Hello chickies and welcome to the wonderful relationship thread. First off I'd like to give a big thank you to Verix for letting me use her lovely coding from Aeonis Academy. You're amazing. If anyone wants a basic idea of what the sheets should look like, check this out.

It's divided by houses and the idea is you can add characters as you talk and discuss relations, so please, discuss away! Don't hesitate to let me know if you have any problems with the coding, and everyone is welcome to use a different sheet if they like.

This link HERE has all the faces and images. Just copy and paste them into the 'iimmmmggg' or you're welcome to make your own images. Size is 200x200 :) I hope the coding for this is alright, I'm doing this on a mac instead of my normal PC and it makes all the coding look weird.

Emma's relationship with Rue could be summed up as distant admiration. She adores the other girl's sense of style and admires her intelligence, but at the same time, she has no desire to become friends with the other girl. Maybe it's because she's so... French. Stylish, upper class and intelligence rolled into one bundle can be a little intimidating.

Lucca . Faraldo

Emma really just wants to give that kid a hug. She finds his shyness almost endearing-but at the same time, wants to encourage him to come out of his shell. They don't have that much to do with each other, though, so all of these feelings are all from a distance.

The two girls are rather friendly, sharing a love for all of their classes and Quidditch. Hana often helps Emma with her written work when she's struggling. The fact that they're from different houses has never really gotten in the way.

When Emma first encountered Will on the Quidditch pitch, she at first thought that he must have had an identical twin- because there was no way that the Centaurus Keeper was the same guy who slept through almost every single meal. But her teammates assured her that, no, it was. She has a healthy respect for him, but doesn't interact with him that much.

Because Galina also holds so many Phoenicis traits, the two girls get along rather well. Aside from the fact that Emma frequently sends Bludgers in her direction during Quidditch matches, that has never gotten in the way of their friendship. While they're not best friends, they do get along well.

The neutrality is mutual. Emma has no great desire to become friends with Lito and doesn't even particularly care what he thinks of her. They have nothing to do with each other, and she's perfectly fine with that.

Emma doesn't hate that many people. However, it would be impossible for Emma to do anything but hate Bodhi. His old-fashioned views on Muggleborns completely erases any redeeming part of his personality. She refuses to have anything to do with him.

Emma isn't quite sure why Andy is so friendly towards her, and she gets the impression that it mightn't be entirely sincere, but she just goes along with it. She's nice when she's being friendly, so Emma doesn't consider it worth starting trouble over.

Enemies is too strong, but their personalities are far too different for them to get along. He's much too pessimistic for Emma's taste, and she isn't in the habit of surrounding herself with negative people.

The two girls simply have so much in common that there was no chance of them being anything but friends. It didn't take long beyond the Sorting Feast for them to become firm friends, and that friendship has stood strong all through the years.

Due to their passion for Quidditch, they quickly became friends. Then, their intense loyalty just strengthened that friendship. Emma would take a bullet for Jacobi and knows that he'd do the same for her.

McKenna and Emma are incredibly protective of each other and are yet another pairing it's better not to insult half of, because the other will hunt you down and fight you. Another friendship that has only strengthened with time.

Emma is perhaps the only straight girl on the Quidditch team who can maintain total brain function at the sight of a shirtless Aidan. They get along well, and it helps that when Emma is playing Quidditch, she's thinking of literally nothing else but Quidditch. Him yelling has no effect on her- she just does what she's told and gets on with it.

Rue and Will aren't exactly best friends, but they are friendly, due to having spent so much time playing Quidditch together. The fact that they're in the same house helps- especially because that house is Centaurus. They can bounce various ideas off of each other or help the other in researching.

It's not that Will and Lucca don't get on- it's rather that their personalities clash. WIll's habit of yelling at anyone who touches his stuff or who disrupts him rather intimidates Lucca. When they do interact, they do get along quite well.

If Will was awake a bit more, he'd know Hana better, seeing as most of the things they have in common also tends to be the things that Will sleeps through. But they get along well nonetheless, having that little bit of friendly rivalry at duelling club.

Ah, young love. Alas, Will doesn't have the courage to admit how he feels, partially because that could mean coming out to a lot of people, and partially because he knows that, at the end of the year, they'll be moving on and will probably never see each other again.

Like many of Will's friendships, the fact that they're somewhat competitive in duelling is an element in that. And, of course, because she leaves him alone when he's trying to work. That's always nice.

