Using the latest techniques and research to complete assessments for your feet and lower limbs, our exercise physiology Adelaide can incorporate a range of recovery programs and orthotic therapy practices to ensure that your biomechanical dysfunction is corrected to alleviate pain for the long term.

Using manual therapy and varied soft tissue techniques we believe that we can restore you to a comfortable state. There is also the option for additional dry needling and other services to ensure that muscular tension is relieved, should you need it!
