Hello everyone. ive been roleplaying for a couple of decades and started with the typing games that were on-line in the 80's. I m really happy that something similar has been created. Actually my son learned to read and spell preety good from playing the role-playing games with me when he was younger. I hope to hear from someone to show me some of the ropes and get started off well. See you!

Awesome, glad to see some new experienced role players entering the scene. We've got a huge assortment of RPs currently in session right now. It's a matter of preference really. Check into the chat (to the left in the menu listing) every so often to see what's going on. There's usually some kind of role play going on there every few hours. We also have a lot of forum role play in fantasy, realistic, and many major kinds of anime. If you feel there is a style or setting of RP that is missing from our boards, please let us know. We are an ever growing community that is constantly changing (we hope for the better) and we are heavily driven by user feedback. Eric (site creator) is very dedicated and is open to suggestions.

I'm sure you'll find this community to be very helpful and supportive in contrast to others. A great place to start would be to create a basic profile for what we call the "Multiverse." The Multiverse is an ongoing roleplay that all members are encouraged to join in. It is based in our very own Wing City on the Earth-like planet Terra. We encourage all walks of life to join in as this is the "everything" scene and can be considered the "general" role play. You can view other profiles and learn to make your own here: http://gwing.net/viewforum.php?f=101

Feel free to look around the index for specific role plays that appeal to your interests. If you're still feeling lost or confused, come right back here and let us know what doesn't make sense to you. Please don't fear asking questions. So have fun! I'm sure your experience would be greatly appreciated here.

RolePlayGateway is a site built by a couple roleplayers who wanted to give a little something back to the roleplay community. The site has no intention of earning any profit, and is paid for out of their own pockets.

If you appreciate what they do, feel free to donate your spare change to help feed them on the weekends. After selecting the amount you want to donate from the menu, you can continue by clicking on PayPal logo.
