Horror/Supernatural Contagion

I haven't been on this site for a while, so I'm just throwing out a lure here [this is a second account, I cannot access my original due to password recovery issues].

I only recently saw the 1985 and 1986 movies Demons and Demons 2. I was always a huge zombie fan, and while not zombies, it follows some similar tropes but has enough differences to be refreshing versus potential fatigue of The Walking Dead for some folks.

For those unfamiliar, in the first movie there is a mysterious stranger handing out tickets to a movie at the theater. All the occupants get supernaturally trapped inside as one person gets infected by a cut, transforming into a bloodthirsty creature with sharp teeth and claws. People start to struggle to barricade themselves and fight back to escape the nightmare somehow. [The Evil Dead takes these kind of creatures to the next level, as they don't really talk in these movies] Getting scratched/bit period spells someones doom, so the body count would be quite high.

I'm also currently reading a fantastic horror story inspired by these works called Pandemonium by Ryan Harding and Lucas Mangum.

I was interested in a contained story [to start at least] with some sort of location limitations. The project could somehow extend or have a sequel, but I know from my experience that many projects went inactive, so I like to approach something new with a potential end in sight. There's nothing wrong with having an eye for the finish line!
