She is an Omega. And a leader of her pack. She was betrothed with the guy since her birth. The packs need to come together. The only issue is that when they were younger they were good friends. And they had a fight and now they aren't. She doesn't like him and he doesn't like her. But what happens if the wedding ceremony is arranged for next week. Can you fall in love before then?

Image
He is the Alpha of his pack. He was betrothed with her since their birth. They used to be friends but something happened and he doesn't want to try to get married with her or even do anything with her, is because of their past. Can they both get over it and move on?

Image
Okay I am playing Pheobe Tonkin and i would love for someone to play the guy. OPEN face claim just used him as an example and the problem that seperated them is totally up for chatting about. PM me or OCC me. And I will respond to you when I get the chance. Thank you for looking.

"I AM NOT GOING!" Hayley screamed at her father in the living room as she was walking upstairs to her bedroom. She slammed the door and bent her knees to her chest and folded her head into her knees and began to break down in tears.

She didn't want to marry someone who hated her. She wasn't the cause or death of his sister and he knew that right? Or did he really believe since she was coming to visit Hayley that it was her fault she died? She never knew but she knew she didn't want to be forced into marrying him for the sake of the pack.

But she knew that if not her father would not allow her to go to school and her father already didn't like it that she was going to school because he was old fashioned and wanted her to marry. And have kids.

She walked out of the room and into the bathroom. She changed into some clothes and walked out to her father and pretended like she didn't care about all this and wasn't affected.

"I will meet with him. And I will marry him if I must but my schooling has to be still payed for." He smiled at her. "Don't worry about that."

She walked out of the house as he told her where both parents were forcing them to see each other again. When she got to the small river near the woods she sat down when she saw him.

He looked good. "Hello Trevor." Was all that passed her lips. If she could she would have screamed at him told him that he had ruined the friendship. She would ignore him but she had to marry him for her schooling so she still could do what she always wanted to do. But that was limited even if she was married.

How was she going to survive this? She didn't have feelings for him? If you had asked her so many years ago. She would say of how she was deeply in love with him and never told him. Of course, thats why she felt so upset when he was screaming at her and was so mad.

Maybe he would apoligize and say he missed her? But she knew that was wishful thinking and pushed it aside. Even though she was twenty years old. She really was that broken hearted teenager at heart. Had her parents never thought about that at all? That she was not in love with him anymore. And never could be as he obviously would never feel the same way.

"Time to get up dear." Jessica ordered as she drew the curtains to let in the sunlight. Trevor groaned, and pulled the covers over his head to block the dreaded sun. Jessica rolled her eyes, and pulled the covers off his bed. Luckily he slept in his underwear last night rather than the nude. "Come on. Pouting is unbecoming for a Alpha." She stated. "This is complete, and utter bullshit! You're pimping out your son I hope you know that!" He growled at his mother as he begrudgingly got out of bed. "I know you have reservations about this, but this is for the good of the pack. Sometimes you must put the pack above yourself."

Trevor sat up on the side of the bed, and grabbed a cigarette. He let it lazily hang in his mouth as he searched for his lighter. Jessica held up his lighter in her hand, and started to hand it to him. As he reached for it she pulled her arm away. "You need to do this. This is your responsibility." She said as she handed him his lighter, and kissed him on his forehead. "Now hurry, and get ready." She ordered before she left. 'Responsilbility. Of course. It always comes down to that.'

It didn't take long for him to get dressed, and he was down the stairs of their rather large house. He made his way to the kitchen first, and saw his sisters up, and about. "Sup nerds?" He said as he playfully ruffled Lizzy's hair, who's nose was firmly planted into a book. "Like you're one to talk." Lizzy muttered. "Careful there, only we can use that word." He said with a finger pointed to her. He searched the cabinets for something quick to eat. "You nervous about today?" Michelle asked as she was eating some cereal.

"I'm not nervous, I'm pissed! This is crap! I'm not ready, or interested in marriage. This is the twenty-first century, who has arranged marriages anymore?" Trevor growled. "It's more common than you think. It's pretty common in South Asia, Africa, the Middle East, Latin America, and even parts of Japan." Lizzy corrected him. Trevor glared daggers at her. "But, this might count more towards a Vanir, as neither parties are consenting. But that was a form of punishment in Pakistan, and was to punish males by marrying off female relatives." She added. "Tell me, how many times to you get smacked in school? Just a ballpark." He joked as he found him some poptarts.

Once Trevor was done eating breakfast, he, and his sisters left the house. Outside the house was a few of his pack members, coming to wish their Alpha luck. Jessica, and Trevor went to the small river in the woods where Hayley, and her father were waiting already. "I hope you hadn't been waiting long. You look very beautiful Hayley." Jessica greeted the two. She nugged at Trevor's folded up arms. "Yeah, great." He said disinterested.

