Hey! I've been searching for a dedicated, well-presented roleplaying board for quite some time now, and was very grateful when I today found RolePlay Gateway! Is there anything I should know / do before starting, or is it possible to just jump right in by posting in an active thread? Thanks!

Well, first and foremost, welcome to RPGateway, Lyro. We're very happy to have you here. ^^

Now that little part out of the way, preparations and stuff usually just depend on the individual roleplay. There are a lot of choices out there, and some require some profile-making and knowledge of the setup and all that and others you can just jump right into. Look around, talk to people, ask some things, and generally just have a good time. We're all nice happy people. =)

Oh, and by the way, if you ever have any questions or experience any problems or issues at all, don't be afraid to ask about it.
