I believe that he will have had to ask Alice and Leo first..but we could assume that he has already talked to Cathleen about it so that you can post and be like, wondering about what will happen and all. Like, he could have mentioned it to her and asked yes but nothing would be certain until he talk...

I would join for any of those plots except Stairway. This sounds like a fun idea for a roleplay and it looks like you've put a lot of thought into it.
