Introduction

"You're a survivor. Like the Hunters that once ruled this planet. Like the Xenomorphs they stalk. Like me."
―Karl Bishop Weyland

Plot:

At 05:00 we lost contact with the Baltroid Prime colony on the outer rim of our solar system. The last transmission sent from the colony contained a SOS message. Now as far as we know we do not know what happened, we do know some other things. Baltroid Prime is not known for crime and seemed to be out of the way from all of that. We currently only know that there was a power outage from 01:00 to 3:00 which is a two hour interval. During this period everything went black and we lost all feeds to the city.

In truth we only knew part of the story… beneath the rock of the Planet the Wayland-Yutani Corporation found something… something that lay dormant for millions of years. The corporation found a supposedly abandoned Space Jockey. They then foolishly took the eggs back to the W-Y research labs in supposedly dissect them… but those who were within the facility knew what would really happen… they were to be raised to study.

As many say the path to self-destruction is greed, W-Y wanted to breed a queen to gain hold of the valuable material known to humans as royal jelly that the queen produced. This material is even been known to bring back the dead in rare circumstances so you can see why they wanted it.

Suddenly disaster struck the nearby star released a solar flare so powerful that it shorted out the facility’s power generators releasing the horde of Xenos upon the unprepared colony. The W-Y organization tried to contain the outbreak but they were overrun by the creatures. All this attracted the attention of the elder yaujta who sent a group of Youngblood’s to the planet, not knowing the full scale of the matter.

This only ended in total destruction and ended with the Humans and Yaujta losing contact with their warriors and the Xenomorphs reeling back from the damage to their ranks, their hive almost completely destroyed, and now a new queen is needed. Now the sides have sent out their own respective distress calls. The calls have been answered and now it is time for war….

SPECIES

Yautja (Predator)

"What the hell are you?"
―Dutch to the Predator

Image

Homeworld: Yautja Prime
Height: 7'+
Weight: 330+lbs.
Distinctions: Capable hunters, equipped with advanced technology and weaponry, long dreadlocks, 4 mandibles
Military and Political information
Equipment: Advanced weaponry and technology
Other Names: Hunters

The Predator, known factually as the Yautja, is an extraterrestrial species characterized by its hunting of other dangerous species for sport and honour, including humans. The species has also been known as yautja (e-wat-ya) , the Hunters, and the Hish, alternately, at times in expanded universe material.
The Predators are a sentient, humanoid race that breathe an atmosphere similar to that of Earth's, but possess a technology far more advanced beyond any known Terran artifice. The Predators stalk and kill their prey using an arsenal of highly advanced devices, such as active camouflage and energy weapons. The Predators claim their quarry's skull and spine as a trophy of sorts.

Capable of interstellar travel in star ships, the Predators have hunted on Earth for centuries and have also had prior contact with the Engineers. The creatures are also voracious meat eaters.

Biology and physical abilities:

Predators are bipedal humanoids, physically distinguishable from humans by their greater height and faces, which resemble that of "a mutated crab". While generally uniform, the Predators' physical appearances can include a number of subtle variations.
While Predator heights vary, the typical height for a male is usually several inches over seven feet, though some grow as tall as eight feet or taller.

Facially, the species has arthropod-like mandibles on their faces and long, hair-like appendages on their heads that are set into their ridged skulls. Predators' foreheads range in degree of steepness and shallowness. They can have a greater or lesser number of fangs, which can at times be piranha-like on the upper jaw.

The species' reptilian-like skin can range from light to dark coloration, be mottled or clear, and be dry or wet-looking and clammy. Their heads and waists can also vary in size, they can have broad or more narrow shoulders, can be more or less muscular in physique.

They also have sharp clawed hands and feet.

The species' blood is bio-luminescent phosphorus green in color.

Life Span:

While the maximum or typical life span of a Predator is unknown, it has been implied that the Elders among their race can live hundreds to thousands of years.

Physical Prowess:

Predators are generally much stronger and more durable than humans. Their bodies are resilient to damage, capable of surviving and recovering from multiple gunshot wounds and radiation doses which would be fatal to humans. They are much stronger than humans, easily capable of outmatching a conditioned adult human male and shattering solid concrete with their bare hands. They also seem to have very strong lower body strength because they can jump to three times their height, and can fall ten times their height and land on their feet. They are also skilled climbers, and will readily move through trees or across rooftops in pursuit of prey, as shown in the film Predator, where Dutch is running for his life from the Jungle Hunter and no matter how fast Dutch ran, he could not get out of the hunters sight.

Breathing and Atmospheric Sensitivity:

Predators have a preference for hot, equatorial climates but use their wire mesh undersuit with a temperature control element to adapt to even the most harsh environments like arctic conditions. While they are capable of breathing Earth's atmosphere for short periods of time, they generally use their helmets to filter the Earth's atmosphere to something that suits them better, and must eventually use a breathing mask if they lose their helmet on Earth for a long enough period of time, as they originate from a methane rich environment, observed in Predator 1 by how it survives longer without a mask than the one in Predator 2 in the harsh city pollution.

Vision:

The Predators' vision operates mainly in the infrared portion of the electromagnetic spectrum; they can easily detect heat differentials in their surroundings but are unable to easily distinguish among objects of the same relative temperature. Colder objects appear more muted to them. Their visual abilities are, of course, aided by the technology in their helmets (Alien Vision, Tech Vision, Neuro Vision etc.). However, Predators are shown to be only capable of seeing in red and black without their masks; as seen in Predator when the Predator took off its mask to fight Dutch in melee combat.
When the Elder Predator looks at Alexa, he sees that she has the clan's markings on the cheek of her face; This Indicates that she has killed a Xenomorph and he presents her with one of their Combi Sticks in recognition for her skill as a warrior.

Speech, Language and Communication:

Their Language

Predators are also capable of speech in either their own language, which resembles a series of clicks, roars, snarls and growls, and of imitating human speech that they have heard. It is unclear whether or not a typical Predator can understand the human speech they are repeating, but it would seem that they do to an extent and regurgitate phrases at vaguely appropriate times as a form of communication with prey.[1][2] Older Predators with more experience among humans have on occasion been known to actually learn to speak English, at least to a limited extent.
The script of the Predators is expressed in written patterns of dashes. These written symbols appear on the creatures' gauntlet displays, their helmets, architecture, and many other surfaces.

They also seem to have a cynical, fatalistic sense of humor at times, such as when in a deleted scene of Alien vs Predator, the Predator Scar causes the Xenomorph corpse to shoot out it's inner jaw, which startles Alexa, and giving Scar some amusement.

Clothing, armor and armament:

Predator's clothing and armor can include numerous design variations, as well. Some look more urban and modern, others more tribal, others look even heroic. Design changes can include tribal ornamentation on the forehead. A Predator's hunting helmet contains its own atmosphere and various other technological applications. Specifically, its visual capabilities increase a Predator's ability to see in a variety of spectrums, ranging from the low infrared to the high ultraviolet, and also filters the ambient heat from the area, allowing them to see things with greater clarity and detail. When a Predator becomes blooded, it is allowed to craft it's own mask. Predators tend to wear shirts of a wide wire-mesh and/or metallic armor and bandoleers for weapons, including grenades. Their gauntlets include a number of weapons, including retractable blades and self-destruct explosives. They also feature buttons for computerized control. Predators' armor may be able to withstand the acidic effects of Xenomorph blood.