Hayley looked at her father, Mrs. Talbot and Trevor. "Jessica maybe we should allow the kids to talk." He said nudging away walking wise.

Hayley looked at Trevor as her father left. "You look good Trevor you haven't changed much." She said with a small smile and looked towards the river. "I might as well get this in the open because I feel like its hanging..."

She couldn't let herself hear the words or even say them. She wanted too but she was dead inside. Thinking about it all was just... she didn't know how to explain her hurt.

"Right, we should discuss a few things, and allow the newly weds to talk." Jessica said as she followed behind Hayley's father. Trevor rolled his eyes at being called newly weds. 'Next thing on the to do list, find werewolf nursing home.' Trevor thought to himself with a slight smirk on his face. Trevor reached in his jacket pocket, and pulled out a pack of cigarettes. He took one out with his mouth, and reached to his other pocket to grab his lighter. He flicked the lighter open, and lite up his cigarette. He scratched the side of his chin as he half listened to Hayley talk.

"Umm....thanks. The same." Trevor awkwardly replied to Hayley's compliment. He turned his attention to Hayley when she started to say something, but couldn't seem to get the words out. He raised an eyebrow, and exhaled a big puff of smoke from the side of his mouth. "This is total bullshit right? Am I the only one who think's this is insane?" He interrupted. "I feel like a show dog being set up for breeding." He added, not even dawning on him the pun. "What is this? Pakistan? That was something Lizzy said this morning..."

He took a big hit off his cigarette, and exhaled. "I don't wanna get married. Not to you, not to anyone. I'm barely in my twenties for god's sake!" He stated as he ran his fingers through his hair. "I get more pissed off the more I think about it."

Hayley looked at Trevor as he began to smoke and take long drags. "I know what you mean. But if I don't do it I can't go to school. And if i am not finished school. I can not be a dancer so I need to marry you."

She said looking at him and sitting down on the wood plank near the lake. "I don't think it will be too bad. We are joining the packs together no? We just need to work a schedule. Make it look like a happy couple and then have our time schedules and stay out of each others way."

She looked at him. "And if its about women. I am fine with you having women on the side." She said looking at him.

She only wanted school. So she could do something she loved so much.

Trevor looked out at the lake as Hayley began making plans already. He walked over to the plank she was sitting on, and placed his leg on it, and rested his hand on his knee. "Dancer huh? I'll refrain from making the obvious stripper jokes. I'm classy like that." He smirked. "Look, it's not about another woman. Trust me, my dating life is pretty much non-existent. Too busy to go through that crap." He stated as he huffed more smoke out of his mouth. "It's just that, I don't know, I don't see why we have to get married to join the packs."

"We're the Alphas right? Can't be just be like 'Grr I'm a Alpha. We're gonna join those guys cause I said so'?"
He asked, making his voice mockingly deep when he made the mock Alpha order. "Besides, don't you wanna choose who you marry? Don't you want to choose the guy who you'll spend the rest of your life with instead of your dad? Or girl, I'm not judging." He asked. He then realized that he was starting to joke around her again, like before. He then let out a big sigh. "Fine, whatever. If you want to spend the rest of your life with me then fine. Dad tried to raise us Irish Catholic remember? We're gluttens for punishment."

Hayley glanced at Trevor. "You were always a joker so I wouldn't be surprised if you did. Yes classy is true." She said glad they were able to at least talk to each other.

She had felt like she was the only one doing the talking earlier. "I assume you are busy. And I know its a pain with everything but its been written practically in stone since we were born. Why fight it anyway? We can work around it. Right?"

She didn't want her life to change but she knew it would change no matter what she liked. "I am sure that would be lovely but its been history in times that the packs join because of deaths or what not."

She looked at him with a small smile and then looked at her jeans she was playing with it making circles with her finger before she looked at him. "I don't know really. I have never had intreast in the whole dating thing in general. And we know each other for a long time. It was like we were friends since our mothers wombs. I just have a feeling it can work. If we try to."

She said, giving him a small nudge in the shoulder she smiled. "You make it like your the devil. Its not that bad really. I don't think it would be much of a problem. You are a great guy. We just have to forget the past problems and move on."

She wasn't entirely upset about it was she?

Trevor looked over at Hayley with a slightly confused look. "You really want this? Come on, don't you want to be with someone who can make you happy?" He asked, at this point almost pleading with her. "I want to fight it because I want to find my own happiness. I want to choose who I marry, if I marry. I don't want it to be chosen for me." He explained with a deep sigh. "We've been told since birth that we're meant to be leaders, that we've got no choice in it. What do we get a choice in then?"

