Breaking Rules and Crossing Lines

Hi everyone Goal: I’m looking to start a new one-on-one roleplay, or possibly two. How I roleplay: I like to base my characters around their flaws; it’s how I create my most organic and enjoyable to play characters, so be aware that you may get stuck playing opposite a character that’s really mean, ...

Re: In search of a 1x1 partner

Are you still looking for any partners? If so, maybe we could chat a bit and find out if we'd be compatible. I've got a rough sci-fi/dystopian/historical idea that I've been waiting to flush out till I get the right partner.

Re: You Are Powerless

Wow, this is a great concept, and you seem to have a very firm grasp on your ideas. I really like the way you've presented everything. What do you anticipate gameplay looking like? Do you have a story in mind, or a goal for the characters that can be broken down into playable 'pieces'? I know what t...

Re: Embracing The Bond

Would you mind answering a few questions for me? First, what is this 'forbidden rule'? Also, what is the gameplay going to be about once the witches and familiars bond?

Re: The Colony

“We are Earthlings,” Jenna interjected, vaguely offended. Dorian cast her a speculative look and she shrugged. “Well, sort of.” “We can explain things later, but let’s get you out of this ship first. It’s too far to get back to base,” he muttered, the last part more to himself than to the towheaded ...

Re: The Colony

The man awoke with a start and Dorian wasn't the only one who jumped back in surprise- and, if he was completely honest with himself- alarm. None of them knew what to expect from this strange intruder to their planet. He was the first they'd ever seen, and though it used to be discussed very often w...

Re: The Colony

It was in 1986 that President Reagan famously called Nasa’s newest discovery ‘Utopia’. The space program had been venturing out farther than any had ever dared to dream, and one tiny planet at the edge of the solar system began to spark the imaginations of not only the nation, but the world. The tin...

Re: Roleplay please?

When I say 'large scale', I mean that the plot or basis of the roleplay involves an entity much bigger than the characters we're playing. I prefer a smaller scale of content versus grandiose, simply because when you're only playing a handful of characters, it can be difficult to tie what they person...

Re: Roleplay please?

I'd be interested in tossing ideas around if you're still looking for a partner. The space idea sounds really interesting and could go in a lot of directions. I have a rough fantasy setting we could discuss if you'd like. I'm definitely open to hearing more about your three nations idea, though I te...

Re: Seeking Literate Writers (includes a character list)

Your profile for the mutant sisters is very interesting and I feel like I'm on the verge of a decent idea for those characters, but I haven't quite grasped it yet. I'll have to get back to you when I wrap my head around this idea that, at the moment, is behaving like one of those floaters you get in...

Re: Seeking Literate Writers (includes a character list)

I'm not sure if any of your characters would fit into any of the vague ideas I've got, but I'd be open to working on a story/setting that would go with one of those characters. I've had a mind lately to try my hand at urban fantasy. I'm also interested in doing a roleplay based loosely on the Isle o...

Re: The Journey for a Literate Partner

Dang, Skulls, why do you post on every thread I'm interested in? ;) Imaginary Writer, if you're looking for a great partner, I highly recommend Skulls and Slippers. That being said, if you're looking for more than one partner, I'd love to chat with you about some possibilities. Maybe urban fantasy?

Re: Sci-Fi endurance story. Very character driven.

I personally prefer small groups, usually around 4-6 characters, but that's just me. This idea is really interesting, so I'll keep checking back to see if you do anything with it.

Re: Fandom ideas! (Open forever)(Literate)

Please provide either a sample, or a link to a sample of your role play before we begin planning~
Thank you~

Do you have any samples of your own writing you could share? I don't see anything when I click on your profile other than this thread. Tit for tat ;)

Re: Deadly (Anyone wanna be a Sin?)

What's the goal of the gang, and what will the game be about? It seems like you've got an interesting setting and an outline for characters, but I'm not clear on what the objective is.

This sounds very interesting and is an idea I can see having really great potential with the right players. How many people are you thinking?

Re: Selkie Island

Everyone has to play a pre-made character? I'm fairly new to this site and don't really understand this concept. Are you giving these pre-made characters simply as options for players, or are you requiring that players play one of them and not an original character of their own creation? To add to w...

Re: Lovers for Life

Because when I think of lesbians likely to engage in threesomes with random thirds and then pull out a gun and abuse the girl, I think of Ellen.

V___V

I'd laugh if I weren't so appalled.

Re: The Long Ride

Elizabeth ordered him to sit on the edge of the tub, then wriggled between his legs to get closer. As she washed his wound he studied her face, trying to discover some hint of why she was helping him. He discovered nothing. Nothing, aside from the fact that he could hardly take his eyes off of her. ...

Re: The Long Ride

A stunned expression took over Beth’s face. How is it possible that this woman can seem to innocent? She rode with a gang that was comprised of rough men and was an outlaw herself. Wasn’t she used to such banter? Yet every time he flirted or teased, she seemed almost baffled. “I was planning to clea...
