Hi! Iâ€™m not new to the Online Role Playing World (Goodness, Iâ€™ve run and participated in so many forums that I canâ€™t even remember them at the moment). However, I am rather new to GWing. In fact, if it wasnâ€™t for a Role Playing Timeline, and my natural curiosity driving my hand, I would have never been introduced to this wondrous place!

So, Iâ€™ve gone from forums that donâ€™t support powers at all, to ones where divine and super-powered beings were canon. I want to introduce my character but, by the same token, I donâ€™t want to make a Mary Sue. Iâ€™m used to fighting rather over-powered characters and, honestly, I donâ€™t expect to find that here.

Sadly, Iâ€™m a victim of conditioning, and donâ€™t know how to fix my character up. I was wondering that, if I were to put my character sheet up, if anyone that has problems with it (such as the level of his power or the scope of his ability), then by all means, PM me and we can figure something out!

Speaking of that timeline, I think it's a bit outdated, and I should probably go by and update it a bit.

Welcome to the site. I am sure you will find something that you can get involved in. I have had a look at your character but I play different games to you so can offer very little advice, all right no advice if you insist. Hopefully one of the others will be able to look over it and give you pointers.

Well, with a tiny little bit of character-profile-tempering (To make sense within the world setting), you could join us in Ghalerion over in the fantasy forums (Actually just re-opened it literally last night after months of hiatus, so this would be prime-time to join). I think you'd fit in right well there. It's got a nice history and setup (A bit extensive at times, but that's just for the ones that are interested in knowing all about it) and is just itching to get some new members in there.

Try setting the sig and avatar again. We were having problems with those until just a day or two ago (My avatar just finally started working), so they're more likely to work now. If they don't after that, shoot me a PM and I'll try and get it worked out.

As far as credits go, for now they really do nothing, but in the future they're going to have a lot of different uses, at least from what Eric has been tellin' us. Some of which just might include cool free RPGateway stuff. >_>
