Thanks for the advice Andy, but I've been tryin Mentos or whatever their called. I fuckin love the things and I go through a pack a day now at the very least, its actually become more expensive than smoking hah! But my breath is always minty fresh. The cravings are officially gone! I can stand beside someone and want one, but I don't freak out anymore and I know that I can go without them!