Technology:

Predator Technology is distinctive in many respects, not the least of which is its ornate, tribal appearance masking deadly, sophisticated weaponry. At least one

Predator weapon uses a metal that does not correspond to any element on the periodic table, and some weapons have been shown to be completely resistant to the effects of acidic blood belonging to Aliens. Some aspects of their technology have been in use for millennia. In addition, several of these tools make use of thermal imaging to track prey.

Helmet/Mask: The Predator's mask also houses a viewing system that allows the creature to see primarily in infrared. But it can also switch to various other electromagnetic spectra.

Wrist Computer: Includes touch-pad technology to control a Predator's cloaking device, holographic projection abilities, self-destruct device, and even remote control of a Predator's ship.

Cloaking Device/Invisiblity: The Predator also makes use of a light-bending cloaking device, controlled through the wrist-computer on their arm gauntlet, allowing them a form of invisibility or at least translucence. The invisibility effect has been known to be shorted out through contact with water, or if the arm gauntlet is damaged.

Med-kit/medicines: The Predator hunters also carry field medical equipment including solvents capable of cauterizing and healing Predator wounds, and med-kits capable of synthesizing such medicines using indigenous materials, such as concrete, wood or plaster.

Weapons and tech:

http://avp.wikia.com/wiki/Category:Weapons_and_technology_of_the_Hunt

Hunting Culture:

The Predator culture revolves around the hunting and stalking of dangerous lifeforms. After making a kill, a Predator typically skins or decapitates the carcass, converting it into a trophy. Headless, skinless carcasses are hung upside down, and skulls can be worn on belts if detached from the spine, or held aloft if still attached. Failure in a hunt results in the Predator involved committing an honorable suicide.

Society:

The Yautja society is made up of different classifications, including blooded and un-blooded. Their caste includes:

Unblooded - About 25% of male Yautja are unblooded. This means that the Yautja have no distinguishable kills amongst their race, such as killing a Xenomorph. Once a Yautja kills a Xenomorph and collects its head as trophy, they become blooded. All unblooded are children too young to safely hunt for Xenomorphs, or they simply have not had the chance to battle a Xenomorph yet.

Blooded - About 45% of male Yautja are blooded. These are warriors who have gained the clan symbol upon their forehead after their first successful Xenomorph hunt.

Retirees - About 10% of male Yautja are retirees, Yautja who have fought their time and now are too old and honoured to hunt. Females commonly come under this section due to their roles as mothers and the driving force behind the homeworlds natural wasteland systems.

Elite Predator - Elite Predators are often leaders in their clan, and are only elevated to the caste of Elite Predator once they have acquired a Queen Xenomorph skull. About 15% of blooded Yautja are Elite Predators. Once an Elite Predator they specialize in certain weapons making that weapon their strongsuit. A Brawler specializes in Wirstblades, Spearmaster specializes with the Combistick. Elite Predators often become retirees after a few decades.

Clan Leader - Clan Leaders are only made by the Adjudicator's decision. The only way to become a Clan Leader is to clean out an entire Xenomorph hive larger than 300 members in population with a maximum of two others. When this has been proven, the three (or fewer) Yautja all become Clan Leaders. They become the forefathers of that clan and will repopulate with females of their choosing. In order to be elligable for the trials of a hive cleansing, each member of the trio must have at least 3 Queen skull trophies. After this point, any hive cleansings that the forefathers complete will give the clan greater honor and standing in the caste system. Clan leaders comprise 5% of the Yautja society.

Adjudicators - The adjudicators are the administrators and law enforcers of the Yautja. They are world leaders and the ruling fist in the overall scheme of the Yautja culture. Less than 1% of Yautja are adjudicators, due to their massive worldly role. At this point, they simply no longer have time to hunt anymore off planet, but often foray into the underground contained hunting grounds, where younger hunters train in order to lend experience to the young ones. Adjudicators are always the leaders of a clan and no adjudicators have ever risen to that position without first having completed at least five hive cleansings.

Bad Bloods - These are the criminal Yautja whom have been sentenced to death and escaped. Their justice system shows that crime is very low. About 2% of Yautja are bad bloods. In Predator: Concrete Jungle on the Playstation 2, bad bloods were also Predators captured by humans and brainwashed. They met honorable deaths by their clan brother, the main Predator in the game.

Apprentice - These are honorable humans taken by predators to learn the ways of predator

Motivations:

The reason Predators hunt is not for sustenance or elimination of threats, but as entertainment, as they will only attack life forms that have the ability to provide them with a challenge, and indeed they will seek out ways in which to attract worthy opponents or seek out places where worthy opponents may already be for their hunts.

Rules:

When hunting humans, Predators normally avoid certain individuals such as children and some adults if they are unarmed, though they will spare armed ones if they happen to be pregnant or sickly. A human who has managed to kill a Predator in single combat or has fought alongside one is usually spared by the deceased (or alive) hunter's comrades and given a gift (often a rare or exotic weapon) as a sign of respect. Predators apparently keep Xenomorph Queens in captivity in order to maintain a supply of eggs in order to have options to a Xenomorph hunt.

Biology:

Predators breathe 1% more oxygen, and 4% more nitrogen than humans and are capable of adapting themselves to Earth's atmosphere for one week at the most if deprived of a breathing apparatus. Predator blood has the capacity of partially neutralizing the acidity of Alien blood, and Predator flesh and blood, if consumed, is known to have the capacity of greatly lengthening a human's lifespan.

While the maximum lifespan of a Predator is unknown, the species has been known to live for hundreds to thousands of years. It has been implied that one or two centuries is considered young for the species, with relative adolescents of the species not even going on their first Xenomorph hunt before they attain an age of few centuries. Most, however, do not reach senescence due to the rigors of their dangerous and semi-nomadic lifestyle.

Some Predators, referred to as "Hish", have been known to possess a gland located between their neck and collarbone which secretes powerful hormones into their bloodstream and which drives them to hyper-aggression. When this gland is over-stimulated, it sends the creatures into a frenzied rage, causing them to attempt killing any living thing in sight, including members of their own species. This "kill rage" can be contagious and spread from one Predator to another, driving them all to attack each other. These Predators barely survived the wars provoked by their kill glands, and they have learned to control the gland's secretions with artificial hormone regulators.

Some Predators have been known to be like sexually dimorphic mammals, with females being larger and stronger than males[20] and sporting more prominent mammary glands (like human females).[6] While this is true of some, and perhaps even most Predators, other Predator females have been witnessed who superficially show little distinction from males.

These may be variants between clans and Predator sub-species, as the clans do not often interact with each other, some clans might have females that are larger and stronger than the males and in other clans the opposite may be true.

Both genders give off a strong musk to signify aggression, while females can also emit it when in estrus. This musk can be detected by other Predators and canids, though it is imperceptible to humans.

