Introduction
It is the most important time in Europe, where Prussia is at it's height, tensions rise between Natives and British in the Americas, and piracy is still harassing the Caribbean. Earls and princes scramble for control of regions, kings close to being murdered by conspirators. These will be the few men and women that will shape the future of culture, warfare and history itself.

- Important events in the last 100 years:
- The General Crisis occurred; A series of widespread break down in politics and society. The English Civil War, the Fronde in France, ( a series of civil wars where the people won out in the end despite the government's attempts to retain control), The Thirty Years War in the Holy Roman Empire, as well as revolts against the Spanish Crown.
- Inflation as a result of silver discoveries from the New World (North America, the Caribbean, etc etc), with rapid population growth accompanying it.
- The 'Little Ice Age' froze over Northern Hemispheres (and southern) severely.
- The Ming Dynasty collapsed, with population numbers falling by 30%.
- Also, yes I know Napoleon wasn't in rule during the 1700s, but the picture was funny.
The Rules:
- Your character is the ruler of the country you have chose. They can be anyone that came into power/was in power by the 18th Century, but it's okay to bend history if they came into power in 1701 or 1710- Everyone begins in 1700.
- All battles are finally decided by me according to a) The morale of troops b) the number of troops c) the tactics you have used and d) the experience of the troops. It's meant to be realistic, though, so Prussian Jaegers vs a massive horde of militia will probably be overcome.
- This isn't really a rule, but, history here doesn't have to be followed. You can have an insane king, even if the actual man was healthy. You don't have to look at Wikipedia for what happened everytime you write.
- Post once, then let everyone else have one turn in doing something; Same for battles.
- Any alliances require consent of both countries.

Collectibles
By creating Collectibles, you can reward your players with unique items that accentuate their character sheets.
Once an Item has been created, it can be spawned in the IC using /spawn Item Name
(case-sensitive, as usual) — this can be followed with /take Item Name
to retrieve the item into the current character's inventory.
Mobs
Give your Universe life by adding a Mob, which are auto-replenishing NPCs your players can interact with. Useful for some quick hack-and-slash fun!
Mobs can be automated spawns, like rats and bats, or full-on NPCs complete with conversation menus. Use them to enhance your player experience!
