Got back home from the airport and whipped up my character, he's still probably a little rough since I'm too tired to do much proof reading. But no worries, I'll double check 'em in the morning.

@Cyber If you're looking for a way to balance out Power Absorption, the best way I've seen it done is that only or or two powers can be harbored at once, and they get replaced by the next one or two powers the character comes in contact with(or chooses to steal). Glad it worked out for you legacy, I've been itching to see more of the character ideas that are going on around here. I get the feeling that our characters won't quite get along, but power wise, we're pretty darn compatible.