They're not enemies, but Will isn't particularly fond of Lito. They are somewhat indifferent to each other, but when they do interact, it doesn't always end on nice, polite, friendly terms.

Will and Bodhi have no strong feelings towards each other. Will doesn't agree with his view on Muggles and Muggleborns, being a half blood himself, but doesn't stress himself out over it.

Will admires Andy's intelligence and initiative, but has no real desire to make friends with her. It's not that he doesn't get along with her, it's rather that Will has no big desire to make friends with her.

Despite her big mouth, Will gets along well with Aria. She knows when to leave him alone and when to talk to him and bounce ideas off of each other. He just knows not to tell her anything that he doesn't want the whole school knowing about.

Nonetheless, the two of them grew to be good friends and Rue returns his advances with equal fervour, flirting and bantering with him.

She finds that these taunts get her blood buzzing, as she only uses the words to fuel her motivation to win. Rue doesn't know Andy outside of the Quidditch field, but she likes the girl.

When they came together at Orion, things weren't as to be expected for the two best friends- things were different. Rue considers Galina to be her best friend and a sister, not by blood, of course, but she's family.

He made digs at her upbringing in particular. Less-than-impressed by Adrian's attitude, Rue has made up her mind that she didn't care much for him at all. The French witch thinks lowly of him.

Sure, they shared numerous classes, but neither spared much thought for the other until much later in their schooling. It was a shared class project that saw them finally learning more than what rumour told them, and to Lito's surprise he found an intelligent friend. She'll tease him for his habits of flirting with almost anything that moves, and Lito will just shrug and offer her a cheeky wink and a teasing retort in reply.

He came to her with a request, offering with a flirtatious wink that he’d exchange the item for a palm read. When she shot him down with a witty retort Lito grinned and brought out his wallet. Since then the two have enjoyed a firm friendship, where platonic flirting is not uncommon and their witty repertoire always leaves Lito entertained.

Sure, if the time is right and the opening perfect, he'll drop in the odd flirtation, but generally Lito is happy to simply consider Bodhi a friend, a good thing too as they have plenty of classes together and share the same house.

Maybe it's because she's so overly-cheerful and in your face, or that she seems to disprove of his treatment - or lack of acknowledgement - to people he deems 'beneath him'. Whatever the reason, Lito often finds the odd snide comment leaving his lips when she's around, not particularly caring how far his voice carries or if he offends her. In fact, he'd prefer to offend her.

Whenever Lito feels a frown beginning to cross his face he has to quickly check that a certain Pegasi seventh year is not around. Leo seems to have developed the habit of engulfing Lito in a comforting hug when he thinks Lito to be upset, a habit that Lito isn't particularly fond of. Though, oddly enough he has yet to vocalise his discomfort of the hug, perhaps because he knows Leo to doing it out of the honest goodness of his heart. Even Lito can't get angry at that.

He's largely the same indifferent self to Mae that he is to many others who don't capture his attention.

There's an unavoidable truth about Lito; he's a flirt. He made the same offer to Maireadh Fjestad and that was probably the closest and longest he's talked to the introverted Pegasi. For the majority of the time he's largely indifferent towards her, mainly because she's so quiet and shy. He doesn't not dislike her, but she isn't someone that he immediately gravitates towards.

Lito is also rather interested in Godric's talent with non-verbal spells, and is always happy to discuss spells with the other student. Godric's distaste for Divination, the skill that Lito's family's reputation and fortune is built on, only serves to amuse him, as Lito too finds the topic significantly less important than others. All in all he is a good friend, which is a surprising find in Phoenicis.

Though, the odd times the two have crossed paths it isn't rare for a small flirtation to slip from Lito's lips, and he's been mildly surprised and pleased to receive a witty reply.

If only her accent wasn't so thick, then Adie could see the two discussing quidditch and such for hours.

Adie confided in the other girl and was hurt and disappointed when she discovered that Aria had shared her secrets with others. Adie highly values loyalty, and to have her trust broken wounded her. Now she avoids Aria when she can, their friendship well and truly over.

Bodhi seems to be one such disgruntled pureblood and when she heard that he'd been spouting vulgar slurs to one of her friends, Adie wasn't shy about calling him out. More than anything she wishes she could prove to him wrong and show him that muggle borns are just as capable. Unfortunately, outside of charms her classwork usually falls short of exemplary and she's just left to sigh in frustration as Bodhi beats her.