Hunting Culture:

Yautja culture revolves around the Hunt. They do not hunt to eliminate threats or for food (at least this is not the main reason) but for honor, sport and the thrill of the hunt. To yautja, no hunt meant no will to live. Yautja mark themselves with the blood of their kill. The symbol varying with each clan.

Combat between yautja is generally not permitted as the focus of their species is to kill and hunt other life forms. Certain Predator clans have been known to take unorthodox approaches such as accepting humans into their clans. Inter-clan rivalries and internal mutinies have also been known to happen, and the Predator culture has not always been witnessed as being totally uniform.

Rarely, some Predators have been known to kill (or attempt to kill) unarmed men, women and children, often in dishonorable ways such as ambushes or shooting their quarry in the back. Note however these may be renegade clans or more likely, Killers or Bad Bloods (see Castes).

It is the opinion of Machiko Noguchi, a human female accepted into a Predator clan, that the Predators were responsible for the spread of Xenomorph Aliens throughout the galaxy. The Predators themselves deny this, though, stating that the Aliens' large interplanetary distribution is due to simultaneous convergent evolution.

Religion:

The Predators are polytheistic, and their equivalent of the Grim Reaper is the so called "Black Warrior", who is seen as an eternal adversary who eventually wins all battles.

Societal Structure:

According to some reports, yautja motivations for hunting are not just for sport, but rather for honor, with the species having developed a whole tribal culture around their status at the top of the food chain, as the ultimate Predator. Their code of honor dictates what makes a worthy adversary, and thus will make a Predator or clan more respected.

Yautja clans have been known to be governed by a Council of Ancients which consist of the oldest of the race. Their word is considered law and they ensure that the many clans follow the law. Inter-clan warfare is watched over by the Ancients and they decide matters such as which planet is considered a clans hunting ground. (AvP: Extinction) For example, a high born Yautja was encountered by the Iron Bear mercenary Vasili Rykov who believed the hunter to be a "Prince" among his race which suggests a possible royalty among their species. (AVP 2) A Young Blood (Young Predator) must pass a series of test from several Elites to become an Elite Hunter. (AVP 2010)

Xenomorphs(Alien)

Image

Homeworld: Xenomorph Prime
Height: 7'+
Weight: 325-20000 lbs.
Other Names: Alien

Appearance:

When standing upright, the Aliens are vaguely bipedal in form, though they adopt a more hunched, quadrupedal stance when walking or sprinting. They have a skeletal, biomechanical appearance and are usually colored in muted shades of black, blue or bronze. Aliens do not radiate heat, as their body heat matches the ambient temperature of the environment in which they are found. In most of the films, adult Aliens have the ability of running and crawling along ceilings and walls. They have great physical strength, having been shown to be capable of breaking through welded steel doors.

Aliens have segmented, blade-tipped tails. The sharp tip was initially a small, scorpion-like barb, but from Aliens onwards the blade design increased in size and changed in appearance to more closely resemble a slashing weapon. From Alien Resurrection onwards, the tails have a flat ridge of spines at the base of the blade. This was introduced to help them swim convincingly, and was left intact in the subsequent cross-overs. The original shooting script for Aliens and the novelization both featured a scene in which Lieutenant Gorman is "stung" by the barb tail and rendered unconscious. In the final cut of the movie, Gorman is knocked out by falling crates. As a weapon, the strength of the tail is very effective, having been shown to be strong enough to impale and lift a Predator with seemingly little effort. They are also adept at using their tails as blunt weapons, sometimes to deadly effect, as seen in Alien.

They have elongated, cylindrical skulls, but possess no visible eyes, though in the original Alien film, the top of the creature's head was translucent, with empty eye sockets of human appearance visible within. This element was re-used for the "Predalien" 29 years later. How the creatures see is uncertain. In Alien 3, a fisheye lens was used to illustrate the Alien's point of view. In the novelization of the movie Alien, the creature is held mesmerized by a spinning green light for several minutes. In Aliens, the adult creatures have a more textured head rather than a smooth carapace. In the commentary for Aliens, it was speculated that this was part of the maturation of the creatures, as they had been alive far longer than the original Alien. The smooth design of the carapace would be used again in Alien 3 and Alien Resurrection, although made narrower with a longer muzzle and more prominent chin. This design would be kept in Alien versus Predator, and abandoned in Aliens vs. Predator: Requiem in favor of the ribbed design. The Aliens' inner jaws are powerful enough to smash through bone and metal.

Throughout their appearances, human-spawned Aliens have been shown to have a fluctuating number of fingers. In Alien, the creature has webbed, six fingered hands. The number of fingers is reduced to three in Aliens, and are shown to be much longer and more skeletal. In Alien Resurrection, the number of digits is increased to four, with two long middle fingers and a pair of thumbs. This design is kept in the Alien vs. Predator films, though the hands were made bulkier in order to make the Aliens seem more formidable against the Predators.

Aliens have been alternately portrayed as both plantigrade and digitigrade organisms, usually in accordance to their host. Human-spawned Aliens were usually portrayed as having humanoid hind limbs, while in Alien 3, the featured Alien (which was spawned from a quadrupedal animal) sported double-jointed legs due to its quadrupedal host. This characteristic would be continued in Alien Resurrection for the human-spawned Aliens. Tom Woodruff, who had previously played the "dog-alien" in Alien 3, described the human-spawned Aliens in Resurrection as feeling more like a dog than the previous creature, despite having been born from human hosts. The human spawned Alien warriors would revert back to a plantigrade posture in Alien vs. Predator.

Blood and secretions:

Alien blood is an extremely potent acid and is capable of corroding on contact almost any substance with alarming speed. It is dull yellowish-green in color, and seems to be pressurized inside the body so that it spurts out when punctured. Shusett suggested the idea that the creature have acid blood as a plausible means to make the creature "unkillable"; if one were to use traditional firearms or explosives to attack it, its blood would eat through the hull of the ship. The Alien novelization suggests that, at least at the "facehugger" stage, the acid is not blood but a fluid maintained under pressure between a double layer of skin. In later films in the series, the Aliens are shown to be conscious of the effects of their acidic blood, and even use it to their advantage: In Alien Resurrection, two Aliens escape a cage by killing a fellow Alien so its acid eats through the cage floor; in Aliens vs. Predator a queen being held by chains apparently instructs several Aliens to slash and cut her, thus corroding the chains.

In the Aliens vs. Predator: Requiem documentary: "Science of the Alien", it is theorized that the Aliens' acid blood could be some type of "hydrosulfuric" or hydrochloric acid composition due to its corrosiveness and the conspicuously toxic effects on living human tissue. The documentary also speculates that Aliens are immune to their own acidic and toxic liquids due to a endobiological build-up similar to the human stomach's ability to protect itself from its digestive fluids. The documentary takes this theory one step further and speculates that the Alien organisms' protection system against its own toxic hydrofluoric acid is protecting the rest of the organism with what is basically a bio-organically produced Teflon isolation, since polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE, or teflon), being a fluorine-based compound, does not react with hydrofluoric acid. In the film Alien vs. Predator this is shown to be the case, as a Predator uses Alien chitin to make armor for Alexa that protects her from their blood.

