Alright. The setting shall be an open arena, containing every type of known element giving nobody the upper hand if magick is used.))

A man in a black coat would begin to enter this arena. His coat covering from his neck down, just like the coat Cloud wore.
On his left shoulder, there was a metal lions head. Under this coat, there was a black shirt and a pair of black cargo pants. On his back there was two swords, each of different personalities.

Calibur reached his mark in the arena, where he would remove his shirt, showing a upper-body made of complete titanium. His deep ocean blue eye's looked about for his opponent as he grasped the handle of his Black Rose Blade, removing it from the sheath on his back, and holding it in his right hand. He kept the point on the ground as he whispered, "Come out and play."

Taking the short step required to place his form into the realm of this eloquently written arena, Master's weathered form placed itself into the equation. Master was a denominator of irrational indivisibility, having withstood the honed thrusts of metaphorical sine waves for an undefined variable of proportionate time. His eyes still held the red cores, as brightly crimson as they had always been, accentuated by the fiery red of his exposed hair.

He had no weapons about his relaxed raiment, a statistical anomaly among the present company. Instead, his general disarmament was offset by the complete lack of prowess displayed in his ancient figure. Master appeared to be weary, he appeared to be tired. It would be anyone's guess that this figure would not have been prepared for battle. Never one to be judged, Master took the extra step to place his right foot along side his left. This placed his position just inside of the arena as he let his hands fold softly within one another in the small of his own back.

"Indeed."

"Time to begin."

Calibur stood there, laughing slightly as he placed his sword back in his sheath. Soon, a black lightning would be formed in his right palm, circulating it. His blue eye's kept focused on Remaeus, not doubting this man.

"You know what black lightning does after it has been shot out of a titanium body?"

Calibur sat there for moments, just gathering this black lightning.

Master stood his ground, not making any particular motions to engage his opponent. Instead, his mind focused upon his very existence. He pooled his energy into readying his body for combat, making it as if he were stoically concerned with this match. His optic lock was balanced by the rich blue of Calibur's eyes, making for an interesting mathematical problem.

"Potentially."

Calibur set no motion for a moment and then pulled right fist back quckly and sent his left one forward, releasing a blast of black lightning aiming not for Remaeus, but around him.

Calibur would do this five times, pulling and releasing his arms in and out, throwing blasts of lightning.

"Tsh.."

The small lightning blasts would collide into the ground, forming little explosions like grenades, but sent electricity through the air, which would most likely give Remeaus a quick shock of lightning if this was to work.

Potential was the key here, and when speaking in terms of electricity, this lock's pins weren't moved in the slightest due to the complete lack of potential difference between the ground and the figure under assault. Master felt the shocks slam into his body, but held his ground as they sought the path of least resistance to their equivalent end. Consequently, these electric charges ruffled across his flesh, singing little more than the hair upon his arms due to the resistance provided against the electricity, thusly converting it into heat before what was left of the charges sunk into the earth below.

Master clenched his teeth in a discrete manner, placing his inwardly focused energy into motion. This energy was provided, driving itself into the ground to follow the current, pushing its distributive identity into motion. The earth about him rippled slightly; whether it was the electricity or not remained to be judged by the metaphysical computer of this equation. Master had previously shown little sign of energy manipulation, and so it would have likely been concluded that the wave of energy dispersing outward about the terrain below was a shockwave from the diverted electrical attack. Little was it known, said Pythagoras.

Calibur made no jester of a victory in that hit, but would charge up his hands once again, filling them with black lightning. This time, he would do it a bit more stronger.

His energy was a calm, focused manner. He never got angry or sad. He would keep all motion solid. The electricty flowed through his body like it was nothing.

The clothing that Calibur wore would ripple a bit at this, as he could feel the energy level increasing a bit.

"I know your up to something. I'm just not sure."

The longitudinal portion of the subsequent wave that was now placed at its destination connected with his foe - allowing the transversally compressed terrain to cause the summed damage that was intended as it impacted Calibur's legs with a force that would render a calcium deposit shattered and broken. These Rayleigh surface waves had the factorial tangent typical of most surface waves, and further acted to debase Calibur's form, lifting him above the trough that followed the initial wave. In all possible solutions, placing Calibur in an unbalanced state was the focused result of this function.

Master, still idling at his previous position, had little more to do than to devote a touch more of his focus to accommodating the increased charge forced upon him by this new attack. The potential difference was even less, now - the vacuum of density below him served to compensate for the greater voltage. The kilojoules of energy flowed across the surface of his body, again doing little to go through the areas of his body where the resistance was greater. He, using his element, was grounded, giving the energy a better place to go than through his body.

Calibur stood there for a moment and in an instance, his form was thrown off, causing him to loose a bit of energy. But before he would completely loose it at, he shot the blast of lightning at Rameaus, aiming for the left of them man.

"I'm guessing you use Earth?"

He simply waited till the ground weighed out before he would make his next move.

Master's lip curled upward as he heard the sneer in Calibur's voice as recognition of his chosen element was given. However, Master had but an instant to avoid the direct blast that was headed for him, and he took it. He held his pooled energy, and instead of launching his intended attack, he leaned at the waist to his right, torquing upon his hips to turn his right should to his foe. This allowed the bolt to past smoothly by, in parallel to his torso.