Enemies would definitely be an overstatement, in truth Galina and Adeline are friendly rivals as they are both seekers on their houses' quidditch teams. It isn't uncommon to find the pair trading witty banter before a match, offering 'advice' about how the other girl might fly better, and promising not to rub it in their face too hard when one wins. For all that they're rivals, Adeline has come to respect and enjoy their competition. Galina is a worthy opponent, and because of it Adie feels that much better when she wins.

Adeline was thrilled when Lito offered her a palm reading and held out her hand eagerly. Only she never received a prediction of her future, only a blank stare and then a hasty excuse to leave. Despite this Adie is still prone to thinking favourably of Lito, and has yet to notice that he seems to avoid speaking with her when possible.

She's found him cuddling magical creatures more often then she can count, with buttons missing and covered in animal hair, or drenched by a magical waterfall with a wide grin on his face as he stretches out his arms and attempts to corner her for a wet hug. Leo is understanding, always friendly, and delightfully naïve about the muggle world. If she’s feeling down, Adie can always count on Leo to comfort her with a warm hug, and she’s similarly always more than happy to return the favour if she ever spies a pout growing on his face. Adie couldn't wish for a better friend.

Adie is still half sure it's revenge for the time she tricked him into eating vegemite - though his expression when he did is a memory that well makes up for being woken at some ungodly hour. For all that, she wouldn't trade Aidan for the world and has mastered the art of tuning out whenever he begins a lecture on the importance of study. In exchange for these 'sage lessons', Adie will attempt to pull him into Nap club, assuring her long time friend that an afternoon of rest is sure to help.

Adie couldn’t have asked for a better friend to share her house with, and looks forward to what adventures lay before them.

Early on Adie's attention was caught and held by the beautiful Phoenicis boy. It was more than just Godric's divine abs, but his loyalty, courage, and quick wit that attracted her too. True, his family detested muggles, but Adie found Godric's own love of muggle customs endearing and would hardly judge him on his family. To her pleasure it appeared that Godric returned her feelings, and before she knew it the two were an item. However, it would not last. A slur spoken by Godric's friend, Bodhi, angered Adie and she couldn't understand why Godric didn't see the weight of the situation. They broke up and spent a time of awkward avoidance, which proved hard given both are part of the Phoenicis quidditch team. Eventually, for the sake of the team and because it is hard to completely avoid someone in the same house, they called a truce. Since then Adie has maintained a civil relationship with her ex-flame, though there are times when she misses them as they used to be.

Will is a nice enough lad but he happens to be rather good at what he does. Aidan enjoys the competition, so long as he wins. For the most part, they are friendly and Aidan can respect a fellow competitor, even if it's somewhat begrudgingly.

There're few people Aidan fails to get along with, Lito is one of them. Disrespectful, rude, sleazy and full of himself, Lito is the embodiment of everything Aidan finds distasteful. Besides that, Lito's talent as a Seer makes Aidan uncomfortable. Aidan has always been a believer of free will. He does not believe in destiny and the prediction of the future - of his future - is one he will gladly stay far away from. Aidan will never admit it, but it gives him immense pleasure to provoke Lito and every other Draconis. For the most part, Aidan gives Lito a wide berth because the Draconis wizard never fails to anger him. Aidan is not proud of his short fuse outside of the Quidditch pitch and Lito tests it like no other.

Similar to Will but significantly less tolerable, Adrian belongs in Aidan's basket of threats, competition and people to be wary of. Unlike Will, Adrian is a Draconis and a Pure-blood, one belonging to a House his own family continues to have relations with. By all accounts, Adrian seems the sort of person Aidan has strived his entire life to escape from. Like every other Draconis, Aidan simultaneously enjoys provoking Adrian - though he will never admit to it - and avoiding him. There is something about Adrian Aidan finds insufferable. Perhaps it's that they are in some ways so similar. At the very least, the whole of Orion seems to think so, at least appearance wise. The most comforting thing about the comparison is that most believe Aidan to be the light to Adrian's darkness. He hopes they are right.

His unnerving faith in Adeline prevents him from interfering when Galina jostles Adie mid-flight. Never had Aidan been happier to have a cat for a familiar than when he discovered that Galina was allergic to cats. Kitty seems to have an odd fondness for Galina, which Aidan doesn't mind, since it means a slew of sneezes and itches for the Pure-blooded Draconis.

