Cedric doesn't have any "summoning" ability though, he is able to communicate directly with creatures and have a level of control over them but he's not able to summon them from nothing. Basically his control would generally end once the creature wasn't around anymore in most cases.

Also, Perks, Minori is totally older than Maric. Age seniority as far as non NPC's is Selena, Cedric, Minori, Maric. ;-)

I'd suggest we do some work in a pad to figure out the transition to the T-rex arc and then we can just do a single joint post to reply to the last post and transition.

No, Cedric isn't threatened by Maric at all, he just dislikes him as a person, basically everything about Maric annoys Cedric, so he takes pleasure in things that he knows would annoy Maric, because that's the kind of person Cedric is. Haha.

I just wanted to clarify for the time hop stuff.
