A lot of people like to post character profiles, detailing everything about their character. Some prefer to just act it out. Here's to those of you who want to post profiles.

To post a profile, create a new topic, using the following format:

[Universe] Character name (Variation)

Where Universe is where that version of the character exists... Multiverse being anywhere, any universe, any storyline - while getting more narrow, such as [DBZ], would state your character to be a DragonBall Z character. A universe of [AnimeLeague] would mean that the character is specific to AnimeLeague. Profiles without a universe are considered Multiverse.

Character name is fairly obvious, you should use the full name here.

Variation is somewhat intuitive, if you have two versions of a character within the same universe or site, you may want to use this field. It is optional.

If anyone has no clue what to put for height and weight ratios (and trust me, several of you don't) let me know via PM. I just need to know what kind of body type you want and how tall they'll be and I can get you a weight. Pics of comparable figures help.

I don't know about you guys, but I know that when I first create a character, I don't always know enough about them to create a profile. I'd suggest an ongoing profile.., just make sure to clear that with the people running the rp you're in.

For you new people, here's what usually goes into a profile :

Name:
Age:
Height:
Weight:
Haircolor:
Eyecolor:
Accessories:
Abilities:
Background/History:

Some other ideas are: build type, race, class, employment. Pretty much, anything you think people might need to know.

Now, I'm building a character where I have very little of her profile up. I have her basic physical appearence down, that always happens by the end of the first attempt at rping a character. I have her first name, still working on the rest of it. And then I have "other stuff" where I'm making notes about her as I go along. Currently I think it has five bullets.

Oh yes, I'd also suggest keeping a document on your own computer with the permanent link to your character profiles. Yes, multiple. Because you probably will join more than one rp, and characters have to be changed a little for each one. And the suggestion is because they have a tendency to get burried.

Um what do you mean by multiuniversalanimeworld??? I'm confused....

I thought the profile had to be like:

something like that is it different here???

No, you can post your characters' profiles in any manner or format you choose. These are just ideas.

Kind of being: Angel
Age: Unknown but appears to be between the ages of 15 or 16 years
Appearance: Her face is heart shaped and very adorable. She looks younger than she appears, her body is slim and slender, and she is tiny framed. She stands at 152cm height, and weighs well, she is very light weight. Her skin is porcelain and baby soft. Her hair is waist length and ivory, almost yellow with white streaks. She loves to wear cute Lolita style dresses that always look cute on her
Occupation: Making everyone happy and removing their pain from their souls and hearts
Family members: None
Pets: A cute white winged bunny named “Kaichi” or “Kai-chan”
Best friend(s): Another angel named Ayu
Description of bedroom: Pink, white and warm
Color: Pink
Way of speaking: Her voice is light and cheerful, she always says “Kii” at the end of her sentences

About: Kiku is fairly naive and innocent. Even though she suffered much loneliness she tends to do her best in making everyone around her happy. She has a tendency to always glomp someone when they are sad, in an attempt to comfort them. Sometimes she fumbles in those plans. She is overly cheerful and has a bubbly sweet personality. She likes to learn about everything around her.

Absolutely! You can make your character profiles any way you like. We don't have any rules or requirements.

As long as you follow the requirements of whatever licensing applies to those characters, yes.

Why I don't use that whole describing the appearance?
Even if you're doing it detailed, I'd probably be confused. I don't read long stories containing short sentences. So if someone puts it like: Brown eyes, blue hair. Has a few freckles on his right cheek, a scar on his left cheek, brown pants, black shirt, long jacket goes down to his knees.
I skip that part.
An image gives you the information right away.

Though sometimes, I could put medical records in the profile like this:

Age: Records:
3 fallen from tree, broke leg
16 arrested by police for strong violence, broke jaw
21 hospitalized from a carcrash

And so on and so on.

That's a pretty different profile right?

history: Austin was born in an in-slaved community and everyone was walking around in torn cloths, carrying bricks, wood, and the man who enslaved all the people. If you didn't do what you were told, you would be torchered until you did it.He had to practice when he was getting water for the village.He practiced every day hoping to be strong enough to free his people. and after 2 years of pure practice he approached the kings house and killed the king in order to free him and his people.He has protected his home ever since.

He can time and dimension travel with his special watch called 'The fourth hand in time'. However he can only use it three days after using it and even then it sometimes doesn't work. If some one holds onto his arm they can also travel to another world with Kei.

Hi I am fairly new here, though not so new at RPing. I wanted to know if, for the universe section, can we add our own universe or must we choose one or multiverse. I realise creating an entire universe is somewhat of a large task to take on, but I feel ready, as I have been working on one called "TechGen: War" for a while now, and I do think it is ready. For now it is merely my characters humble abode, however I want to make a full-fledged rp out of it - When I feel ready. So is that okay or should I stick to a multi?