The Volkovs and the Zellers have been friends for a long time. They have always been on the same side, be it during the First and Second Wizarding Wars, or in business ventures. Ruslan Volkov and Theodor Volkov especially were like brothers, both having attended Durmstrang Institute. It seemed Bodhi and Aidan would be the same and for much of their childhoods, they were, their homes between England and Russia. However, when Aidan began to shy from the teachings of Blood Supremacy and the Dark Arts, he confided in Bodhi, who proved to not share in his beliefs. Bodhi was the first of them to call him a Blood-traitor. In the span of minutes, their brotherly bond disintegrated into that of mortal enemies.

Aidan tried to set them up a few times but realised soon that it was rather difficult for two extremely quiet people to have a prolonged conversation.

Before then, Aidan hadn't known hair could come in those colours. They were in many of the same class and for the first two years, he snuck peaks at her but could not bring himself to say more than a few words to her at a time. When he joined Quidditch - and hit puberty - his newfound commitment took his attention away from her and his unrequited crush became tolerable until it was no longer. But Leia still intimidates him.

Although they met when they were children and Aidan came to purchase his first wand from the Esteemed Erskine, it was not until they enrolled in Orion that they were able to speak freely. They are flying companions and Quidditch rivals, but more importantly, Devan is one of Aidan's closest friends. He is also the most likely to suffer through Aidan's Nicholas Sparks marathons without too much protest. He acknowledges that Devan is a kinder, more forgiving soul than he could ever hope to be.

Empathetic and considerate, Leo is one of the nicest people Aidan has ever met. They share many of the same friends. He often finds Adie hiding out in the Nap Club with Leo tucked firmly around her. Aidan doesn't appreciate this so much, because Adie often flees from Quidditch training by sleeping, and he might just be a little bit jealous. He doesn't understand why Leo would bother befriending Galina, but they aren't close enough for him to protest Leo's choice of companion.

Aidan and Adeline have known each other for all her time in Orion and they've played Quidditch together for nearly as long. Since becoming Captain in his 6th year, the hate in their love-hate relationship has only amplified. He's made ample use of his newfound authority to torment her and ensure she is filled with regret over the Vegemite Incident of 2009, amongst the many other pranks she's pulled on him. He treats her as his younger sister although he takes his role as her friend and Senior a bit too seriously. He nags quite a bit and isn't afraid to lecture her on the benefits of waking early and using study period to study. He can be somewhat overprotective. Adeline has often been his advisor in all things concerned with girls and emotions, two things he seems to lack all understanding of.

Mac is one of Aidan's closest friends, but she can be quite infuriating. Sassy and independent, Mac doesn't take well to being bossed around, while Aidan does not take well to being challenged. Of all the members on the Phoenicis Quidditch Team, Mac is the most rebellious. He worries at times that her recklessness will cost them a win or put her in harm's way. Initially, Aidan agreed to accompany Mac on her explorations of the island instead of studying as he normally did out of fear for her safety. Now he does it out of enjoyment, although there've been times when Aidan had to act quickly to keep her from injuring herself or acting upon an impulse more absurd than usual. He calls her 'McKenna' or 'James' only when she tests his patience.

Down to earth and painfully cute, Emma reminds Aidan of his bengal cat familiar, Kitty. Emma isn't the shortest person around and perhaps it's the hair, but she inspires in him the urge to pat her head. It takes a colossal amount of willpower for Aidan not to do so, as she might find it condescending but good lord, her hair is nearly the same shade as Kit's. It helps that Kit, who normally hates everyone besides Aidan, seems to have a particular fondness for Emma. That is, Kit doesn't try to claw out Emma's heart in her sleep. Aidan found Emma's enthusiasm somewhat jarring initially but has since grown to appreciate it, particularly on the Quidditch pitch.

They met in their First Year when Godric had the bad luck to walk past Sir Alfred Holdsworth on the 6th floor. Aidan had his nose buried in a book when he heard the sounds of struggle and he looked up just as he tripped over Godric's own abandoned book. Aidan had pitched forward and in his haste to stop his fall, he reached out and accidentally hit the Silver Knight over his helmet with 'One Thousand Magical Herbs and Fungi.' They engaged in a brutal fight that two Sixth Years saved them from. Since then, they have made it their life's goals to defeat 'Alfie,' who seems to have a particular fondness for attacking the two Phoenicis. Since then, Aidan has forced Godric into many romantic movie nights - he's made Godric watch Serendipity and The Lake House no less than twelve times. Being an early bird, Godric often helps Aidan set up for morning Quidditch training. Bodhi is a frequent topic of disagreement between them.

