I played a game a couple years back ( I believe it was on the gamecube but im not quite sure since i only got to play a couple times while visiting a friend ) where the pokemon were infected with a disease that made them attack people. Maybe team rocket could build a machine that infects the pokemon with 'rage' and the group trys to figure out a way to reverse the effect on some of the wild pokemon. They can also be attacks by the infected pokemon and such. What do you guys think??

That seems great, and is anyone going to play Team Rocket or will they be NPC's?

They will be NPC's for the time being, if someone joins later on they can play as team rocket.
