Alexander snorted a quiet laugh. "A brothel is the safest place to discuss...Our lines of business. The guards come in here for one reason. They won't bother two men having a discussion in a place like this.." He grabbed a chair, pulling it over to where Valentine stood, and took a seat. So then, have you been briefed on our target? If I'm correct, it's the new Pope. Alexander nodded slowly, staying quiet for a second. "The Order thinks his sudden jump to the position was staged. And frankly I agree with them. Esposito was never apart of the Vatican, and he's far to young to be Pope. How the church went along with it... There's most likely a few crooked monks there." Feeling a bit more relaxed, Alexander leaned back in the chair. "At the moment, we are to merely confirm these accusations. If we find he did use criminal actions to reach his position, we are to eliminate Esposito, along with anyone on his payroll.." A sudden chill flew down his spine. The assassin suddenly had the feeling they were being watched. His gaze darted around the room before he shrugged the feeling off.