Lito likes interesting things, and more likely than not, he can read them, so it’s a system that works out well for them both.

Once upon a time when Mac and Bohdi were both blissfully innocent first years, the pair were unlikely friends for a brief time. Bohdi was Mac’s first friend at Orion, and it was from him that she first heard the word “mud-blood”. When Bohdi learned that Mac was muggle born, their friendship died, and Mac learned a very bitter lesson. By virtue of her so called “blood-status”, some people would always look down on, and maybe even try to hurt her. Mac could either feel wounded every time it happened, or she could learn how to cast a mean hex or two. Mac chose the latter, so in a way Mac has Bohdi to thank to inspiring the courage and conviction to take on the many bullies she’s faced over the years head on.

Aiden is part of Mac’s pack. On the Quidditch Pitch they work well together, though Mac can never help herself from poking the bear at practice so to speak, often sassing or even flirting with him at practice to get a rise. Overall, Aiden’s a guy that Mac trusts, and is part of her inner circle. If her feelings for Aiden run deeper than that, well…Mac is a bit willfully ignorant of them at the moment.

Even when they were separated for some time when Rue attended Beauxbatons in France, the two remained close. However, once Rue transfered to Orion, things seemed to change for the worst. There was even a time in which they hardly seemed to have time for each other and somehow they slowly drifted apart. It wasn't until they both reconciled that their bond became stronger than ever and that Galina came to truly appreciate their unbreakable bond. It can be safe to say that Galina considers Rue to be her own blood and would go as far as doing anything and everything for her. Of course, it goes without saying that these two are rather inseparable.

Afraid that her feelings were one sided, Galina took up upon herself to talk herself out of it and to realize they are simply good friends. Galina can't exactly pinpoint the moment she realized how important Leo is in her life, but their friendship and close bond has come a long way. He's one of the few Galina allows herself to show her softer side to and one of the few she knows she can trust wholeheartedly.

This duo have been going at it from the moment they met and are often seen sharing a repertoire of wordplay and playful banter. This promising rival is the Gimli to Galina's Legolas. The two often keep score of their respective house's wins whenever they compete against each other and have proven to be much fitted to keep each other motivated. Admittedly, Adeline is one of the reasons why Galina was determined to improve as seeker, if only to feel the sweet victory after going against such a skilled opponent. In occasions, Galina is unconsciously jealous of the young witch because of how close she is with Leo which only adds onto her competitiveness.

It is not unusual to see the two pulling pranks against each other in hopes to outdo the other. There is also their rivalry when they are playing Quidditch and duelling. While they are not particularly close friends, Galina does have a sense of admiration and respect for the young witch who seems to keep her entertained.

To anyone who might of been paying attention might of noticed how Godric is completely attached to this sophisticated French beauty. Without taking their family's alliance into account, Godric has come to care for this young witch greatly, being much like an older brother figure towards her. Without a doubt, Godric enjoys Rue's ladylike behaviour, their intellectual conversations in which they often engage in and her incredibly endearing French accent. Rue has come to adopt a habit of hers that consists of gifting Godric with various antiques and old artifacts, knowing they are his greatest pleasures. Such habit of hers has often stirred up much internal conflict on Godric, whom is not accustomed to such customs, while on the other can't seem to resist such exquisite gifts. Godric tends to cave in much to his dismay but not before scolding the French girl and ask for her to end such a maddening habit.

Even though Will and Godric are not particularly close, there is no denying there are certain similarities between their personalities. Admittedly, he wouldn't go out of his way for the wizard but the two can enjoy each other quietness and they can be good teammates if the occassion were to present itself.

