"Get out of my way," spat the Major, absolutely incensed at the demon's actions. The ease with which it had descended into violence proved exactly what he'd known - that it was a big, big security risk. Hammering his lengthy code into the grey metal door's keypad, he guessed the demon woul...

[Maybe I'm missing something, but doesn't someone ELSE have to accept your offer? As hilarious as it would be, I can't offer Microsoft to everyone for a couple of pieces of lint and then accept the offer myself.]

"Whine, whine, both of you," called the Major from outside. "As far as I'm concerned, even these demons are a breach of security, they're lucky I didn't lock the lab down to start with. And mysterious strangers appearing from times unknown even more so."

Seasoning isn't actually time-based, though, it's more about the amount of games a person's been in. But yes, technically a person who was terrible to started and still remains bad is "seasoned", hence why I said it's a very different thing from being good.

"I'm sorry, I must be mishearing you," laughed the Major. "Are you saying that the years I spent on Mars never happened? Are you saying the hundreds of men I've seen slaughtered NEVER DIED? ARE YOU?"

[Seriously, I can't understand a word you're saying.]

[...what? I said what I wanted to to properly, and you had two mistakes in that sentence alone.] A scowl creeping up his face, the Major turned and looked the demon in the eye. "Demon, I served for eight years on Mars fighting your kind who wanted nothing better than to eat me and my platoon. Y...

With the deadbolts pushed home, it would take any intruder a good minute to break the door down, and so the freelancer had time to hide. Taking up the Desert Eagle lying on the arm of his easy chair and pulling one of the AK74 rifles from the gunrack mounted on the wall, he pushed hard on a section ...

"What's that for? This idiots break my guns, they're my pride and joy!" returned the Major, mildly annoyed at the newcomer's insult. "What else do you expect me to say?"

The sound of the van sloshing through the growing river had not gone unnoticed, and the freelancer had bailed hastily. While the soldier sounded like he needed help, he wasn't willing to actually give help if there was a chance he wouldn't make it out of there alive. Again slipping on the wet rubble...

A lot of responsibility comes with this- and I will not, among the other administration staff, tolerate any negative "flaming" or anything of the sort when it comes to "Mary Sues" or "godmoding". Everyone needs to understand that this need for a Mary Sue or a godmoding...

Good and seasoned are two very different things. A good roleplayer can build a setting, can build a character, can build any scenario he or she wants to. A SEASONED roleplayer has roleplayed for a long time - not necessarily with any degree of quality, but as long as the quantity's there, you become...

As the original Demigrem blinked away, the clone charged towards Asterius, who was still constricted by the last lingering forces of the gravity he'd been put under. The clone drew a vicious-looking sword from behind him somewhere without breaking his stride, and the overhead slash came tearing down...

Well, let's see. For the D&D side of things, there's the Fantasy section. There are three games going on there right now, and one of them's just getting started (DAWN), so you might find something you're interested in there. For Vampire, there is the Necropolis (in the Everything Else part), tha...

I was in the same boat not long ago. What we do on here is far different from tabletop or gaming RPGs, this is written stuff. I'd advise reading some of the existing threads to get a feel for the sort of thing on offer. Do you have a particular area you're interested in?

The rapidly-forming shadows combined with the fog to create an arena that really couldn't have been much worse for Asterius to fight in. Still, he didn't begrudge Calibur bringing the shadows down - he couldn't, they provided him with power in the same way the clouds did Asterius. The crater surroun...

"Women," the Major retorted. "Always losing sight of the big picture." He walked back down the hallway to the lab, the newcomer following him. "Well, new man, this is our device. Knock yourself out."

[All of the information you wanted in the profile is right there in my first post. You just have to read it.] "There are two targets," said the man, still irked he'd been humiliated by the sniper. Aster stopped him with a hand. "Before you tell me anything, I need to know that you're ...

The rain hammered down relentlessly, flooding the streets and the deserted buildings. The drainage system had given up the ghost when the people started to leave Metro City in droves, and those still remaining saw little point in fixing something that nobody would ever use. Critics of the Metro City...

mronimusha you should venture away from GWing once in awhile. You'll find that you're not that great. I'm looking at your elemental fight/rp and well, it seems that you greatly need some partners. Yes, Redmoon is a fighting clan. But we can teach people how to rp if they so wish. Although a majorit...