Having hesitated, Master's changed his attack vector, lifting his left foot ever so slightly from the ground, only to bring it back to the ground with a quick snap. With this, his body turned back into the place of the wake of ionized air caused by the passing bolt, and he released his energy through his foot into the ground. The quotient of his energy created a purely transversal wave in the ground below, aiming straight for the landing figure of Calibur. With this, as his opponent was regaining his footing, as the product of the previous attack was a deep trough, he aimed to create constructive interference in the general area of his foe's placement as a result of the negative integer that was the ground level after the previous wave.

Calibur felt the ground, quaking and moving towards him. He quickly pounded his palms onto the dirt, barely keeping his stance up. Quickly, he would surge lightning into the ground, forming a static around him, that would protect him from any ground destruction.(Static is holding ground together for this.)

This static remained in it's place for the time being, giving him time to catch his breathe. although his body was a bt shaken from the previous attack, it was not lethal in anyway.

His attack had met its challenge, and was removed from this equation. The force behind the attack slammed into the solid ground with the force that was intended for Calibur's legs, and dispersed harmlessly. Master, however was not to be foiled in his attempts to resolve the conflict, and was already dashing forth unto the figure opposing him. His arms were no longer folded neatly behind him, and his legs were no longer the stationary columns that supported his figure.

Instead, Master's left arm had made its way to a position just in front of his waist. It, like his right, was held in a loose open palm with each finger curled slightly inward. His right, brought back to just in front of his chest, was the trailing arm. His left shoulder was dropped, bringing it closer to the ground as his powerful legs drove themselves into the ground to carry his figure into this dash, which had brought this sweeping variable in to mere feet of his foe.

Master was wary of the charge this Calibur held, through his motions, his mind focused his energy on the ground he had so deftly swept over. He centered on this ground in his mind, making a secure connection between his mind and his passed path. With his musculature rippling with the motion as a result of the epitome of condition, his appearance deceived in perhaps a confusing reciprocal manner.

Calibur noticed Rameaus, but was not sure of his movement. He reached over his right shoulder, quickly grabbing the handle of one of his swords. This sword was similar to the buster blade that was used by cloud. He held it on his right shoulder, waiting to see what the movement of Rameaus would be.

Calibur would think in his mind, "What is he doing now? A frontal attack on me isn't that bright. He's readying somenthing, but what?"

He let a soft sigh escape his lips as his eye's would continually follow the movement of Rameaus till he was close enough to even declare an attack.

Calibur then slammed the tip of his sword into the ground, the blade facing the motion that Rameaus had sent for his legs in a sweeping motion.

((I'm not sure if you were using energy or your legs, but either way, it was stopped, I'm just not sure, so please clear it out in your next post, but continue with your attack.))

Calibur's static that was in the ground holding it in place would soon take it's deeper purpose. The blade that was in the ground had absorbed some of the static and released it to the upperground, making it extremely hard for any non-metalloid fighter to move.

Master incremented his motion with a tap, sending his body soaring into the air. He began his ascent but an instant before reaching physical range of Calibur, merely letting his motion carry him up and over his foe. His momentum was not wasted, however - though it was a bit misleading. The connection between his trail and his form terminated - leaving the ground he had traversed to lift from its resting place and careen in the direction of his target. This had indeed been a clever ruse, and while it revealed itself as a potentially critical strike, it only lay as a precursor to the remainder of this expression. He made his way beyond the threshold of his foe's position, only trailing his right foot through the air as he drifted back to his precious element.

(( Yep, Earth. I wish your character hadn't fallen for that feint - this one's a doozy. :X I'm glad you're enjoying this, too! Fun is what it's _all_ about. ))

(Not sure what happened, but I'll say you hit or something of the sort.)

Calibur stumbled a bit, not letting go of his sword. As he movd, he pulled his sword out of the ground, as gears and latched began to release on the sword, showing two, then three swords that where within the one. Calibur quickly threw the swords into the air, lightning catching them and holding them in the air surrounding Rameaus and Calibur.

Calibur then grabbed the handle on his other sword. He quickly threw it into the air, gears and latches releasing again, as they did the smae movement as the original swords. Calibur smirked but then dropped to a knee. His arm began to drip a black substance.

He then stood up, looking at his swords, now being held by lightning. Lightning began to flicker off Calibur's form as he jumped inot the air, looking at Rameaus.

Calibur had gained bursts of speed. He would grab one sword, pushing off the air, bursting at Rameaus with a quick speed, slashing the first blade. With each movement, he would go to another blade, placing the old blade in the place of the new one as he grabbed it.

((This is the move Cloud used to defeat Sephiroth in FF7: Advent Children. Just wanted to clarify it. Only difference is, I'm using lightning instead of the Earth Energy.))

With each slash, Calibur would strike, hoping to his Rameaus, tearing into the mans torso, causing a blood bath. But all this was up to Rameaus.

(( I'm not sure that it would have been possible to complete your move after that wave of earth hit, but I'll roll with it. ^_^ ))

Calibur, his opponent, had made a fundamental mistake. Having trailed his foot as he passed overhead, Master's right foot firmly struck its intended target, slamming forcefully into the skull of his foe as the three swords were launched into the air. Calibur, in rising, had only sped the impending doom that was Master's descending form.

As he touched down upon the ground, his back facing Calibur as his body compressed into a crouched position. He could hear the fizzling of the live energy behind him, but he knew that he had struck another vital blow to his enemy. He crouched there in preparation, listening intently to the circumflex that the electricity generated, waiting for the change that would signal his next move.

Calibur kept with his motions, not giving in to any earth attack, for if he did, it would be a mockary of the Lightning Monarchs.

Calibur's blades placed in the air would stand there as he jumped around slashing his blades at Rameaus.
