New Character - Needs an RP!

I have a new character that I want to throw into an RP, but I can't seem to find anything he'd fit into.
His name's Rist- He's a werewolf/shifter type creature, I'm not quite sure what to call it yet. Basically, he has two forms, and to shift between them, the form he is currently in disappears and the other form reappears in the nearest body of water that's large enough to hold him. Alternatively, he actually has to be submerged in the water to transform at all, not counting rain.
His first form is human, however, he can barely speak and has a fairy companion who speaks for him.
His second form is a large wolf-like beast built something like a tank. He has no magical abilities besides being able to transform.
I can put him into a modern or futuristic RP and have him communicate via sign language rather than a fairy, but I would prefer a medieval fantasy setting. Also looking for a group rather than 1x1.
So if you've got any semblance of an idea where Rist would fit in, please contact me! I can tweak some things, but I want to keep the base idea the same.
