1. No profanity or sex. This will be a mature roleplay, with violence and fighting and war, but not in that way.

2. Be original! Artificial is a sandbox, so go for making your character unique in any way possible. Look at the other characters before submitting yours to see if your idea for a character had been taken. If everyone's character is blonde, don't be blonde. If everyone is edited, don't be. Make your character unique!

3. I'm looking for very literate writers who can write in an old fashioned way. I'd like for all posts to be about 350, but 300 words in the minimum. Use big words and long sentences in your characters profile to show me you are literate or else you will not be accepted.

4. No Mary/Gary Sues. I get your awesome, but being perfect can be quite annoying.

5. Be active in the OOC! When you make a character, I ask that you come say hi. I want all of our roleplayers to be kind to each other. No drama unless we're roleplaying.

6. Let us know if you'll be gone for a while in the OOC. I'm perfectly fine with that, just make sure you aren't holding up the plot.

7. There will be no posting order, but let me make the first one.

8. Put an image on your character! I will probably still accept you if you don't have one, but character images make everything look all purrty. :3

9. Follow the Roleplaygateway rules as well as mine. I understand some people read these and just ignore them and do their own thing, but if you aren't following the rules, expect a PM from me.

10. Have fun! My biggest rule: I want everyone to enjoy themselves! Roleplaying should be fun. I ask that you stay committed to the roleplay, but if it really isn't working out for you, I won't force you to stay. On that note, don't just join to drop out. I understand life happens and I've done this, but I ask you make sure you can probably do this roleplay before submitting a character.