Aliens can produce a thick, strong resin (secreted from their jaws, giving them the look of a slavering beast) that they use to build their hives and to cocoon their victims, and they can use the walls of their hives as camouflage. In the original Alien, the facehugger is shown to be able to "spit" acid, melting the faceplate of Kane's helmet and allowing the creature immediate access to the inside. This ability is also exhibited by adult Aliens in Alien 3 and Alien Resurrection; much like a spitting cobra, they use it to blind and immobilize their victims.

Intelligence and communication
Events on the LV-426 colony and the USMC Auriga showed that the species excels at observational learning and problem solving. In both cases, the Aliens managed to learn how to operate the machinery of their mechanized environments at a very basic level. On LV-426, the Aliens were able to cut the power from a section of the complex to allow themselves access to the humans. The Queen was able to learn how to operate an elevator simply by observing it once. The novelization of Aliens notes that the Queen establishing her "nest" at the base's main power plant could equally be the result of her selecting the warmest part of the base to make her nest or her deliberately selecting a location where any attackers would be unable to destroy her without destroying the entire facility. In the director's commentary for Aliens, James Cameron noted that the creatures in Aliens had been alive for far longer than the Alien in the first film, and so had more time to learn how to manipulate machinery.

On the USMC Auriga, they were able to use blood from another Alien to melt through their enclosure and escape, with the Aliens in the Antarctic temple using a similar strategy to free their Queen from her chains. With the exception of the "Newborn", Aliens have demonstrated little actual emotion, save for self preservation and maternal instincts toward their eggs.

Life cycle:

Aliens are depicted as eusocial life-forms with a defined caste system which is ruled over by a queen. Their life cycle comprises several distinct stages: they begin their lives as an egg, which hatches a parasitoid larval form known as a facehugger, which then attaches itself to a living host by, as its name suggests, latching onto its face. In the Alien 3 novelization, Ripley commented that this parasitoid would not likely be able to use a host any smaller than a cat, or as large as an elephant.

The facehugger then "impregnates" the host with an embryo known as a "chestburster," which, after a gestation period of several hours, erupts violently from the host's chest, resulting in the death of the host.

The chestburster then matures to an adult phase within a few hours, shedding its skin and replacing its cells with polarized silicon. Due to horizontal gene transfer during the gestation period, the Alien also takes on some of the basic physical attributes of the host from which it was born, allowing the individual Alien to adapt to the host's environment.

Humans, known taxonomically as Homo sapiens (Latin: "wise man" or "knowing man"), are the only living species in the Homo genus of bipedal primates in Hominidae, the great ape family. Anatomically modern-appearing humans originated in Africa about 200,000 years ago, reaching full behavioral modernity around 50,000 years ago.

Humans have a highly developed brain, capable of abstract reasoning, language, introspection, and problem solving. This mental capability, combined with an erect body carriage that frees the hands for manipulating objects, has allowed humans to make far greater use of tools than any other living species on Earth. Other higher-level thought processes of humans, such as self-awareness, rationality and sapience, are considered to be defining features of what constitutes a "person".

Like most higher primates, humans are social animals. However, humans are uniquely adept at utilizing systems of communication for self-expression, the exchange of ideas, and organization. Humans create complex social structures composed of many cooperating and competing groups, from families to nations. Social interactions between humans have established an extremely wide variety of values, social norms, and rituals, which together form the basis of human society. With individuals widespread in every continent except Antarctica, humans are a cosmopolitan species. As of January 2012, the population of humans was estimated to be about 7 billion.

Humans are noted for their desire to understand and influence their environment, seeking to explain and manipulate phenomena through science, philosophy, mythology and religion. This natural curiosity has led to the development of advanced tools and skills, which are passed down culturally; humans are the only species known to build fires, cook their food, clothe themselves, and use numerous other technologies. The study of humans is the scientific discipline of anthropology.

Origins:
An advanced humanoid species known to humans as Engineers, are responsible for the creation of humanity. Approximately at Circa 3.2 Billion BC, a Lone Engineer ingests a Black Liquid and sacrifices himself to seed Earth with the building blocks of life.

History:

Humans first originated on the planet Earth, where they were little more than savages and barbarians. However, they were discovered by the hunter species the Yautja. These "Predators" taught the humans how to build. In turn, the humans worshipped the Yautja and served as hosts for a parasitic species known as Xenomorphs. The Yautja used the xenomorphs as prey, killing them for honor as both sport and a rite of passage for young Yautja. Every hundred years, the Yautja would return to Earth, breeding Xenomorphs from the human hosts. However, one of these trials went awry, with nearly thousands of Xenomorphs running wild. Outnumbering the three Yautja trainees, the final surviving warrior detonated a self-destruct device, wiping out the entire ancient city in what is now Antarctica.

Humanity was not extinguished there, however. They spread across their planet, growing and evolving. Ultimatly, they began warring against each other for a variety of reasons. Every hundred years, the Yautja would return to Earth to train and breed Xenomorphs, wiping out an entire mining team in Antarctica in 1904.

Exploration and expansion into spaceEdit
Humans would still have incidents with the Yuatja out side of the predators training attempts. In 1987, a group of commandos led by Alan "Dutch" Schaefer were in Val Verde, Guatemala, under orders to rescue a presidential cabinent member that was captured by the local guerilla forces. During their mission several members of the squad were brutally and mysteriously killed, they became aware that something unkown was stalking and hunting them throughout the jungle. Soon, only Dutch and a local refugee named Anna remained alive. Dutch sent Anna to the rescue helicopter unarmed, knowing the hunter only kills those that are armed. After the creature revealed itself as a masked, bipedal alien, he covers himself in mud to mask his body's heat signature. After a tense battle, Dutch managed to trap and wound the creature. Rather than admit defeat, however, the Yuatja activated its self-destruct device. It was killed, but Dutch barely escaped just in time to escape the blast. He would tell the government of his encounter with the Predator, spawning humanity's first recorded knowledge that they were not alone in the universe.

They would again meet the Yautja ten years later, in 1997. In Los Angeles, during a vicious gang war between Columbian gangs, Jamaican gangs, and the thinly spread police, a Yautja ship arrived in the city, where a single Yautja was hunting humans from all three factions. A detective, Mike Harrigan, became aware that "there was a new player in town" after finding the corpses of gang members, all violently killed. He bagan tracking the Yautja down, with the help of his team, but not before two members of his team were killed. Harrigan was then captured by Special Agent Peter Keyes, and informed of the true origins of the predator. They had known about the Yautjas since 1987, when Alan "Dutch" Schaefer reported the incident at Val Verde. With the help of Keyes' team, Harrigan trapped the Yautja at a meat packing plant, injuring it and following it to the predator's ship, where he killed it using its own weaponry. The other Yautja honored his honorable victory by giving him an authentic flintlock pistol from the 1700's. The predator ship then took off into space, leaving Harrigan on Earth. The remains of Keyes's team were furious that Harrigan let the Predators escape. Harrigan told them that "they would get another chance", implieing the Yautja would return to Earth someday.

