Hey everybody its been a while since I've made a new roleplay, and let me tell you my track record has been, how do you say.... poor

. Maybe I'm trying to hard, or its too much of a time waster, Idk. But let me try and try again until the formula fits. I hope I can get alot of you people to join. Please...

Not another Superhero

Main Home Page

OK this story will simply start out with you lying in your bed, sitting in your chair, whatever, thinking about last night. Last night you found yourself lying in a large empty warehouse, with a bunch of other teens about your age, all waking up at the same time. Its late and you head back home, thinking it was all a dream. You wake up the next day and realize you have superpowers. What will you do with this new found ability. Help the weak, take revenge, fight for justice, get what you need, stay the same,or change everything around you. Apparently the power is in your hand, what you do with it is up to you.

The Setting is taken place in Atlanta Georgia, I just thought that his place need a few good heroes, and villains. I don't know, New York was getting kinda crowded, Damn Spidey, :lol:

. The year is later on, lets say 2016, not to close to expect whats gonna happen, but not to far off to say its Sci-fi. Just kinda snug in the middle.

Plot, for right now that's a close secret, for right now I'm just gonna let your characters flow out, and deal with life with a new twist. Make it exciting, fight crime, steal money, save a kitty, whatever you think your character will do. But trust me the plot will come in.

Rules- (You knew this was coming, but its only nine steps to success. You can do it!)
1. No Godmodding, or Godding , meaning you can’t have super god moves. Like invincibility or saying that you can out last a nuke.
2. No bashing in the OOC forum
3. Keep the Romance at PG-13, though Romance is somewhat encourage, make it sound reasonable, and not too mushy or fake. Oh ya and don’t rush it, keep it nice a slow, that makes it seem more realistic, than the crap I usually see on this site.
4. You cannot kill anyone without the other player’s consent
5. Post must have at least two to three sentences. A mere phrase or comment will not work here.
6. If you have a problem with another player, take it up with me, and please try not to quit.
7. If you want to play you must be up for at least ten posts. Even if you don’t like it anymore, and you must put in a reason for your absence, like death or something along those lines.
8. Created NPC, or new Characters must be asked first, I’ll will be giving questions about goals and plot relevance, so don’t be making crap bad guys.
9. You cannot join unless accepted by me, no jumping in at random, or you will be kick.

Character Sheet.- This is going to be in depth, so I want you to answer a lot of questions, that will help you understand your character more. Red means they are a must have, green means you can pass.

Age-(If you want powers you must be between the ages 10-19, the plot will explain why later)
Sex -(Yes Please, XD I just wanted to say it first)
Hair style and Color-(Please no DBZs or Animes)
Eye Color-
Race- (White, Black, Hispanic, no aliens)
Blood Type-
Power- (can only have one type of power, must have a con and pro it. Meaning you could get hurt.)
The K Factor- (The Kryptonite factor, what is your weakness. It can be anything, but please, make it make sense)
Alignment so far- (This can range from Holy,Good,Nice, Peaceful, Neutral, Vengeful, Bad,Evil,Demonic.Being bad doesn't mean you have to be a villain, nor does it mean you have to be good to be a hero. Anti-heroes are my faves)
Clothes type, (where would this person shop, so that I can get a style image, instead of the same clothes over and over, use brands.)
Music- (What would your person listen to.)
Back story- (Doesn't have to bee long, but please make it a goodin. But keep it simple we're in Modern America, and we're Teenagers make it make since. There is no need for a power backstory, that will be explained in the over all plot. Just no that you got it one day and you cant remember why. )

Power: Pyromancer
K Factor: If he uses too much of his power, he will die (this means if he used all his powe in one blast, he would die)
Alignment so far; Good. This will not change.
Clothes type: Levi jeans, Nike shoes, U.S polo shirt.
Music: Classic rock, Metal.
Back Story: He lived an average life until one day in his life. His father had gambling debts and the Mob came to collect. They killed him, and wanted to eliminate Alan and his family since the were witnesses. Alan escaped, but his family died. Alan was chased to a warehouse by assassins, and they attempted to draw him out or kill him by setting the warehouse on fire. However, this awakened Alan's pyro abilities, since it was in his cells. He made his way out and reduced the hitmen to ash with his abilities. Now, he is in a state of confusion and uncertainty.

Hair style and Color - Black, no style, it just covers his head. But he keeps it combed and fusses over it anyway.
Eye Color - one of those muddy, bleagh colors.
Race - Asian (Japanese, to be precise)
Blood Type - O-
Power - 0D shapeshifting. Think Elastagirl from The Incredibles, but he can disconnect parts of his body, and can't alter his mass or volume. He needs to keep his organ systems intact, though, meaning he can only keep a part of his body cut off from his lungs/heart/liver for so long. Brain, not so much. He can communicate to the removed parts of his body through a kind of WiFi nervous system, and he can give them mini respiratory systems if they will be disconnected for long periods of time, and maybe even a bit of liver. He can interchange muscle and bone tissue, and ligaments, tendons, and blood vessels change to fit. Disconnected body parts are bound by gravity, unless moving at high enough speeds. (Sorry, Alex, if I've botched this up.)
The K Factor - Emo music. Anything relatively emo, even a little sobby, can cause him to get out of whack.
Alignment so far - Nice.
Clothes type - Casual. Jeans, t-shirt, classic Converses, the normal teenage boy getup.
Music - Billy Joel, or any classic rock. Usually whatever's on the radio, just so long as it was made before the middle of last century.
Back story - After his parents noticed his obvious talent for math and science far beyond his years, they stuck him in a private school until eighth grade, where he completed math up to BC calculus, which he passed in his last year there. He was accepted into a public magnet high school in the area, where he has continued his studies. Currently in his junior year.

