Re: How to spot a Faerie

Thanks guys. <3 Kefka is my role model. Yes, D&D is made for stupid shit... but D&D sucks, Pathfinder is everything that made 3.5 epic polished and refined. Favorite session of D&D (Iron kingdoms, witchfire trilogy): While riding down the river on a steam boat, entire party save 1 is put...

Re: How to spot a Faerie

Point made. I apologize, I'm sore and grouchy from moving and my second love (PS3) is lost in the forest of boxes because somebody forgot to mark it PS3] FUCKING IMPORTANT , so this is all I got. At the end of a hard day when I log on to check my RPs and I'm already sore and grouchy. Then I see 0 ne...

Re: How to spot a Faerie

Can we start soon? My character is days old, some are older than that. The air is getting stale and upbeat OOC chatter will only keep people around for so long. People are going to lose interest and disappear before the RP even gets off the ground. We have plenty of writers, take up the spare roles ...

Re: General discussion

Well TBH Kiba was going to leave when I posted tomorrow regardless if anyone had replied to me. I've been waiting 4 days for someone to do something. The tavern was a natural progression for Kiba because of his personality, but Kumori is right, it would have been far easier to just blunder into Shad...

Re: General discussion

I have an idea, though I don't think Vincent will like it. lol. Kiba isn't a killer, but he's not beyond doing stupid shit to avoid bloodshed either. So... commotion > confusion > someone in the audience or drunk Layla was smarter than a bag of hammers, puts pieces together, outs Kiba. > Layla tries...

Zahn lets grunts do the shipping... but when she must ship something herself, she uses Fed-Ex

Re: How to spot a Faerie

Are you high? An ostrich can run like... 40 miles an hour over LONG DISTANCES and a platypus flies in the face of evolution, that in itself is an extraordinary ability. By the way I love how all of you just glossed over the list and focused on the flightless bird and the platypus. I play Scorpion cl...

Re: How to spot a Faerie

Why not be a platypus? Venomous aquatic egg-laying MAMMAL. Might as well also turn into a fire-engine red semi truck with candy blue flames.

Also, think ninja... some of those animals are just to distract you :P

Re: How to spot a Faerie

"What is she doing now? I dunno, she's saying something... Saying what? Uh... looks like... macaroni, hubcap, toaster, gerbil, helicopter... the others are repeating it... probably... wait I think one said peanut butter instead of toaster. Why was lip reading part of the IPAF general training p...

Re: How to spot a Faerie

*twiddles thumbs.* Ah insomnia. And what do I spend it doing? Neurotically hawk eyeing two RPs for any changes when I should be working on my own writing. :|

Oh and BTW, Az may not be cute... but I am. *pose* :3

Re: How to spot a Faerie

Zahn probably has past experience with anyone in the IPAF. 6 months worth at least, but everyone probably thinks she's kind of a frigid bitch. She isn't a workplace dater anyway. Work relationships are messy... and she would discard you like old shoes after a couple weeks. :P

Re: How to spot a Faerie

@temperance: Bios generally make my eyes glass over too. Try treating it like a post where your character describes their past to someone else... friend, lover... shrink in my case :) I've found that to help the process along because then it's actually interesting instead of "her childhood was ...

Re: How to spot a Faerie

I'm pretty sciency too... >.> I put up my WIP profile. All that's left to do is figure out the particulars on my biography and it's done. I need to think though. She has a lot of psychological markers and I have to account for them all so it's time for a long motorcycle ride and a hot meal. :3 I'll ...

Re: How to spot a Faerie

That's a great point, actually. There's really no such thing as "pure" water, unless it's distilled or made in a lab or something. I didn't think of that... lol. Thanks Az.

Re: General discussion

That sounds entertaining. Just keep in mind, Kiba isn't really a killer. Someone has to be a real monster and do something horrible personally to HIM before he'll use lethal force (example: choose between saving the lives of 10 innocent kids, and his one true love). He's a fugitive, and city guards ...
