Fantastic job. I can see it - it's so vivid, yet holds just enough room for my imagination to make it go wild. I can see the scenes roar before me, a swallow - let's just say that I'll never look at that bird the same.

I think that ViceVersus nailed it. Apathy - a slow, almost unnoticeable process that creeps into your soul. You long for it - to not feel, to pass any unwanted emotion by) - but then, once you've lost it, you want it back so desperately.

That's my take.

It's sad... There seems to be a bit of a split in people's beliefs about the army. On one side, we appreciate the military and everything that people are doing! On the other hand, we've got a whole lot of pacifists who don't believe in violence. Honorable men (and women) deserve respect and apprecia...
