Well, unless the GM says otherwise, I think you could probably just pick yourself, since the rest of us seem to be in smaller towns anyway, so you're no in danger of dumping the Shogun's palace in anybody's back yard or anything. I'll keep an eye out, and change my post when it comes to it.

Generally, the person doing the recap was one of those most involved in the scene they're summarizing anyway, plus as the person roleplaying that character specifically, I think we tend to naturally see everything from their perspective, and this reflects in the ...