It must have been a while back that Godric finally realized his irrefutable affection towards Kirsten. What they have, is not easily understood by many unless they know the nature of their relationship. His affection and love for Kirsten was perhaps an inevitable occurrence given that the two have known each other since they were children, even before attending Orion. In time, Godric found himself growing attached and despite his usual indifference and sense of detachment, there was something that often drew him towards Kirsten. Their first summer was spent together, as their family's spent their annual vacations, one which Godric considers to be one of his most endearing memory as Kirsten was the first he could genuinely call a friend and the first person Godric had ever learned to care for other than his family. Although they bid each other goodbye with much heaviness, thinking that would have been the last time they'd see each other, the truth was far from it as it was simply the beginning of an unbreakable bond that can't be shaken or swayed. Summer after summer, the two young children saw each other once again, unknowingly the other was also gifted with magic. One can only imagine the surprise when they saw each other at Orion during Kirsten's first year. Although Godric was extremely disappointed when Kirsten had been assigned to Centaurus, Godric swore not to let anything get in between them. Both Godric and Kirsten always managed to spend as much time as possible together. Their time together was spent with Aidan in addition to the small group, both of them being incredibly important in Godric's life. Naturally, the incredible amount of time spent together only helped their bond to grow stronger. In addition to spending summers together, there was the usual delight in seeing each other every year. While Godric is able to show a poker face around the fiery headed Galina, the young witch is certainly quick to remind Godric how strong is her apathy is towards him. Undoubtedly, their personalities are far too different. Regardless, whenever he is bored or simply wants to entertain himself, Godric may find time to tease the young witch, knowing exactly what to say to rile her up.

Lito is without a fault, someone Godric has come to acknowledge as a friend. This regard was much surprising to Godric, as he has a knack for dissing all that is related with Divination, and the young flirtatious wizard always seemed to offer palm readings. After he learned the young wizard also acknowledged Divination is nothing more than codswallop, he was quick to learn their personalities are almost fitting to each other. As of recently, knowing Lito's interest in non-verbal spells the two often find time to discuss spells and other things related.

Godric and Bodhi have been friends for a long as he can remember. Their families are strong and powerful allies both mastering in the Dark Arts. However, it wasn't until Bodhi's and Aidan's hatred started and their bond was completely shattered that the two became really close. Perhaps their relationship is not one that can be easily understood by the bystanders eyes. Bodhi is a blood supremacist and Godric, despite what most of his family valued, takes a neutral approach in the matter. If someone were to ask why Godric has allowed himself to care to such depths for the blood supremacist, he'd say it is due to mutual understanding and a sense of belonging when he is around the young wizard. It was Bodhi's derogatory comment towards his old flame that ultimately led to his and Adeline's break up. Yet, Godric can't seem to bring himself to resent him for it. Although their upbringing was indeed different and they may not see eye to eye on certain things, they stick together through it all. As with most things, Godric does not take a side when it comes to Bodhi and Aidan's endless dispute, preferring to stay out of their mess and considering both of them as his brothers.

It should be said that there are plenty of similarities between Godric and Adrian. The two may be seen often discussing several different books, enthusing over which book they will recommend next. Although they are not particularly close at the moment, there is no one to say where this relationship will go next.

One thing the two wizards so have in common is their friendship with Aidan, whom appears to enjoy nothing more than to torturing them both by watching romantic movies whenever the occasion presents itself.

Quite frankly, it wasn't only her gorgeous smile and her beauty that had him captivated, but her loyalty, her kindness and her ever so playful nature. Despite his usually detached persona and his knack for pushing people away once they get too close, Godric found himself completely smitten by the Phoenicis Seeker. Thankfully, Adeline was able to look past Godric's family's hatred towards Muggles, and saw Godric for who he is. Before too long, Godric found out Adeline returned his feelings, only to quickly become a couple shortly after. However, their bliss was cut too short by Bodhi's derogatory slander towards Adeline, the very same Godric has grown up hearing and is now indifferent for. Unable to cut ties with Bodhi, whom he considers to be much like family, and unable to calm Adeline down; the two were forced to drift apart and eventually broke up. Both of them spent time avoiding each other like the plague for quite some time which only proved to be problematic in the Quidditch field. However, after some time they were able to make amends enough to maintain a civil relationship. It would be a lie to say he doesn't miss what once was and he might have lingering feelings for his house mate, but he has now comes to term that what they once had is wholly and truly, over.

Their first encounter is not one that can ever be forgotten. As usual, Godric's head was filled by his most recently discovered spell book found at the library. His arms, wrapped around the heavy tome and his head had already vacated the premises when he was unfortunate bump into the Silver Knight. Shocked at the abrupt encounter, at the sight of the intimidating knight, the young Godric was quick to drop his book and immediately drew his wand out preparing to defend himself. Alfie's and Godric's encounter was short-lived as Aidan slopingly introduced himself into the scene. The clumsy wizard had tripped with Godric's own tome since he too was distracted by a book of his own. As Aidan's book accidentally hit Sir Alfred Holdsworth, there was nothing left to do but to join forces with Godric against the infuriated piece of armor. Despite being saved by older classmates, the two made a pact from then on to defeat their knighted enemy who had out-bested the newly appointed brotherly duo. From that moment on, the two Phoenicis have become rather close, enjoying nothing more than early Quidditch practices. It's not like Godric minds waking up early, being an early riser himself. If he were to be honest, Godric considers Aidan to be much like an brother due to their close bond, not that he'd ever admit it. For years now, Aidan has forced Godric into watching all and almost every romantic Muggle movie that is known to exist, many of which often bring manly tear into Aidan's eyes, which is nothing short from unbearable to the young wizard. It has come to Godric's attention that Aidan's wicked form of torture is his way of retribution for what happened when they first met.

