Raven sighed and nodded her head still blushing she left her hood up. She lowered her hood when she thought she had stopped then looked at Zuko. "Who's the avatar?" She said leaning against him a bit she couldn't believe how drained she felt. She looked down at the small geomatric patterns they were glowing faintly on her hand. She knew what they symbolized and she bit her lip as she traced them with her finger.

Zuko stared at the ground knowing his past with the avatar was far more dark than he liked.

"Ok. In my world. Benders control the elements. Each element being Fire, Water, Air, and Earth. My country started a war for conquest... More like my father did."

Knowing he sounded like a murderous tyrant as well he tried his best to turn away from the fact he also was fighting and killing along side his father's men.

"My father needed to destroy the new Avatar that was to show up among the Air nomads. The fire armies raided and destroyed everything and everyone, but no Avatar had been found."

Realizing he had not described the answer she was seeking, Zuko sighed and shook the story off his mind, "Simply put and to bypass worthless stories, The avatar unlike other benders can learn to control every single of the elements. Making him very powerful."

Sighing Zuko turned his head, "I've been searching for him for nearly two years now..."

Raven shrugged her shoulders slightly when he spoke about his fathe he couldn't be any worse than her own father the overlord of Hell. "So your father killed a whole race of people because he was afraid of losing his war to the new avatar?" she frowned slightly and looked down tracing the patterns on her hand almost as if she was trying to will them away. "Why are you looking for the avatar?" she asked now. She saw and felt his pain when he spoke about his father so she tried to steer away from that subject. Raven knew what it like not apriciating your fathers action but not being able to stand against him. She tentively laid her head in his shoulder hoping he wouldn't push her away.

((Yeah maybe we need too bring other characters in))

Zuko again sighed, "The avatar is what my father searches for so earnestly. I must bring the Avatar to him. I must redeem myself."

His eyes shot up and his head jerked to look off in the distance.

"What the hell is that!"

His arm ignited as he prepared for whatever the light that shot in their direction was. The beacon flashed green and red dots and it grew closer and closer.

Soon it was right in front of them, nearly a few hundred feet and it hovered. Some type of machine from what Zuko could tell.

"Get ready.."

A voice boomed from the craft and it sounded like a gruff and rude voice, "Who are you? Identify yourselves or your under arrest!"

When Raven heard the crash her eyes darkened to a black color and swirls of dark mist surrounded her hands. She stood up tentatively and pressed a hand to the wall steadying herself."what was that?" she frowned slightly at the light that was getting closer and closer. When she saw it was someones hovercraft she bit her lip "Great! Police just what i need" she said under her breath. She looked up at where the voice was coming from "Why don't you show yourself first" she said

With a roar the ship landed. The ship's large beam lights ignited, flooding the area with a bright shine. The large bubble of a cockpit broke it's seal with a rush of air. A figure jumped out and landed in front of them. A large blaster pistol drawn.

"Stand down!"

Zuko hated being pushed. With that said a large fire ball released it'self from his hand and rocketed to the shadowed figure. With a quick metallic flash and a roaring explosion smoke now engulfed the area.

"Damned fool..."

The smoke couldn't mask something shining through. A bright light in the shape of a ball flickered. Then Zuko saw it. Some how this man was protected by a ball of light.

"What!"

The figure stood up and the bright ball of light dispersed unveiling the man to sight for the first time, "Like I said, Your under arrest under the jurisdiction of the Galatic Frigate, Star Fox. I am it's Captain, Fox McCloud."

Two ships identical his hovered now above them, search lights beamed on the two.

"Come quietly. Some one has to account for the security breach that you two are obviously responsible for."

Raven frowned now looking at the officer Zuko's fire bending had been diverted by whatever technology this man had. She stopped leaning on the wall after a moment her eyes turning black as she took a step towards him
“Were not going anywhere we choose not to” she said in a soft menacing tone as she raised her hands up in the air, encompassing the other two ships in a black haze she thrust her hands downs and the ships came down to the ground with a crash.
Raven grinned when the man looked at her awestruck and mouth agape. Then she made a slight movement with her hand and instantly the gun he was holding flew into her hand.
“Now we’ll come with you, now that you know it wasn’t by your own force but our choice” she said as the gun in her hand disintegrated into black dust. As the black haze around the ships disappeared Raven’s eyes returned to purple and she let out a tired sigh. She held out a hand to Zuko now “Come on we have to figure out where we are”

Fox's eyes changed from surprise to business.

"First off, You need to answer some questions."

Zuko sighed, "What is it?"

"Your powers and abilities are unknown to us and also you just damaged two of our fighters."

A noise appeared and the static cleared. It came from Fox's head piece, "Fox. Were able to fly, but the outward shields and armor are pretty banged up. We can make it to the ship."

Zuko laughed slightly to himself and then walked to the man, "Listen. We have no idea where we are. What is this place?"

The sun began rising over the eastern horizon and with it's cue, Fox spoke, "You are on a resource planet for the Corneria forces in this outer system. Question is how did you get here if you don't know of this place."

Zuko was more than surprised. First of all he wasn't on his own planet. Let alone he never thought it was possible to travel to others.

Raven let out a sigh as the men spoke about the ships being damaged "Pu-lease" she said drawing out the word exasperatedly the mist appered around the ships again and the dents in their hulls popped out and the cracks mended. Her eyes again faded back to purple but this time Raven didn't find it as easy she took a step back leaning against Zuko slightly. Raven sighed now they were near Starfire’s home, her planet was in this galaxy they had to deal with the Conerian often. What she didn’t know was why she could portal out of here.

