile, and the creature possesses the ability to climb walls with dangerous precision. Its skin is soft and slimy to the touch, but that same slippery nature makes it resistant to most bladed weaponry.

Nidhogg are generally found underground in the elven territories, but are uncommon, as the elves take care to try to exterminate its destructive kin on sight. Cavaliers emphasized hunting females in particular to keep a stable breeding population. This beast, somehow clever enough to have evaded detection, has taken decades to fully mature, and is suspected to be older than even the elven infiltrator Adriel. It may not look it, but the Nidhogg is technically classified as one of the varied Drake species. Perhaps if left to grow further, it may undergo a metamorphosis...?

Smaller variants of the great beast that have broken free of their eggs. They take only a few moments to learn perfect near maneuverability and become aware of their surroundings, due to their long incubation period. Each one is nowhere near the size of its mother, with the largest of hatchlings about the size of a pony. Their small claws do not yet allow them to burrow underground or climb walls, and it will take some time before they begin producing mucous on their own.

They are, however, infinitely more vicious than their guardian, as well as faster and hungrier.

Image"Celestine Gardiner; at your service for the time being."

[B A S I C S]
Nicknames: Cell, actually referencing her assigned job of interviewing and recruiting inmates. Generally though, she goes by Celeste.
Gender: Female.
Age: Older than you, rude boy.
Race: Elven.
Origin: Rielorn.
Voice: Pleasantly stern, like an older nun.
Class: Infiltrator.
Magical Affinity: None.

[D E S C R I P T I O N]
Height: 5'9".
Build: Lithe.
Weight: 120 lbs.
Body Markings: Her tattoos are hidden away, allotting only the smallest glimpses with each wrinkle and pull of her clothing.
Moral Alignment Lawful Egocentric.

Celeste has light hair and an evenly beige skin tone, with nary a hint of girlish blushing to be found. Her fair, angelic features are deftly offset by that permanent scowl. She holds herself straight as an arrow, and has little patience for irrelevance. Rarely amused, her attitude is huffing, impatient, and absolutely no-nonsense. She is graceful as a bird, and an evident perfectionist in all that she does. However, her keen eyes find it more important to never do more than is necessary. At the same time, she enjoys keeping busy more than anything else, always on the go and always with an assignment. Many have wondered if she even sleeps. She is motivated not by fame, but the satisfaction of a job well done. Romance? Ain't nobody got time for that, though she can admit as easily as any woman that the chase is flattering.
She dons light armor with colors to match foliage and bark, with arm guards, leg guards, and silver shoulder pauldrons. It is apparent that she emphasizes stealth above all else, and would sooner flee to shoot deadly arrows from afar than engage in single combat. In fact, her preferred method of assassination is firing poison arrows at her targets from a distant, untraceable point in the map. One shot. One casualty. No mess.

[L I K E S]
    • Her ridiculous work ethic.
    • Civil discussions.
    • Orcish artwork.
    • Words of thanks.
[D I S L I K E S]
    • Disregard for human life.
    • Bullshit.
    • Lemons.
    • Whining.

[S O C I A L | R A N K]
Decently high, although she's begun to smell like confinement. She's not a well known infiltrator, but she prides herself in being one of the most efficient ones on the roster. She is the one assigned tasks when the Watchers want it done cleanly, correctly, and perfectly, without the frills and public statements.

[F R I E N D S H I P S]
{ -100 | 0 | +100 }

    | Higoht Ezengbo | [ 20 ]
She respects the orc for everything he's been through, and will follow orders to the letter. Hopefully he doesn't take too much advantage of this, however; her loyalty to the Watchers will ultimately come first. If she weren't three times his age, and a bit more into the green scene, she might consider him as a romantic partner if only to spite Adriel and have a full-bellied laugh as he throws a tantrum over it.

    | Adriel Nisaan | [ 0 ]
Ah, Adriel. Her opinion of him has wavered like a tuning fork that's finally come to a standstill. However, she does find a small ounce of entertainment in inadvertently pissing him off. Adriel ranting off and hating the world oddly puts her in a good mood. Overall, she considers him childish, but does not deny that he has talent in what he does. She has nothing but well wishes in regards to him earning the title of Second.

    | Kiske Kirill | [ 5 ]
His very existence is a bit much even for someone such as herself, but she forgives him. He's just a silly human, after all, she was always taught that you had to exercise a particular patience with humans. She rather felt like he was looking down on her though, which was off-putting, but she had a theory that it was only because he was so tall for his race.

    | Everyone Else| [ 50 ]
She looks forward to meeting you all someday. c:

[O P I N I O N S]
  • Humans: Silly and trying, but ultimately good. She wouldn't have voluntarily trounced across their prisons if she hated them like a certain someone we all know.
  • Elves: Rightfully proud, as long as they act worthy of it. She does not appreciate elves who sit on their asses all day, but she gets along very well with active soldiers and people who simply do their jobs.
  • Orcs: Interesting and foreign. She doesn't know much about them, but she's recently taken it upon herself to try to learn about their culture. As such, she can sometimes come across as a bit of an orc weaboo when actually conversing with one.
