Username: The Joker116
Character name: Adrian Jack Walter, sometimes nick-named "Jack the Bat", "Eight-Shots Walter" or "The Rope-Man".
Age: 32
Race: Human
Rank: Agent
Weapon[s]: Pistol:
http://t3.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9 ... BdfaJToi8gAdrian's weapon of choice, has eight shots. Adrian always keeps what he call "Reload-readies" to reload his gun without having to put the bullets one by one in the barrel.
Grappling Hook: On his left hand is a gauntlet with a grappling hook attached to it, which he uses for better mobility and to reach high places. By activating a switch with his thumb, he can quickly shoot the grappling hook and escape immediate danger.
Lasso: Basically a grappling hook without anything to shoot it, Adrian keeps this attached to his belt. He uses as a back-up to his gauntlet grappling hook.
Throwing knives: A set of five throwing knives attached to Adrian's belt. He usually make them himself when he can't find any at the bazaar.
Goggles: Kept around his hat, he doesn't use them that often, but it can prove useful sometimes.
Personality: Adrian is an intelligent man, with a lot of mystery surrounding him. He's not someone that can be understood easily, his motivations and allegiances are know to him only. But one thing is clear: He's no villain. Though he never actually made any formal alliance with the Rebels nor the Capos and even fought members of both factions on some occasions, he never really acted against them for the sake of it, protection of the citizen is what matters to him.
Adrian could be described as some sort of detective, he uses some deduction and what other knowledge he has to find people responsible for most of the trouble in Hamartia. His favorite books being mystery and murder stories, he developed some detective skills which are helpful. His good intelligence and patience lead him to construct most of the things he possesses, such as his wrist-mounted grappling hook and his gun.
Basically, Adrian is some kind of detective/vigilante, though he have no remorse in killing troublemakers. But most of the time, he doesn't bother taking a target's life without reason, especially if the bounty is for a man wanted alive.
Appearance:Adrian wears a large-brimmed hat with goggles attached to the top. He conceals his face with a black leather mask, leaving only his mouth, chin and eyes uncovered. He has a little scarf that he sometimes wears when he's talking with someone, to avoid having spies reading his lips or as a back-up to conceal his identity, should he lose his mask. Besides that, he wears a long leather coat with large buttons and wears brown leather gloves. He wears ample and solid pants and his footwear are leather boots attached by belts (

All of this his completed by a belt to which are attached most of his gear. He has a gun holster, compartments for his "readies", a little piece of leather with a button to keep his lasso to the belt and he has a belt under his coat going from his right shoulder to his left hip, where he keeps his throwing knives.
Goals: Whatever goals he has are hidden well within his own mind but some seem obvious to most people, such as trying to make the city a better place for everyone. But, since he can't be everywhere and save everyone, it seems to be a endless goal and most people wonder why does he even bother continuing like this on an endless road.
Other: Level 1 Dragon Salt user. Tried it, saw the effects on other people and, disgusted by this, decided to keep away from it. Won't hesitate to destroy stashes of it and will even punish those trying to rip off junkies by exploiting their addiction to the stuff.
Theme song: (I have no idea for a theme song)

there, done. I decided to put him a rank to fit with his skills but does he have to be part of either factions? I wuld like starting independent and maybe choose a faction later, depending on the circumstances. ^^
