So I have been on the site for a while now. My various writing groups have since dwindled and moved on. I am in the mood to get back into writing. I prefer something on the more serious, longer posts and collaboration side of things.

I know there was a thread about this sort of thing already but wanted to see if I could get some actual plots going.

So...here they are:

Cyberpunk/Near Future
So reviving a game I ran a while ago. Everyone is part of a specialized team who are given contracts to complete. Be a heavy gun, a scientist, a hacker...great teams take many people.

For an example check Cyberpunk 2038 in my profile.

Fantasy
You can hear it calling to you but you don't know who or what it is. It keeps calling out for help. You give in, try to find the source and find others who have heard it too. Together you set out to find the source of the call and solve the mystery.

So pretty simple. You hear someone or something calling out for help and you decide to find it. Others hear it too and you decide to track it down together. Why you? Why them? What is calling for help and why? Why does it need help?

Sci-Fi
Alien inspiried.

You are the crew on a ship, be it research vessel or scavenger, traders...that doesn't matter. You come across another ship. What or who is on it, where it is from...all things that can be flushed out. All I have is a basic skeleton for this one.

Also willing to talk other plots and ideas. These are just to get the ball rolling.

Of course. We seem to be in the same boat. Everyone has disappeared and on the search for a good game to be a part of.

I'm in a similar boat( looking-for-partner-t105062.html), but your fantasy idea sounds really fun.

Send me a pm if you want to go over details for it or just want to flesh out the idea a little more. I'm working on ideas for a character now. For some reason I get a bit of a ghost story vibe off the description you gave, like the "Scary stories to tell in the dark" books, but in a fantasy world.