"Then let us not forget they'll expect......kids from us." Trevor reminded her with a slight shiver. "You willing to take that bullet when the time comes? Cause I don't think it'd be fair for you." He stated. He huffed out a big puff of smoke as he sighed. He couldn't wrap his head around why she's so willing to get married. "So you still want to get married then?" He asked once more, making sure she was absolutely sure. "Fine, if you're really sure then let's get this over with." He said as he stood up fully, and dropped his cigarette on the ground, and stomped it out.

Hayley almost was staring at Trevor. She hadn't thought about the kid thing. But now that she anaylized it she knew that it wouldn't be to bad. When she was younger she liked Trevor more then a friend but, she just didn't think he would be like this.

Now she thought he would be mad. Yelling at her. She realized that maybe he grew up or forgot about it all. Not that she could. "Trevor its me the girl you hanged out with almost every day of our childhood. You would come to Christmas dinner. And I would come with my family to Thanksgiving. This can work out. If you can be happy I am sure we can be happy together. It has to right?"

She took a breath and looked at him. "Were you not wanting this also because well it was me? That you had to be married too?"

She asked needing to get it out in the open.

"Well....." Trevor started to say, thinking of his answer. "Look, it's just that I don't....love you." He admitted with a sigh. Though for the most part he was lying. He did at one point love her, but his feelings have been repressed by years of anger, greiving, and so much responsibility. "If, IF I ever wanted to get married, I want it to be for love. Not because my mother made me to." He stated as he ran his fingers through his hair. He wasn't quite sure how she'd feel about his words, but they had to be said. He's made it clear that he doesn't want to be married after all.

"But I guess we don't have a choice huh?" He sighed. He held out his hand to her. "Maybe you're right. It might not be so bad." He said with the slightest of smiles. "I....guess I could do worse for a wife..." He somewhat awkwardly said. He'd be lying if he said he wasn't attracted her, she was very attractive after all. But again he didn't like this feeling of being forced into this, and not given a choice. He let out a deep sigh, and his mother's words about him having to do this for the pack echoed in his mind.

Hayley looked at him and was sad but she understood. "I know you don't love me. Unfortunately your sister passed away and broke it between us. But if we hadn't broken our friendship we probably wouldn't be this way,"

She said looking at him. He was so handsome. He had grown up to be a great man. "Not really. I bet if you ran off and you couldn't be found then most likely it wouldn't happen. But I am not giving you ideas. Because I also assume that my dad will think I gave you the idea. Which I did but he would guess that i did. Oh god I am rambling. I still do that."

She said looking at him. She took ahold of his hand and stood to her feet. "I assume you most likely could do worse. i think there would be worse then you too. And I don't think it will be too bad. I promise to stay out of your hair when and where you want me too."

She said looking at him.

Trevor took a deep gulp when Hayley took his hand, and got up. This was really happening. He was really going to marry this girl. His former best friend. And despite his protests, and dismay it's going to happen. "Yeah, well don't tempt me with running away. But I can't leave my family, no matter how much I want to say screw it." He stated with a slightly comforting smile. "But let the record show that I think this royally blows." He smirked as he pulled his hand away from her. He turned his back to her, and faced the direction their parents went.

"I guess we should go get our parents, and tell them we're ready...." He said, and then sighed deeply. "....Honey..." He sighed once again, saying it as if someone was holding a gun to his head. He might be a bit more on board on the whole marriage thing than he was when he woke up, he's still not totally happy about it. But deep down, on some level he's actually a bit excited about it. He's marrying a beautiful woman, and she was his best friend at one point. If not for the whole arranged thing it'd be a no brainer.

Hayley smiled at him as he let go of her hand. She couldn't believe this was happening. She was going to get married in one week. To Trevor.

Someone at a point she would have jumped for joy. Now she felt like it could all be trouble. She was not the one to break them up. And she wondered why she declined all those dates throughout high school because she thought it was her werewolf thing that scared her away.

But that wasn't true. She still had feelings for him. She couldn't see them clear but she knew they were there. Espically the way her stomach was acting.

"You do know the wedding was set for next Saturday right?" She said looking at him.

"I know it's on Saturday. I'm not stupid." Trevor replied with a slight growl under his breath. "I just figured our parents would want to know that we weren't going to rip each other into shreds before the wedding night." He stated as he took out a fresh cigarette, and held it in his mouth. "Or at least for now. We might be on the same page right now, but who knows how we'll feel in a few weeks, or months, or even years. I might have to start sleeping with one eye open." He stated with a slight smirk as he lite his cigarette.

He turned on his heels to face Hayley. He brushed some of his hair off his face, and puffed out some smoke from the side of his mouth. "Or is there something else that you want to get off your chest?" He asked with a slightly raised eyebrow. "You know where I stand on all this. I don't know what else there is to discuss." He stated. He took out another cigarette, and offered it to his future wife. "It's not like we'll get lung cancer or anything." He couldn't quite remember how she felt about his smoking.

