Eris sat still on her master's bed while she was combing her fur. "Don't worry Eris. I'm almost done," said her master. "Mew!" "But it hurts!" She opened and closed her claws at the feeling of the comb going through her fur. "There! I'm done now Eris. Now, I'll be downstairs, okay?" Eris purred and rubbed herself against her legs. "Teehee, you're such a good kitty! Bye then!"
As soon as her master was gone, Eris walked over to the window and pulled back the curtains. 'I wonder if he's going to come again....'

Kai rolled down the street as a puff of smoke blocked his way from seeing the open window from Eris's room."Pur ,i still miss her from yesterday".Kai had seen her at an amount of 1 million times until now he leaped towards the window and caught himself.

Eris heard a soft thud come from the window and saw the sparkling eyes of another cat. "Kai!" She opened the window and felt a slight breeze come in. She looked up and saw the sun just go down. Eris looked at Kai again and glared at him, feigning anger. "What do you think you're doing! You could have gotten hurt!" She turned away from the window and twirled her tail around. "You should know, one day you'll get run over by a car if you're not careful...."

Kai walked over to Eris and nibbled on her ear for a greeting as always."So,remember what i said to you about coming with me to the northern lands and finding a paradise amongst this place"."That would mean you could be free at last and we could do whatever we wanted to do.Think about it Fish,Cars,Pigeons and even our own house"."And trust me getting ran over by a car wouldn't be on my list".

Eris smoothed down the rough part where Kai nibbled on her ear. "So, remember what I said to you about coming with me to the northern lands and finding a paradise amongst this place? That would mean you could be free at last and we could do whatever we wanted to do. Think about it; fish, cars, pigeons, and even our own house. And trust me, getting ran over by a car wouldn't be on my list." She blushed at this and stared at the floor. Her tail stopped waving around, and her ears twitched slightly. "But... I just can't leave her..."

Kai grunted."Well what are we gonna do after all this time we had playing.Don't you ever wonder if there is more to life than being petted by someone not of your kind"."I'm not gonna make you change your mind but this is all up to you and it's your choice no matter what happens".Kai moved back on the rough part where he nibbled on her ear and smiled."Should i nibble more ? ".Kai smirked

You'll ruin my perfectly brushed fur!" Giggling happily, Eris played with his ears. "Bleh! What have you been doing all day? Rolling around in garbage?!"

".Kai Chuckled

Eris stuck her tongue out at him. "Tag? I haven't really been able to play that, since, well... You know how lonely I get here..." She sighed and curled herself into a fluffy, white ball next to him. "She's been playing with me all day. At least if you call sticking a piece of yarn in front of my face playing... Oh yeah, I just remembered." Eris got up at went over to her bed by the wall. She dragged over a plate of fish-shaped treats. "I thought that you'd like them. Her butler went and got them for me when I was sick that one day. They taste like tuna!" She put one in her mouth and put it in front of his face. "Try it!"

She pricked up her ears at the sound of soft thuds coming up the stairs. "Oh! She's coming back! Quick, hide under the bed!" She shoved him under her master's bed.
As soon as she did, the door opened and her master came in. "Eris! I'm back! Ah, I see you've been hiding those fishy treats that Sebastian gave you. Well, they didn't cost very much, but it's sort of a waste to just hide them, nee Eris?" "Mew!" "Please! I've been saving them for someone special!" "Ah well. Mama's calling me back down. I just needed to check on you. Now don't break anything, okay?" "Mew!" "As if I ever do!"

You really know how to talk when speak to me, but that doesn't mean I was moved by your words..!" She sighed and continued with her list. "Despite all those, I'd say that, well, you're a very charming cat."

"Charming suits me as well as you could say but to me i would say... well you are a nice little cat that obeys and your wise for your age..maybe if you left tonight for a short time with me then we could do anything we wanted and think about it ...gold,islands,fish".

Eris looked up with surprise at Kai. "I've told you before! I can't leave! What if she finds out that I've gone missing? She'll be in despair!" She was on the verge of crying. Before she could, she curled herself into a ball. "I just can't...."

Eris called out to Kai as he ran out. "Kai! Geez! You're really so stubborn!" She leaped over to the window and looked out. "I wonder if he really does feel that way for me..."

Yuki chatted animatedly with her mom downstairs. "... And then Kaito-kun came and showed everyone his new toy car!" Just as she was about to take a sip from her chocolate milk, she spotted a cat that didn't look like Eris. "Eh? Who could this little fellow be?" Kai mewed at her and ran as fast as he could back upstairs. "Was the window open this whole time?" "Yuki-chan, is something wrong?" "No Mama, I just have to check up on Eris again."
Yuki started jogging up the stairs to her room. When she looked in, she saw Eris by the window, and Kai in front of her. "Eris! Who is this?" Eris mewed loudly, "Mew!" "Well, I can explain!" "Eris, you can't just leave the window open..." Yuki picked up Kai and set him outside, shutting the window quickly. She locked it and closed the curtain. "Eris, you can't just let in strange cats. They might hurt you..." Eris mewed in protest. "Mew!" "But, he's never hurt me ever!" Yuki's mother called her from downstairs, "Yuki-chan! Is Eris all right?" "Yes Mama! It turns out it was nothing!" She turned to Eris and sighed. "Eris... Please be good..." With that, Yuki went back downstairs.

"Wakey wakey, master!" She kept rubbing her tail against her master's face. "Mmm, huh..? Wha.? Oh, good morning Eris," Yuki said in a sleepy voice. "Mew!" "Rise and shine! Isn't today your cousin's birthday?" Yuki sighed and woke up with a start. "Oh my! It's Kio-kun's birthday today! I better get ready quickly!" She rushed out of her bed, flinging Eris into the air. She landed on her feet at the edge of the bed and watched as her master rushed out of the room. "Well, it must be a really important birthday...." She went over to the window and looked outside. 'Please come again...'
