Nice stuff! I like your stylized faces and the coloring is pretty good too. My one critique is to watch your proportions and anatomy with the arms especially. Do some studies if you need to.

Drawing bent arms from the front is a crazy bitch.

A sketch with color is fine. I can do one in about an hour pretty easily. As for what I want you to draw...hmmmm... How about Kevin (the human) Ref! Another person that uses SAI! I should start using it for sketches, but I have CS6 free through my school so I've been squeezing every bit of lifeblood...