She growled a bit back at him. "I wasn't meaning to make it out that you were stupid. I was just asking." She said giving him a small smile.

"I don't think you will rip me to shreds and I know I won't of you." She said smiling at him and looked as he put it out there.

"I haven't changed Trevor. I am still the same as I was back then. I still want to make everyone happy. So if you want something. Don't be surprised if it gets done."

She said looking away and then noticing the cigarette. She took it and grabbed the lighter and lit it. "I haven't smoked since the tenth grade. I just need to enjoy this one though."

She said taking a long huff then puffed it out.

"We're werewolves Hayley, we're living proof that we change." He replied to her statement about not changing. "I just want....I don't know, some choice in my life I guess." He admitted. "Sometimes it feels like everyone is making my decisions for me. And I have to deal with the fallout." He added with a slight sigh. Lately it's felt like he's been dealing with problems rather than actually finding solutions to them. "God, some days it feels like my mom's the Alpha instead of me." He admitted as he ran his hand down his face. This was all very exhausting for him.

Trevor turned around to continue to head towards where their parents ran off to. But soon their parents came to retrieve them. "Well, how is the lovely couple?" She asked as she came over to them. Trevor merely groaned, and rolled his eyes, showing that he still wasn't fully on board with the idea of them getting married. "Fine." He moaned as he let out a puff of his cigarette smoke. "So what now? Do we announce our married to townspeople, or something equally as archaic?" He asked with a slight smirk.

She looked at him carefully and smiled. "The werewolf thing is very true. But people still have their ways kept the same if they want it to. I know i haven't changed all that much."

She said with a smile enjoying spending time with him. He was amazing and brought back so many memories when his mother and her father came back she looked at him and her. "Well you need to tell the combining packs that you are coming together."

He said looking at them both. She felt bad she was still taking puffs from his cigarette. "You should not be smoking Hayley." He said towards herlike he knew what she was thinking.

Trevor looked over at Hayley when her father gave her an unapproving look at her with a slight eyebrow raise. "Right, like they don't know about the marriage already." He stated under his breath. Jesscia smacked Trevor on the back of his head for his tone of disrespect. Trevor groaned slightly as he rubbed the back of his head. "Fine, whatever. Let's get this over with." He sighed. Jessica glared daggers at her son, clearly not approving of his tone of voice, thinking that he was being disrespectful with Hayley's father. Trevor merely brushed her glares off, paying little mind to them.

As they walked to announce the marriage to the packs, Trevor hung back a bit with Hayley, walkign side-by-side with her. "You....um....ok?" He asked her with some concern. "I was surprised you're so cool with all this, considering how we left things last time." He admitted as he huffed out a puff of smoke. "I don't remember you being the most forgiving sort if memory serves me right." He pointed out.

She looked at her father and smiled. "Yes sir!" She said and began to walk with Treor. She looked at him carefully. "My mother died. A few years back it wasn't much but yeah my dad was harsh and it happened through a full moon she was out and something killed her. My dad doesn't recall what happened that night but I believed it was him and held onto it for so long."

She said looking at him with a smile. "But If I wanted to pretend like my life was normal then yeah I would have to forgive. And so I had to push real hard to get over it. Not only that but he thretened to send me to a boarding school far away."

She said with a small laugh.

"Killing someone, killing anyone changes you. It eats at you. Sometimes it's just easier to blame it on that animal inside us. It makes the pill easier to swallow I guess." He stated as he held his head down, and then let out a sigh. He was clearly speaking from experience. "But I think we're more aware of it than we like to think. It's easy to say it's something beyond our control, because it's easy to have that safety net. It's easy to have something else to blame for our own actions, our own mistakes." He continued to explain as he rubbed the back of his neck.

He then shook his head, getting those thoughts out of his mind. "Bah, whatever." He groaned, wishing to get off of this subject. "You're still daddy's little girl huh?" He teasingly smirked. Before too long they approached where the two packs were. Before they came upon them Trevor let out a nervous sigh. This was actually going to happen. He was actually going to marry this girl. And what for? He understood it was for the packs, but he still didn't understand why they needed to submit their alliance like this. Why couldn't they sign some treaty or something?

She looked at him carefully and a small smile appeared on her face. "You know how to always make me smile Trevor thanks." She said looking at him as they continued to the other pack members. She looked at Trevor he seemed upset about it still. She understood as it was hard sometimes but it still was okay for her.

She understood that this is what was made of her the minute she was born. And she didn't mind because if that could help her be a good leader of them. Then she would do it. She looked at Trevor and grabbed his hand and gave it a light squeeze and a wink.

"Packs, Trevor and I have some news to tell you."
