Pictures of Modern Real-Life "Vampires"

Tips: 0.00 INK Postby Lamech on Tue Jul 25, 2017 11:44 am

Here are some photographs to tickle your fancy. Viewer discretion is advised. I can not go into detail about their crimes, but all of the following individuals are involved in cases of medical vampirism. These people are not only modern day serial killers, just as in times passed like the atrocities committed by Vladislav III Draculea, Elizabeth Bathory and Jack the Ripper; but are likewise known to have drained their victim's bodies of blood and life force, and in most cases also drinking blood.

The first thing you may notice is the vampire's eyes. They are always dark, just as they are described in folklore. There is an absence of light in the vampire's eyes, due to the curse bestowed upon them for not only drinking blood or performing blood rituals, but also for committing acts of murder. It's important to note that real-life vampires are always associated with death and murder, far different from their more modern depictions in fiction. In medieval times, vampirism was not just associated with consumption and the bubonic plague, but was considered by most European villages to be the direct leading cause for it. Vampirism is not just a practice, or a cosplay. It's a legitimate medical condition which effects the psyche, and in some cases even the physiology of vampires.

Of particular interest is the case of Rod Ferrell, who claimed to be a 500-year-old vampire named Vesago, and the case of James Riva who drank animal blood and claimed to be 800-years-old, along with the case of Joshua Rudiger who claimed to be 2,000 years old. These cases are similar to other more gothic romance vampire stories of beings who display a duality in nature like Jeckyll and Hyde, perhaps due to clinical or medical reasons with an observable scientific explanation. Vampirism is like demonic possession in that the individual seems to suffer from split personality disorders and amnesia of events committed during their bloodlusts. Vampires often go into a crazed frenzy with sometimes sexual or magical attractions to the consumption of blood.

Reason: Not artwork, or really anything relevant to the topic of art at all.