In 2004, a Weyland Industries station detected a heat bloom underneath Antarctica. A team, led by Charles Bishop Weyland and Alexa Woods, journeyed to Antarctica to investigate the pyramid they discovered with the satellite photos. They discovered a tunnel that went all the way down to the pyramid. they went deeper into the pyramid, claiming the three Plasma Casters they found as their own. They came under attack by three untried Yautja warriors and Xenomorphs that had been awoken by the pyramids activation. Soon, only one human remained alive, after the rest, even Weyland had been killed, leaving Alexa Woods the only survivor. She allied herself with the last remaining Yuatja and set out to destroy the Xenomorphs. The Yautja detonated its self-destruct device and they escaped the pyramid. They got to the surface, but a Queen Xenomorph had escaped the blast and followed them to the surface. A battle ensued, ending with Alexa killing the Queen, but The Yautja had been mortally wounded. As the Predator died, the mother ship decloaked and carried the fallen warrior's body away. The Elder Predator saw the mark of the Warrior on Alexa's cheek and awarded her with his tribal spear. Unknown to either the Yautja or Alexa, the fallen warrior had a chestburster inside it. As the mother ship sped away from Earth, the chestburster exploded out of the dead Yautja. The chestburster was revealed to be a PredAlien, a hybrid of the Xenomorphs and the Yautja. The infant Predalien snuck aboard a scout ship to grow.

The scout ship detached from the mother ship and flew away, with the Predalien inside. The now mature Predalien began to kill the few Yautja onboard, resulting in the scout ship crashing towards Earth. It landed in Gunnison, Colorado. Several facehuggers that were in captivity onboard the scout ship broke free into the woods, infecting a father and son hunting. The only surviving Yautja managed to activate a distress signal, just before he was killed by the Predalien. The Xenomorphs began to spread through the sewers. They broke out and began to infest the small town. A small group of survivors, Sheriff Morales, Kelly O'Brien and her daughter Molly, and the brothers Ricky and Dallas, decided to find a way to escape. They made their way to the gun store, being hounded by the Xenomorphs, and a Yautja warrior that had recieved the distress signal. The National Guard arrived, but was killed by the Xenomorphs. The survivors managed to call Colonel Stevens, who said that an airlift would be waiting for them in the middle of town. Sheriff Morales believed him, but Kelly knew something was wrong. She took her daughter and Dallas and Ricky to the hospital, where the Predalien had made a hive, to escape onboard the medical helicopter, while Morales rallied the surviving citizens in the city center for the airlift. They fought through the battling Xenomorphs and Yautja warrior, where Dallas recovered the Predator's dropped Plasma Caster, where he used it to buy time for Kelly to activate the helicopter. Just as they escaped, the government dropped a tactical nuclear bomb on the town, wiping out the Xenomorphs, Yautja, and surviving citizens. The helicopter crashed into the woods, where they were rescued by U.S. soldiers. They confiscated the Plasma Caster from Dallas and turned it into Colonel Stevens. Stevens took the gun to Ms. Yutani, who said "The world isn't ready for this technology." to which Stevens replied "But this isn't for out world, is it Ms. Yutani?" The humans now had Yautja technology.

Humanity's technology advanced and grew, as the humans exhausted Earth's natural resources. They expanded into space, and in 2122, the cargo ship Nostromo recieved a distress signal from LV-426. The ship landed on the planet where they found a derilict ship. While searching the ship they found "the Space Jockey/Pilot" and numerous Xenomorph eggs seemingly in some form of stasis. One of the Nostromo crew named Kane attempted to get a closer look at the eggs however it instead opended and a Facehugger lactched onto Kane's face. After much arguing about contamination protocol among the crew they finaly decided to let Kane onboard. The crew then studied the creature on Kane's face and attempted to cut the creature off but this proved almost disastrous due to the acidic nature of the creatures blood. After a few hours the Facehugger let go. At dinner Kane began to shake and have chest pains, he then was layed on the table where a Chestburster punched through his chest and ran off. The crew stood in horror at the sight they had just witnessed.

The sky over Baltroid Prime seemed calm enough if you looked at it. The pinkish red hues of the dawn reaching slowly over the ground around the planet. Soon this world will know the hell that is about to descend on it...if only they weren't so arrogant with their "indestructible" wall and their leader drunk with power to realize the warning signs. Weyland saw them, but then again Weyland is smarter than your average man. The sky's radiance was cut short but the swirling of storm clouds... as almost an ill omen to what was coming. Lightning cracked as the sky seemed to shred apart, filled with every bit of wraith nature had, it was coming, the fire had burned to long... and now it had broken free of its fireplace and now threatened to burn everything down. This fire started burning five days ago, when a solar flare released the serpents, and so these serpents attacked the men on the planet and the carnage brought the hunters. The fought to the bitter end, and almost exterminated each other... it would have been better if they had. Now the Humans and Hunters have sent out their distress beacons, and the xenos are regrouping, restoring their numbers, this will come to a head in these next few days, and it will truly shake the planet to its core.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The cold floor of the hive was swept with the cold storm winds making it almost icy in the area. Then the sky opened up with a mighty roar as a bolt of lighting tore through the night and smashed into the W-Y lab's lightning rod sending the energy coursing into the ground. Deep under the ground in a vast, dark cavern, the energy made Queen stir from her dark slumber, a slough of dust cascaded to the floor. More dark shapes rose from the eerie mist that hung low to the ground like a sheet, vague beams of light shone down from small holes in the ceiling, water fell through the holes in glimmering streams, to pool on the ground or to run slickly off of the black exoskeletons of slumbering xenomorphs that rested beneath the small rifts in the cavern’s ceiling.

The xenomorphs awoke, stretching their long-dormant bodies and scuttling about the hive, heading for the exits, they could sense the coming threat and went to gather nearby hosts in the city about twenty-four miles east. Among the hordes of smaller xenomorphs a group of larger, more defined creatures arose from the mist, the largest of which, a mighty Yautja-xenomorph hybrid, unleashed a bellow signalling the revival of the hive…

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Above the planets storm clouds, the sky erupted to life with the ghostly outline of a ship. The sounds of crashing metal came from its form. The sounds of wristblades being sharpened, Armour being prepared and the hushed should of the hunters masks being rigged up. It was alive with noise, before it suddenly went dead. The air became like ice as the sky lit up like the fourth of July. The metal drop pods crashed through the sky bringing the demons within

On the surface, the drop-pods all landed with a series of booms, unaware of the human city only twenty eight miles west. The seven sleek drop-pods glimmered in the sunlight, and the doors cracked open, revealing the Yautja within, demons in wombs of metal.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The marine ship the U.S.S Man O' War arrived above the planet before releasing the drop ships filled with marines down to the surface. The drop ships finally made touchdown on the surface releasing the marines into the colony, to the distaste of its leader. Soon the marines were ready to ship out to find the missing battalion and protect the city.