Fox shook his head sightly at the damage being repaired, "Whatever you are. If everything turns out fine I'm sure you could get a spot on the crew as a full-time mechanic!"

His voice was sarcastic knowing she wouldn't be interested, "Listen. Maybe we got off on the wrong foot, but that still doesn't explain or make up for the fact your on private territory and no one can account for you."

Pulling a spare blaster from his ship he holstered it and sighed as he turned to them, "What are you both doing here is the question that only you can answer."

Zuko turned his back and rubbed his wrists, "I failed to bend lighting... again. Some how the shock and blast shot me here. Don't ask me how because I'm still working it out too."

Raven rolled her eyes at Fox "Oh yes I do believe it does" she said disdainfully as she watched him closely taking care to make sure he put away his weapon. She looked at Zuko and heard the pain of his small failure in his voice. Raven sighed and traced the angry red patterns on her hands again "I got angry at my team and was trying to transport to another dimension but somehow got caught in between." she frowned now as she thought about her home and her friends. "I have to get out of here" she mumbled to herself as she saw the patterns on her hands pulse and get a little brighter. She crossed her arms and tucked her hands now.

Fox frowned and shook his head, "As strange as it sounds. The power that both of you have shown makes it sounds possible that it could have happened."

Turning he pressed a few places on a lit up holo-consol which began to glow then dimmed.

Not a minute later a shuttle landed next the group and the two fighters raised into the air as if in response. The shuttle's door opened reveling a expansive inside with a row of seats lining the walls.

"Get in. It'll take you to my flagship. We can talk about whats happening and maybe find a way or some one who can help you two back to wherever you came from."

Zuko sighed and shrugged knowing it was better than any plan he could figure in the current situation.

"Come on, Raven. Lets see if we can find any leads..."

Stepping on board he sat down on one of the seats.

Raven frowned slightly at Fox and rolled her eyes "I doubt it" she said softly as she looked up at the starless sky. When Zuko spoke she turned her head back to look at him already in the ship she smiled weaky at him and climbed into the ship "Well what other choice do I have?" she asked in an almost joke as she plopped down next to him on the seat. Her smile faded as her gaze landed on her now exposed an glowing hands and she quickly tucked them under her cloak hoping Zuko didn't notice or say anything she honestly didn't feel like explaining her own dark past even thought she was almost positive he would understand her -unlike her own team.

Zuke leaned back on the seat as the doors shut. He was bracing himself mentally for the flight because other than Appa he had never flown.

"So... Raven."

His eyes closed and a small smirk twitched onto his scarred face, "What have you been hiding from me all this time? Im a trained warrior. I notice things."

He realized she may be self conscious about whatever it was so he let out a breath and spoke in a softer tone, "Whatever it is I've seen it."

His eyes remained shut as to calm himself for the ride and also just to seem tough. It wasn't intentional, just how his personality dictates him.

Raven raised her eyebrows at him when he spoke and also when he felt his aprehension toward flying. Raven sighed and lifted her hand up to his face and traced a finger across his scar "I told you, your not the only one with an abusive father" she pulled up her sleeve and brushed a hand across the glowing red swirls. "My father is just a little worse than yours" she sighed slightly "He's slaughtered and killed entire planets of people not just one race ." she frowned now as she traced the patterns blossoming across her leg "Your father scarred you for life, mine also did so but mine will also kill me one day so that he can live" she looked at him now her eyes tormented "My father is the overlord of hell..."

Zuko coughed almost sarcastically to make his situation less awkward, "Well. Damn."

That's all his mind could muster. He knew it wasn't the most polite thing to say, but the thought of being polite and this girl just mixed as well as fire oil and stream water. His mind still felt sorry for her. He knew at least what it's like in a way.

"Well I guess the old saying is true, Similarities attract" Something about that saying sounded wrong. He had said it wrong, but he can't change it now without her obviously seeing he was an idiot trying to sound intelligent for her. Hell, she most likely knows already.

((Its ok no worries im sorry for not posting too college finals and stuff you know this month has been crazy for me))

Raven smiled weekly at him and shooked her head slightly then she sighed and looked down at her lap again "You see how the patterns constantly glow?" she said as she slid her hand tentively under his hoping he wouldn't jerk away "Feel how they're almost warmer than the skin surrounding them?" Raven looked at him now "My time is coming, they only used to do this when I got angry but now... It's all the time. My powers, using them constanly weakening me, it's all a prelude to whats coming. That's why I need to get to Azrath my world will be safe from me if I let the monks kill me..." She shrugged her shoulders and let out a cynical laugh "They've wanted to since I was born so I suppose it's all fitting"

Zuko was a bit taken back by all of this. How could something so terrible happen to someone. Of course he realized it wasn't really out of place considering her title. Trying to break the tension he spoke in a laugh,

"So there isn't any other way to get around you dying?"

He hoped she would say that there was. For what reason he didn't know. He had just met this girl. Her life didn't effect him directly, and neither did her agenda. Why did he care even in the slightest?

Raven shrugged her shoulders slightly "My...Father... is going to use me as a portal, his way out of the underworld" she frowned as she shook her head slightly "Then as his puppet, his weapon of destruction" her voice was angry and soft "Azrathian legend fortells he can only be stopped by me...but only after I discover my fourth emotion" she smiled weakly now " Sadness, Happiness, Anger, these are the ones I've learned to control so far but never... love" she let out a funny laugh "I thought I was in love once but he was just using me" Raven looked up at Zuko and pulled her hand away from his and clutchher fist to her chest "I promised myself I'd never let that happen again that's why I'm just going to Azrath and letting them sacrafice me"
