Introduction
The sparks
Sparks are humans with the ability to control electrecty. It's not always heretitary- two humans can give birth to a Spark, but two sparks would defiantly give birth to one. Not this would happen- sparks are forbidden to marry and have children. Their mark is enough to make people look down on them. But the sparks don't even know of their ability. They're blood is also irrisistable to vampires. As soon as a vampire tastes a Spark's blood, they're bound. The vampire needs their Spark's blood to survive, and they give their blood up willingly. Humans never liked Sparks and said the vampires could have them if they stopped hunting humans. So it was a deal. Sparks grew up away from humans and vampires, in schools that had an attached medical center where they where consently being monitered to make sure their blood wasn't tainted. Every morning they have to take a pill that dulls their powers to the point where they don't even know of their ability, Sparks don't reisist because they've grown up that way.
The vampires
Vampires grow up the same way humans do, exept they never make contact with humans. They live off of animal blood that they can just open the fridge and get. They feed twice a day, and if they go longer then two days without blood then they become like animals, and will kill anyone to get blood. On their 17th birthday, they're are brought to the school that the sparks grew up in. The Sparks are lined up and have braclets on that show their personalities (colors are listed below). The vampires are allowed to chose their Sparks and take them home like a birthday present. Samual Hannigan's descendants always get first pick.
Vampires are like royalty, living in mansions with human butlers and maids. They dont sparkle, garlic doesn't affect them, and the sunlight doesn't kill them. They sunlight is mildly annoying and makes it somewhat hard to see, so they usually stay up at night, where they can see perfectly.
Hunters
Hunters are humans that grew up hating vampires. They usually are the maids or butlers of vampires, and their only goal is to kill the vampire they work for. Usually, they kill the spark because they much easier to pick off then the vampires are.
Plot
We will start off with the vampires picking their sparks and taking them home, allow them to adjust, then fast forward about five months. To keep things simple, the sparks will all be female and the vampires will be male. The sparks are pregnant. When the officials hear about this, the hunters take away the sparks and keep them in a cold, damp holding cell as they decide they will allow them to have their child, then take it away so they can poke and prod it. A vampire/spark hybrid has never been born. Every day the sparks have their blood drawn and sent to their vampires, and an ultrasound done. they give them pills to keep them healthy, but to weak to resist. The vampires have to work together to find a way to get them out. Just these few sparks might change everything.
Colors
The sparks wear bracelets on the day they are picked to show what they are like, and how challenging they will be.
Pink- sweet and loveable
Red- Feiry and hard to manage
Blue- calm and collected
Yellow- bright and cheerful
Black- cold and uncaring
Grey- easily bored, but easy to manage

The Story So Far... Write a Post » as written by 6 authors
He dropped his hand from her back as they got to her room and she grabbed her things. It was hitting him a little now, this girl was actually going to go home with him, she was all his. He mentally shook his head, she wasnβt an object, and he wouldnβt ever let himself think that, she was a person. He put his hands in his pockets, fingers tapping against his leg. βThink youβll miss this place?β It was where she had lived for many years, he wasnβt too sure how he would feel if he suddenly just up and left one day from his home. He motioned in a βLadies Firstβ gesture as he led her out of the room.
He smiled when she laughed, βNo, I guess I wouldnβt.β He wondered briefly why it was so bad here for them. He watched her as he walked. βYouβll like where weβre going. The house is huge, and the grounds around it are nice, well kept.β He was wondering what she was going to like more, the nature, the house, or the electronics, maybe all of them? Either way he was going to make sure that she liked it.

Nicholas was immediately immersed in a pleasure unlike anything he had ever felt before.
The blood filled his mouth at a perfect, steady rate. It tasted different to the blood of the deer he drank when at home. It tasted sweeter, richer, and made his breathing increase.
He could not really tell how long he had been stood here, drinking from Cora's wrist, each second felt like a millennium to him. An incredible, overwhelming millennium.
"N-Nicholas." The quiet sound of his own name spilled from Cora's lips. Nicholas felt his heart leap in his chest, and, bringing himself back down to earth, He hastily detached his fangs from Cora's wrist.
