I changed some things between the Shoutbox posts and this one, namely one serious spelling mistake about something "missing" but being called "mission", the deal with calling people dipshits was removed (frankly, it's uncalled for, I admit, because people new to roleplay would end up being classified as that when they go uber-powerful and not realizing it) and "bullshit" was changed to "garbage."
Edit-ional insert: forgot about the f-bomb too >_>.

There's a point when people misinterpret something to get power. Gundam Wing redefined how Gundam was actually done. You know, you're invulnerable as long as your the main character, and/or outside of a point where your Gundams destruction is necessary to futher the plot. Heero Yuy standing there in the middle of a battlefield in a LEO with one missing arm and taking hits that destroyed other Leo's in a single hit, there's the cut off point. We don't need that garbage in the Roleplay on this site. If you want to use weapons from other places that are uber-powerful, you MUST and NEED to tone those weapons down, or else you completely ruin the roleplay.
Roleplays I used to be in were much like I previously posted, people see it in the show, and immediately apply it to their roleplaying, get called godmodders and all that, and dispute it with the fact they saw it in the show. The show does not and will not make a complete transition into the roleplay environment for the sake of the roleplay itself. Things need to be toned down for use in the environment. Going uber-powerful right off where you can bust out a no-limits fallacy and defeat those around you, forcing others to create a no-limits fallacy to counter yours actually ruins Roleplay, as it keeps escalating until one person stops. We aren't saying you can't have power..but you really need to tone it down from the things I have read, you're deciding to leave the roleplay because people have basically called you out on what you're using, and your only choice of action is to leave the roleplay environment, rather than adjust what you have to keep at it.
You leave, someone could actually take your place and make things more believable. All that really needs to be done here, is getting your act in gear and fixing the problems that have arised from your use of exaggerated power. Ultra-powerful stuff may work in television and movies, but it won't work in a roleplay environment for the simple fact you aren't watching it, you're ROLE PLAYING it, where things that were already uber in the tv/movie is even more so in the rp environment.