Thern

The sky seemed to split as his pod rocketed downwards towards the ground as sense of calmness fell over the hunter inside. This feeling was not knew to Thern for it was better to step out of your pod calm and poised then a bat shit kill the world mood. The pelting rain tore and the pod as it finally slipped through the first cloud layer. The pod crashed into the ground with ear cracking boom as Thern check the area around him with scanners inside the ship, nothing but a few foxes trying to find cover.

The pods top rolled back slowly as Thern stepped out into the pouring rain. The sky had darkened but the rain would let up soon and then the hunt would begin. He closed his cock pit lid and waited for the others to arrive. He took this time to ready his weapons for the coming hunt. He unsheathed his wrist blades running his finger across their cold steel surface be retracting them and moving on to his other weapons, soon they would taste blood

Eversor

The predalien roared as the hive made its way out into the rain. The cold hive would be safer but if anyone stayed Eversor would personally see to their death. The predalien made its way to the wall before it started scaling the wall quickly and threw away any xeno unfortunate to get in its way. The creature pulled its way up the wall until it reached solid ground above inside the old labs. To this the creature bowled his way though other xenos before coming upon the entrance to the labs and moving out into the rain. The hive swarming around him, they needed hosts and he was going to get them.

Sgt. Matthew Peterson

The drop ship engine hummed slowly as the ship proceeded to make a landing on the pad. It had been a long ride, 3 mouths in cryo-sleep and the this long ride down made it just a bit longer than planed. Pete sat up slowly before making his way over to a transit window of the ship and watched the W-Y landing crew scurrying around trying to get the drop ship locked down so it wouldn't blow over with all these gale force winds. He stood with the rest of his unit and made his way over to the door.

"Now, were here to figure out what happened to some men and protect the colony, the bug hunt comes as a second objective if we find any, but keep frosty marines were dealing with W-Y and history with them says things can get dicey quickly with them." His men responded with a quick yes sir, before the door opened and they stepped into the storm and moved quickly inside to meet up with the other squads.

Bill walked through halls of the city of Elysium. Currently he was on his way to the office of the man in charge of this town: Mr. Cade. Honestly Bill would rather be out killing xenomorphs and locating the lost squad alongside his fellow marines, personally he thought this was a job for a politician. But since he was the one who had been assigned to ask Mr. Cade what the city knew of the missing marines, he would do so without complaint. At least it kept him out of this blasted rain.

When he finally arrived at his destination, this whole city seemed like a giant maze to him, he introduced himself to the secretary, stated his business, and was informed that Mr. Cade would see him in a moment. Bill sat down on one of the chairs nearby and took a cigarette from his pocket. He didn't light it, in fact he didn't even carry a lighter with him anymore, he just spun it in his hand, and waited to talk to the Head Proprietor of Elysium City. Maybe, he thought optimistically, the meeting wouldn't take too long, it might even be over in time for him to regroup with the rest of the marines before they finished their task.

Klaw

Subject X dashed through the caverns of the hive, the head of the group of 5. The hive was connected to all of the mining tunnels, which allowed much mobility throughout the southern end of the colony. Mining Shaft 4 had its entrance right in the center of a group of jungle themed hotels and commercial buildings, and it was here that Subject X was headed. If someone were to be watching the caverns, they would see complete darkness, that is until, the lightning lit them up and revealed the monsters within.

When the group reached the the Entrance of Mine Shaft 4, Klaw slithered along the outside walls of the entrance and then into the drainage chambers, which ran just under the surface of the area and were visible if standing above them. The group, following Klaw, made their way into one of the smaller hotels, where they could smell the cowering humans in the basement. Thunder crackled as they burst through the front window, and like a single unit, scurried into the ventilation shafts. The ventilation system swooped down into the basement and circled around it, and without a sound, the xenomorph pack quickly surrounded the basement while staying hidden in the vents.

The basement was in the shape of a rectangle, about 35 by 40 feet. The stairs came down straight along the east wall. The room was empty of furniture, save a TV, a coffee table, and 2 couches, one of which was barricading the door and the other facing the TV. The only light came from the TV, which was connected to a small generator. Cans of food covered the coffee table. There were five civilians in the basement, 3 men and 2 women. They were all wearing rather expensive clothing, but for them it was probably casual. The first man, a young white man, was leaned up against the east wall at the bottom of the stairs with a rifle in hand. He held the rifle with his right hand and let the end of the barrel touch the floor. In his other hand was a cigarette, which he'd occasionally take a drag of. The second guy leaned against the back of the couch, watching the TV. He was an older white man with gray hair now, but had tight facial features from scowling. He held a pistol in his right hand, which hung at his side. The last man, a young black man, sat in the middle of the couch with his legs crossed on his lap. The two women sat on both sides of him, and they were identical, twins.

The woman to the right of the black man looked over to the man by the stairs. "Jim, when can we go back up? We've been down here for days now and nothing has tried to break in. I think those things are gone now." She tilted her head and gave Jim the sad eyes.

Jim took another drag before answering. "Well, we should probably wait for the storm to pass. Don't want to be running around in the rain, we'll ruin our clothes. You remember what happened last time we got caught in the rain, don't you Lucy?"

The older man, James Sr., looked at them both like they were stupid. "Are you two stupid? Those things smacked Jerry around like he was a rag doll." He looked back to the TV. "There hasn't even been an alert on the television, what the fuck do the people in the city think happened down here? We can't even contact them, not since the power down here was cut." He snapped his head to Jim. "If you want to go out there and find out if those things are still out there, be my guest. But that door is locking behind you, and don't expect me to open the door for you when you're crying to let you back in."

There was a vent right behind Jim, and Klaw positioned himself right in the vent. Two of the other xenos were already on the ceiling, blending in with the darkness. The remaining two slowly started to creep up from behind James Sr.

Jim, in response to his father, took a few steps forward and held the rifle with two hands. "Now I'll have you know I am one of the best shooters out there, and no ugly ass alien is going to stand a chance against that." Jim kicked a nearby bucket over to the other side of the room.

Using the sound of the bucket to stay hidden, Klaw cut through the vent quickly and crawled out like a snake. Klaw stood up on both legs behind Jim, its head touching the ceiling.

Jim continued on his cocky rant. "In fact, if I ever see on again, I'm going to splatter its brains all over-" He stopped his rant short when he saw the bugged out eyes of everyone else in the room that were looking behind him. He slowly turned his head. He began to raise he rifle and let out a "Fuck!", before Klaw grabbed the rifle with its right hand and back handed Jim in the stomach with its left hand. The gun let off a loud bang that blended in with the crackling of thunder. The hit sent Jim across the room and into the opposite wall. In perfect synchronization with this, the other xenos each tagged their target and lunged for them. The civilians were all knocked unconscious, except for Jim, who was now starting to get up, and James Sr., who was impaled from behind when he brought his pistol up the shoot Klaw. Jim, who got to one knee after struggling to get up, looked forward to see what was going on. Unfortunately for him, Klaw's face makes a better door than a window, and once he realized he was face to face with this monster, all he could do was shake with fear. Klaw brought its tail around to the side of his head and slammed it to the floor. He was kept alive however, but was now probably a vegetable.

They dragged the living civilians back to the Mine Shaft 4 entrance, leaving them only a little further than the entrance. They secreted pheromones on the bodies so the drones of the hive would come get them so that they could be used as hosts.