As he lifted his head, he licked the remaining few drip from his lips, hoping that his demonic appearance would not scare her off.
But, she didn't really have a choice now. Now that he had bit her, she would no longer smell attractive to any other.
"I'm... Sorry." He said, his dulcet tones highlighted with sounds of sincerity.
He placed a gentle hand on one of her shoulders.
"Miss K-" He stopped himself, midway through her name. Remembering that she had called him Nicholas only moments ago. This thought made his mind tingle a little.
"Cora." He purred in her ear, calling her by her first name for the first time. It rolled off of his tongue perfectly. "Shall we go?"
He smiled reassuringly at her, and felt his eyelids droop a little. For the first time in years, he felt relaxed.
He purred her first name into her ear instead, which she preferred significantly over the other. "Cora, shall we go?" And oh if she didn't love the thought and sound of that. He drew back and smiled at her, again she smiled in return.
"Yes, I don't really have anything I like enough to take with me, so...I'd say we're good to go," she shrugged and grinned up at him. "What's your home like?" she asked politely as she slowly started making her way to the door, making an effort to be more polite. Her impatience was winning out, though, and she couldn't help but feel gravitated towards the exit. Not that she was trying to leave Nicholas behind, of course, she'd wait for him.
This place didn't look that bad. To him, it seemed a little crazy that everyone was so desperate to leave. Perhaps that treated them badly here. It was sad that becoming a Vampires feeding sack was a better alternative.
He began to follow Cora, taking a few large strides in order to catch her up. it was only now that he noticed how small and slight she was. Perhaps she would be nimble, and useful back at the manor.
"My home?" He repeated her words curiously, "It's..." He paused here, and took a moment to think about Redgrave Manor.
The manor was a ginormous 3 story property. In total it had all of 15 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 lounges, an incredible kitchen, a few entertainment rooms, a roof garden, and a large pool. Not to mention the 6 acres of woodland outside. And the lake hidden among the trees. Nicholas loved the lake. His favorite place to relax.
"It's .. unique." He said, with another smile. His cheeks were actually starting to ache from all the smiling, a feeling he found extremely new and alien.
His eyes were drawn again to the intriguing shoes on Cora's feet. They looked comfortable. Moreso than his tight leather ones, anyway.
He took a few steps at a quick pace, so that he was now walking ahead of Cora. Without a word, he pressed down firmly on the golden handle of the ornately carved oak door, pushing it open, revealing to her the outside world, beyond the Hannigan Academy.
"Thank-you, Nicholas Redgrave," she said quietly.

He felt his trenchcoat flicker a little in the wind.
A slight movement caused his senses to peak, as he felt something silky soft slip against his palm.He looked down, to see that, there, sitting within his large, dexterous hand, was Cora's own. Perfectly fitted.
His stomach fluttered. And he cleared his throat, a little scared of what he had just felt.
Emotions were something Vampires found quite abnormal.
"Thank-you, Nicholas Redgrave." The small voice that came out of Cora's lips met Nicholas' ear.
He was taken back by what he had just heard.
Thank-you? Noone had ever said those words to him before, and he wasn't quite sure what the appropriate response was.
And so all he did was nod. He sqeezed her hand a little, and looked out, across the meadows in front of the academy.
For a few moments, he said nothing. He just allowed Cora to enjoy the sights, the breeze, the wonderful freedom.
"It's a long way home, i'm afraid." He said to her, after a short while.
In the distance, he was sure his eyes detected the slight movement of a deer between the tree trunks. His nostrils flared slightly.
"I could carry you."
"Would you really?" she felt her grip on his hand tighten, feeling the excitement in her stomach. She ran a hand through her short and somewhat jagged hair. Cora's green eyes were wide with anticipation.
She loved going fast, and being carried by a vampire...Plus, it being Nicholas made the thought all the more attractive. She smiled excitedly.