Though it may be difficult to picture, due to their current relationship, Aidan and Bodhi used to be the best of friends. The Volkovs and Zellers have always been a close family so it was no wonder the boys became fast friends at such a young age and the pair were well known around both the Zeller and Volkov estates as delinquent troublemakers. Messing with hardworking House Elves and unsuspecting family members alike, the two never failed to cause mayhem. It's often these times that Bodhi will reflect on and wonder - how did we get here? before he's once again reminded of - what in his eyes was - Aidan's betrayal. Even just seeing his former best friend in Phoenicis colours, surrounded by all his Muggleborn friends is enough to put Bodhi in a bad mood. He'll never understand why Aidan would abandon him to run off and join the people they were conditioned to hate. Bodhi was hurt, badly, although he won't ever admit to it.

Raised under his parent's teachings, Adrian was told to look down upon the Duan family, a pureblood lineage that didn't take the same stance the Holt family did. However, when Adrian arrived at Orion, he found Leo Duan, a boy he was meant to dislike, much different from how he had imagined him to be. After a bit of time and coaxing, the two boys grew to be incredibly close, nearly inseparable. It was a relationship Adrian was willing to keep despite the betrayal to his family. When he went through his "transformation", however, and emerged an almost entirely different person, Leo was less than pleased. Looking back on it, the day they went their separate ways was one of the only times he's seen Leo get angry. Now it's been years since they've last spoken. Adrian would be lying if he said he's forgotten about Leo or even if he claimed to still be angry at him. In fact, he fully takes the blame for what happened between, even misses the boy who used to be his closest friend, but he's not about to take the first step.

Perhaps it's his calming demeanor, but instead of seeing an enemy in him, Adrian sees someone who understands, however slightly, how it is to be in his shoes. For now, their friendship is maintained through casual book recommendations, though it will be interesting to see how their relationship may develop.

She was another Pheonicis twit, loud and excitable and far from desired company. Detention, however, seems capable of bringing even the most disparate of souls together. Troublemakers, the two of them, and repeated sightings and exposure led to a rather close friendship. She tells him she can let her mischievous side loose around him, he doesn't dare tell her he can let go of his resentment and bitterness around her. He's not blind to her feelings for Aidan as he seems to be, and lately, it's been doing a number on him. He's been trying to distance himself from her, but he can never keep stubborn for long when it comes to her, and after a pathetically small amount of pleading on her part, he's skipping class again to check out some new caves she's eager to explore.

Perhaps this is why the two despise each other so much. Due to the frequent comparisons the two get, even being mistaken for brothers on more than one occasion, people have taken to seeing Adrian as the dark to Aidan's light. This hardly makes things any better. There have been many a times where he's wondered what might've been if only he had been sorted into the great Pheonicis house as well. Would things be any different? Could he have the life Aidan enjoys instead of being trapped in his own miserable one? Would he receive cheers on the Quidditch pitch instead of jeers? Would the only person he's ever felt an inkling of love for love him back? Seeing Aidan surrounded by his friends and going about his life cheerfully only reminds Adrian of what he's lost by being unable to break free from the shadow cast upon him by his family. For this reason, he generally attempts to avoid meeting his "better half" as often as possible, but to his surprise and general displeasure, Aidan seems to find a way to seek him out for whatever antagonistic purpose he has in mind that day. And Adrian is never shy to fight back. It's stopped being a surprise that Adrian is always seen as the villain in any of their encounters.

She's often lost when it comes to Galina's sense of humor, much of the sarcasm going right over her head, but it seems as though with every passing moment they spend together, Kirsten is picking up more and more of it. She's been known to get dragged along on Galina's plans of mischief, and they'll often converse in Spanish when she's planning anything. Kirsten rarely has anything to contribute to the mischief, but she's always glad to continue to the mechanics and logistics of the plan, though never out of a desire to partake in the mischief, merely to correct seen flaws.