Eye Color- Brown, (orange in the sunlight's reflection.)
Race- Filipino/Japanese

Power- Super strength. Pros: Is able to overpower almost any man alive, can lift objects out of his way, can create a shockwave around him when pounding the ground and can throw heavy objects at his enemies. Cons: With great power, it is almost useless against those who can move faster than him, unable to take physical damage. Has limitations, like can be used a few times a day depending on his energy and stamina.
The K Factor- Weak against extreme heat or dehydration. Normal human weaknesses only with higher resistance and endurance.
Alignment so far- Good but can adapt or change in order to survive.
Clothes type- Wears a black Calvin Klein Crew neck t-shirt, Some black shorts with a couple of pockets, from H&M, Converse classic shoes, and a Armitron Sports watch. Along with a Silver necklace with a cross showing he is a believer of God.
Music- Rock, christian rock, pop, soft love music.
Back story- Lives alone, in an apartment to himself. His job, working the wrong kind of people but hey it gets him paid. Working for big time people who are like the mafia, do almost anything to make money, ranging from drug deals, to assassinations, to black market weapon trading and escorting, you name it. Val had mostly been placed in doing some things for the boss and his men such as driving. His parents are still Alive but VAl hasn't kept in touch with them for some time since wanting to have a life of his own. This life eventually lead him into an event that changed his life forever.

Sex - Female

Hair style and Color- tiny curls that fall a few inches past her shoulders/ thick and bouncy/ black

Eye Color- hazel/chocolate, some slight mix where as when in light they appear golden and in shade they come off as almost black

Race- Puerto Rican

Blood Type- AB

Power- She wields the power over water. Pro= obvious things such as she can recompose her body of water to avoid damage/ Con- She tends to swallow the water and choke, or she tends to fail something, or she can suffer from bits of water that get inside her blood stream causing her to pass out.

The K Factor- Fire/ heat makes her power almost useless.

Alignment so far- She is Bad, but not truly a villain. Rinna [nickname] choses to live a Robin Hood style life, but in Atlanta that is usually considered a crime.

Clothes type: She dresses somewhat dressily, showing off her curves and whatnot. She can usually find a good style at Target or somewhere else like Hipsters or Fashion Inc.

Music- Latino rap and classic as well as hip hop

Back story- Corinna was born in the impoverished bit of Atlanta, growing up the only Latino alongside many black homes. They grew to like her though, and she learned to intergrate their life style with her heritage. And as life grew harder, she began to realize that it was unfair that her and her friends had to live poorly when people down the road and across town had so much money they didn't know what to do with it. So she became a bit of a theif.

Well, Alan will actually be gunning the most for the Mafia that killed his parents, after a bit of story to lead him to that. So, as long as nobody tries to stop him from doing that, or tries to do him harm, he won't go flamethrower on them.

Also, it really seem that Alan is the one you don't want to mess with at this point.

Hmm well it appears your character and i have something in common. Although in your case it wasn't by choice, while my char, chose that life and fortunately has done his best to stay in good terms with the people he works with, that is until he gets his power, his attitude towards them might be different and he may not even allow them to live if they dare oppose him and his boss. perhaps if they somehow run into each other they could help each other out and stuff.

Hair style and Color- Jet black hair past shoulder ending about mid waist completely straight.
Eye Color- Grey

Blood Type- O
Power- Gravity Control- she can thicken the gravity making certain objects extremely heavy and can lessen the gravity giving her the ability to fly BUT she can only do small things at first and when doing larger things, it can result in her being damaged such as a bloody nose at first then gravity crashing back at her. She can lessen the gravity of up to three people including herself for a certain period of time before the damage begins but she has to learn how to do that, small objects first.
The K Factor- sound waves.
Alignment so far- Neutral (for now, who knows could go either way)
Clothes type, She loves Joyce Leslie, their clothing very stylish yet comfortable she goes either way to show off her body. She likes to dress as though she is easy but really has intellect.
Music- She's into almost anything. She likes the edgy type of music however, something that can really dig down and mean something.
Back story- Misty grew up in a very decent place. Her mother and father never had any real problems but just the simple argument every now and then. Misty has an older brother who completely ignores the rules. He doesn't care really what happens to himself. Misty got usually what she wanted but made sure she didn't end up like the spoiled brats of the town. She tries to act rebellious on some occasion but it is extremely hard when her parents are always trying to please her.

Well, my character will advance in age as the RP goes on. At first, he will be taking on the Mafia. Through this part of his story, he'll gain powers and experiment a little, allowing him to use moves like Flame Marbles (his basic projectile attack), Flame Wall (A barrier to be used against large projectiles or vehicles coming at him, and so on. The next part will be against my crafted bad guy, Energon, though he won't come into play until later. I wouldn't mind making friends with the other superbeings throughout my story, though.

Xersist: I'm not really aiming to kill any of the other players. Just the ones who I need to, like the Mafia guys.