Lara was playing a lighthearted, yet haunting melody on the piano that Daren owned. She closed her eyes, allowing herself to get lost in the song. Lately she had been trying to be a a bit more gentle, but not to protect herself, for the most part, or Daren, but a smaller life. A more breakable one. One that only she had Daren knew existed. She didn't like feeling fragile, but she never complained.
Daren was still sleeping, and she played quietly so she wouldn't wake him. When she heard noise at the door, she stood up quickly, and stumbled forward slightly. Her balance had been off lately, too. The man that tended to the garden walked into the room, and she watched him carefully. He had always kind of creeped her out. "Can I help you?' she asked him, warily. Before she had time to react, he had her wrists tied together and he threw her over his shoulder like a sack of potatoes. "Get go of me!" She yelled, and she heard a stirring from the other room. Was Daren awake. "Nope. He was drugged." He told her, answering her silent question as he pushed a needle into her calf. She thrashed about, trying desperately to free herself. By the time he pulled out the needle, her limbs felt heavy and her eyelids drooped. Still, she fought on weakly until she couldn't move her limbs at all. "Why are you taking me?" She murmured, as he put her in a black van. "The people who raised you want your child." She said nonchalantly, as though it didn't matter at all. She curled up her lip and growled. "You wish." She muttered, before being forced to sleep.
Abruptly he sat up, looking around for the source of the noise that had long since become silence. It was well into the night now; Lara, who was normally nearby when he awoke, was nowhere to be seen. He leapt from his sleeping place, pulling a shirt over his head as he went from room to room, looking and calling for her. Human servants stared at him as though he had lost his mind as he tore through the mansion in search of her. His throat burned with bloodthirst, but he forced the feeling from his mind as he headed outside, thinking maybe she had gone into the gardens, but once again he found nothing. Where did she go? She's always somewhere around the house.... He paled as the thought occurred to him:Did someone find out? Almost instantly he was back in his room again, forcing himself to slow down and think. He looked around the room; her scent was here. She had been the one playing piano, the scent was a lot stronger there so she had been sitting for some time. Another scent, one he vaguely recognized, was by the door. This second one had to have been the one who had been talking. A few things were knocked about, now that he was taking time to look around and analyze his surroundings. There was a struggle.... Furious now more than frightened, he followed the scent out of his room and down the stairs, everything he saw tinged a faint red......
He felt a slight breeze ripple past, as it brushed his hair to one side.
The journey had not taken long. Being a Vampire, he had utilized his unnatural strength and speed to get her safely home.
Nicholas leant forward, and clicked down on the handle. The door swung open with a slight push, it's hinges oiled perfectly.
Nicholas never bothered to lock the door. Most people would never even find this place, in this secluded area of land, and those that did would never try and get past the many hounds he kept on the grounds,
Through the door, the lobby was visible, completely tiled in white marble, with a large, red-velvet-adorned staircase leading up to the first floor. The lobby was decorated with many pieces of Nicholas' favourite art.
A rather obnoxious self portrait of himself was hung on a far wall, Looking the very same as he did today.
"Well...?" He asked her, slightly anxious of what she would think.
This is where you'll be living... forever. He thought.
The anxiety thickens.

While Lara was out cold, her blood was drawn and left in a bag on Daren's doorstep. It was more then he usually took, and the past few .onths, she felt plae and weak when he took too much. It wasnt jsut her and Daren sharing her blood anymore. When Lara came to, she was being bumped around in the van. Her stomach lurched, as she curled around it. She felt a hard push on her ribs. Just when she felt she could take no more, she van stopped. the gardener opened the door and pulled her out. Lara turned her head, and threw up on the pavement. He seemed unfazed as he took her elbow and dragged her through a long stone coorder.
He stopped at a prison cell looking room. Outside on a plate is said:
Lara Nox- May 10
Cora Kerr- May 11
Emily Vaughn- May 20
She knew what they meant. That was the day when her little life inside her could no longer be hidden. it was soon- less then a week away. Cora. That was the red bracelet that had been beside her at the choosing. Her too?
She was thrown in the damp cell, and she curled of on one of the white beds.