Merely seeing the two of them from a distance, it's not difficult to see how they might be close. They both seem to carry with them a serene air, one of detachment and indifference. Frequently, they can be spotted having whispered conversations in quiet corners of loud rooms, or even continuing those conversations on rooftops in the chill of the early morning or dusk. Their relationship reaches far back, long before Orion. In fact, they met as children, on a family's vacation. Their chance meeting led to friendship, one they were sad to let go of when the end of summer came. The next summer, however, the same trip was made, and they met again. So continued the cycle every year to come. Neither knew, throughout the duration of their entire relationship, that the other was a witch or wizard, and meeting at Orion her first year was probably the shock of the century. Both were incredibly glad to see each other, however, and with the increased amount of time they were able to spend with each other, their already impossibly tight-knit relationship grew even tighter. They were in separate houses and separate years, but they always made time to see each other. It's no secret that they have a notoriously sibling-esque relationship, with Godric being fiercely protective of her (much to her own chagrin), and it's certainly not uncommon, given her friendship with Aidan as well, to see her being somewhat of a house traitor and cheering for the Pheonicis team at Quidditch matches. Lately, however, Kirsten's had her view on him changed. She's not pleased about it. Emotions are things she toils with as infrequently as possible, and this is certainly throwing a wrench in her plans. She's never been good at expressing her emotions, so she's not particularly worried about anyone finding out, but she'd very much like to get over it all as soon as possible and move on with her life. In her attempts to do just that, she's trying to distance herself slightly, and has lately been favoring Aidan's company over Godric's.

They certainly make for unlikely friends, but friends they are. It may be difficult to fathom how the popular extrovert came to be friends with her, and the friendship almost certainly wouldn't have come about if it weren't for their obnoxious familiars. The two cats had taken to picking fights with each other in their early years at the academy, with Aidan and Kirsten always needing to break them up. Eventually, the frequent meetings allowed the two to move past the uncomfortable stage of merely exchanging niceties each time to become good friends. It was slow-moving, but given how many years they've had to nurture that bond, they're quite close now. This seems to be another situation where their vast differences work to their benefit. His view on the world is black and white, and she's not afraid to point out all the shades of grey to him, and when she gets caught on all the minor details, he's there to pull her back and bring the big picture into view. She's tricked him into being her chess partner by dumbing down her game for him so he has the chance to win a few times, but it's a closely guarded secret. She values the games they play, and she'd hate to have anything threaten them. The German he speaks is also a boon, as she's always eager to test out her ever-increasing knowledge with a native speaker. Lately, she's been skirting Godric's company sometimes in favor of Aidan's, and while her reasons may not be purely out of love for him, she certainly doesn't see the time spent with him as wasted. Plus, she's sure he appreciates having another fan on the Pheonicis side of the games.

The pair are even good friends, they may even be homework buddies, if homework buddies did everything last minute, in Alec's case, or just late at night, as is for Will, but those nights have become less and less as Alec has started to avoid Will. Due to the sad truth of Alec becoming aware of where his future is heading and that is back to Northern Ireland, so to even fantasise about a relationship with the smart jock, is just that, a fantasy. The reality would hurt more.

As they are of different years and houses, Alec's only main interactions with Isaiah is through Nap Club and unless they've been having some sleep talk conversations, the interaction is rather minimal. However, from the interactions they have had, the pair seem to be pretty compatible and get on fairly well, with a bit more interaction, I can't see why they couldn't be friends.

Alec knows and respects Godric's privacy and tends to avoid him when he's reading so as not to disturb him, but Alec isn't always up for being loud and often seeks solace in the quiet company of his friend, it's not unusual for Alec to fall asleep on him and then have to deal with the snide remarks afterward. Yes, he talks in his sleep, so he mentioned Godric's name, like gods it's as if he's never heard of nightmares.

The pair are on fairly friendly terms, but Alec tends to avoid him most of the time, which is easier than it is to avoid Will, not because he doesn't want to be around him, but simply because it would be easier to not be around him. Obviously, Alec has off days and gives in, hanging out with him like he was just any other friend.

However, their ability to have discussions, before they get fed up with each other, prompted the two to become good friends, sometimes their arguments get out of hand, but they usually end up laughing about it... Somehow... All I'm gonna say is thank god they aren't the same house, their dorm mates would never get a moments silence.