After leaving the bodies, Subject X took his pack down into the southern sewers, looking for more hosts...

Daniels

Mark looked at the faces of the other marines before they landed. They were all ready, but few had anything close to a smile on their face. The strong impact of the rain could be heard hitting the aircraft. The ride was a little rough, and the landing wasn't much better. The marines poured out. They stood still, lined up, awaiting orders. They had landed in a small clearing in the jungle, very close to the southern end of the colony. The rain seemed to land like bombs, exploding with water when they landed. There were 5 squads in the clearing, with a tough-as-nails black man, Master Sergeant Banks, taking position in front of everyone.

He stared at the squads for a little, until finally barking the orders. "Your orders are to sweep the northern part of this jungle until you arrive at the colony. From there you are going to make sure the civilian zone is clear of all threats, and then you will report in to me. Is That Clear!?"

The response was a thundering "Yes Sir!", loud enough to be heard over the thunder itself. The squads all checked their gear one last time, then stood in their formations.

Sergeant Bills once again looked over the marines. "We are talking this very seriously, and after what happened at the Garring Colony, are making sure we have the manpower to keep any more incidents from occurring again." He cracked his neck. "You all know what route you are taking, Now Move Out Marines!"

Mr. Cade

The rolling thunder and biting rain muted out all sounds within his beautiful city. It's gray misery blotting the perfection it cascaded upon. It poured from roofs and ran down drains, running down the windows of Mr. Cades office like a water fall. Inside bickered two devils of a different sort.

"Mr. Weyland, there isn't any need for alarm, I assure you. The instance occurred in the Southern hemisphere of the planet, miles away from here. All Synthetic recon teams report that the old hive was destroyed. There is no need for the marines."

"The old hive, yes. But the xenomorphs thrive on the threat of extinction. They will rebuild, and that's not a risk I'm willing to take. The marines stay as a precaution."

"There are none left to rebuild, Mr. Weyland. Please, your being paranoid."

"Paranoia is a powerful tool, it can keep you alive, Mr. Cade. As a soldier, you should know. It's how we survivors persist. And that's why I want you to close this down."

"Mr. Weyland, you know that you can't afford that. All you and Weyland-Yutani have lost over the years in your pursuit to study these creatures, these xenomorphs....... It's cost you billions. This world is a prime for exotic plant life, more potent than any that use to flourish in Earth's rain forests. The local wildlife has an amazing amount of longevity and youth, which we attribute to the high mineral concentrate in the majority of the water sources. This city, My city, will be the focal point for a new breakthrough in health and cosmetics. This is your chance to make a gain, Mr. Weyland, and we both know you can't risk losing it."

"Can you really delude yourself into believing that? That this city of yours is safe? I thought you'd be the voice of reason, but it seams this project has become your Modern Prometheus. It's time to end this."

"With all due respect, Mr. Weyland, I will not end this. This is my fucking city. I will not see it be lost on some childish fear of monsters in the jungle. I will Not let you end it!"

"Fine. Enjoy your little playground. Burn with it. But the marines are going to stay, and that is final. Good bye, Mr. Cade."

The transmission cut out, as did the last ounce of Mr. Cade's restraint. In a fit of rage, his arm smacked the monitor off his desk. Pain shot through his forehead, causing him to grasp at his eye, trying to ease the throbbing aches. He gazed out his window at those eye sores that loitered on his landing pads. In large, white letters, U.S.C.M. was scrolled on each of their sides. Mr. Cade could feel a slight trickle of blood inch it's way from his nose, but was able to catch it before any droplets stained his shirt. The voice from his front desk chimed in over his comms.

"Sir? I have a Major William Alexander here. He wishes to speak with you, Sir."

"....... Yes. Yes, send him in."

Wiping the last traces of the blood from his nose, Mr. Cade turned to see his guest. He was by no means grateful for their presence, and did little to hide his contempt. He motioned for the Major to take a seat, sitting down himself with his hands crossed behind his desk.

"Before you speak, let me make something abundantly clear. I did not ask you here, and I do not want you here. Your presence is merely a formality to put my superiors at ease. I do not want you grunts littering my streets and scaring my citizens. You are to patrol around my city, investigate the colonies surrounding us, and then report back that you have found nothing. Am I undertsood?"

Louis "Caveman" Riggs

The drop ship finally touched down on solid ground, all it's occupants happy the ride was over. The high turbulence from the storm had made the trip down harsh.

"Jesus, is it me or is that ride getting longer and rougher?"

"Heheh, just like ridin' yer mamma, Miguel!"

"Hey, fuck you, Riggs!"

"Both of you lock that shit down! The man's about to make his speech."

The marines turned to their leader, hell, their role model, Master Sergeant Banks, as he gave his orders.

"Your orders are to sweep the northern part of this jungle until you arrive at the colony. From there you are going to make sure the civilian zone is clear of all threats, and then you will report in to me. Is That Clear!?"

"Yes Sir!"

There voices resonated throughout the jungle. Their moral was high. They were all anxious for some action. Bug hunts were the single most dangerous detail a marine could be assigned to, but for those proud veterans of xeno battles, this was the rite of passage. Banks cracked his neck, before giving his last words of encouragement.

"We are talking this very seriously, and after what happened at the Garring Colony, are making sure we have the manpower to keep any more incidents from occurring again. You all know what route you are taking, Now Move Out Marines!"

"Man brings a tear to my eye every time."

Caveman had nothing but respect for that man, having to wipe an actual tear from his eye.

"Yeah, that's not homo at all."

"You'd know, Miguel."

"Fuck you, Riggs."

"I'm sure you'd like to try."

Carlson strode behind the two bickering marines, giving both of them a firm smack on the shoulder pads.

"Alright, love birds, knock the shit off and save it for the xenos. You can have the make-up sex on the ride home."

William acknowledged his host's obvious contempt with an expression of tired apathy. Taking a seat he noticed a monitor on the floor. A joke about Windows ran through his head, but he thought it better not to mention it.

Am I understood?"

"Yes, sir, you are." Bill answered dryly. "However, I must correct you on a few points: an entire battalion of marines has gone missing, at 05:00 we lost contact with the Baltroid Prime colony, and the last transmission sent from the colony contained a SOS message, none of which equates to our presence being a formality. It also makes the possibility of us finding nothing extremely unlikely. Now, with all due respect sir, would you like to put your ego aside for a moment so that we can discuss this matter like adults?"

Ire (predalien, just changed the name)

Time: 5/21/2083,10:53 am
Location: Outer Colony of Baltroid Prime, 14 miles from from the City
Weather Pattern: Storming, estimated 45.8 minutes until cloud break through

The monster of a creature moved through the rain like a snake, its xenomorphs harvesting like a well oiled machine. Many thoughts raced through the hive mind mostly just the queen was getting tired of waiting. The predalien hissed hurrying the xenomoprhs along before sensing the pheromones of Klaw and his hunting party. Ire's head twisted before grunting at two drones to drag away the hosts, he had other things to do. His pheromones were going crazy to an area just north of here

He growled circling up to the to the area were he had sensed the pheromones and found Mr. Cade's scout team.

