Site Keeps Going Down

Over the past week or two, I keep experiencing random errors on the site. Sometimes they last for a few minutes, other times for hours (usually at night). I'm assuming it has to do with design updates on the site, and I definitely appreciate all of the work going into the site to make it more appeal...