"Yes, Mr.Cade we've found nothing.... no sir there is nothing in hell out here that even resembles a xenomorph." Oh how wrong they were.

Ire slithered down behind the first two, they were easy, the predalien rammed its razor like claws through the to synthetics chests allowing their blood to spill out onto the ground. The other turned to see what was happening, another mistake. The predalien was on the others in a flash, one pulled up his gun to shoot but the monster grabbed the end of the barrel pushing it upwards towards the sky allowing the burst of the bullets to travel harmlessly into the sky. Ire then rammed its tail through the synthetic snarling as the next synthetic pulled its gun to fire another burst the bullets tearing through the air barely missing Ire. The creature turned to this new opponent and grabbed both of the small creatures arms and tore the synthetic in half as the thing screamed.

The next target fired the bullets tearing into the predaliens back, Ire roared in pain before turning to synthetic. The poor humanoid tried to get of another shot but the beast was upon him quickly, its acid tearing through its body. Ire watched the synthetic quivering to death as the acid tore through its vitals.

Ire seemed to sit gloating in its victory before leaving to go to regroup with Klaw's group, they had much to do and the Queen would not wait much longer without information on what was going on. The abomination crawled its way down into the mines after Klaws pheromone trail.

Sgt. Matthew "Pete" Peterson

Time: 5/21/2083,10:56 am Zulu Time
Squad: Kessler 1-3
Location: Outer Colony of Baltroid Prime outlet district, 14 miles from the City
Weather Pattern: Storming, estimated 43.6 minutes until cloud breakthrough

Pete passed by the cold shopping centers as his squad moved slowly through the outlet mall. It would have been crowed with people, but now it was barren and void of life. The rain kept falling in sheets of wet ice as it ran down the gutters of the facility and pooled on the ground. "Check your corners boys...." He muttered over the comm link before looking inside an abandoned shop. Pete turned his head outside the shop before making his way to the regrouping point, it had gone well so far, nothing notable. Pete looked around silently before the rest of his squad grouped up.

"Anybody have anything to share....?" Pete asked quietly but only received a shake of heads, then it happened.

The sky broke lose with sounds of gun fire "to point men, get eyes on with the target before you fire..." Pete growled charging through the dense brush towards the noise, and there he found the carnage....

"my god..... what the fuck could have done this?" He muttered as his men circled around the dead synthetics, he quickly press the link on all coms including Mr.Cades "This is Sgt.Peterson..... I've found some casualties outside the outlet mall... they look like Cade's scout team... they're torn to shreds and I'm having trouble even making out which body part is which, whatever the hell did this... its not human...." he grunted before seeing something strange. "Holy shit..... is this...." the com went silent before Pete answered through. "Cade.... you better start praying to every god in existence, because we have some kind of infestation of bugs on are hands.... and the thing that killed your androids.... it an't a normal bug... no warrior could have ripped a synthetic in half. I'll swing the bodies by base camp see if we can't figure out what the hell did this.... Pete out." Peterson looked around silently and he had a sickening feeling on what happened to the marines.

(still waiting for the other preds to post....)

As thunder clapped and lightning roared,
Metal owned the sky.
Darkness swept across the lands below,
the metal belly had made its cry.
Seven shards piercing,
each of Death's design.

The soft skin of the earth cried,
as the flesh of hunter appeared.
Water poured from the sky-wound,
darkness burning as death soon neared.

The hour of the Hunt was heard by all,
but only a few had made the call.
Each a hunter, in their own right,
Each a fearsome sight.

But as their prey dies,
They will soon take their prize...

Amelia had watched from above as the seven pods sliced downwards towards the planet surface from a descending scout ship, but she had other plans. She never did like the use of pods, as they were often a one-way trip, and there was little to do when a resupply was needed. Her mentor, the elder known as Nracha-dte, had set her up for her first hunt without his guidance, but she was not nervous.

Even though she is known by the Yautja as "Sister Watcher", she was not one of them. She was still mostly human. She had just finished equipping her armor when another hunter appeared in the hallway of their shuttle, one with a particularly pale green skin tone. Ni'Charak

Normally, other Yautja would challenge her due to her human blood, but this hunter was a trusted ally of her mentor, and thus, regarded as a friend. A simple nod was given, her own gesture for an aknowledged greeting, and she had moved on towards the armament chamber.

This was the duo's personal scout ship, as it was oftentimes just Amelia and her mentor. As her eyes moved from trophy to trophy, she realized that if this excursion works out in their favor, despite being outnumbered 758-to-1, this would be their fifth trophy from a queen.

Re: AVP: Embers Of Fate

Can I join? Or is the character creation already closed?

Re: AVP: Embers Of Fate

He said he's having tech issues, Anyway, I posted, we just have to get more posts and hope RTMX can get the tech problems solved and keep post, we have to remember its a holiday and that's the reason its slow going.

Re: AVP: Embers Of Fate

It's dragging on really slowly, and we have no idea where RTMX is.

Re: AVP: Embers Of Fate

It's weird, it really doesn't feel like it here. Is anyone going to post?

Re: AVP: Embers Of Fate

Happy New Year you guys.

Re: AVP: Embers Of Fate

I'll be posting later today, as I'm currently having technical difficulties.

Re: AVP: Embers Of Fate

Its ok man take as much time as you need.

Re: AVP: Embers Of Fate

Kinda busy today, too. I'll definitely have two of my characters take actions, just give me a few hours.

Re: AVP: Embers Of Fate

I posted, got a lot of Klaw in there but not too much Mark.

Re: AVP: Embers Of Fate

Sorry, been very busy lately.

Re: AVP: Embers Of Fate

anybody ready to post? (just excited to start)

Re: AVP: Embers Of Fate

First post is in the rpg, so feel free to post anytime.

Re: AVP: Embers Of Fate

Well you guys the final count down has started, I'm almost done with a my last character and should have the beginning post up soon, expect it sometime today. Anyway, I thank you all for joining and lets kick this thing of shall we.

Re: AVP: Embers Of Fate

Okay, third and hopefully final character submitted. Still waiting for Cade to be approved, though. I'm ready to start this thing.

Re: AVP: Embers Of Fate

Ya, Shadow is taking forever to make his marine...(Shadow, your mandalorian better be done soon...)

Re: AVP: Embers Of Fate

Okay, backstory is up. Talked to a friend of mine, and the lazy fucker is TRYING to make a character..... or at least post in the OOC...... Don't know why he didn't do THAT at least.

Re: AVP: Embers Of Fate

Well, were about ready to kick this thing off, just gotta get my characters up and raidose's and we'll fire off the first shots.

Re: AVP: Embers Of Fate

True, but there's a lot of things I need to put down, such as training and what not. I like having these things down so it's not like I'm pulling crap from out of a hat. Oh, speaking of which there are three things about Mr. Cade that I PM'd to Endgame directly. Just cause I like having them down doesn't always mean it's in the sheet. I gotta have some surprises for the obvious bad guy, right? lol

Exactly. This tends to happen most of the time as well. Lawl
