The Rivalry:
April 10th, 1781
An entry from the dairy of Danielle Cabelle
Coven leader of the Italian vampires

Dearest Diary,

It is April the Tenth in the year seventeen eighty-one and I've finally escaped their grasp. Three years of captivity and the Cacciatori have finally slipped up. They left the door to my cell unlocked to fetch something. So much for their "good little vampire."

I'm writing this in an alley. I know I do not have much time, they will notice my absence so I am making it my sole responsibility to warn future generations of my kind. Stay. Away. From. The. Human. Race. No matter how terribly you crave the blood in their veins or their awe of your beauty, stay away. They are destructive and wicked. Creatures from hell.

Fear the Cacciatori. They have connections in every city on this earth. They exist solely to hunt down the Immortals: Lycans, Faeries, Warlocks, Witches, and us. They are the cause for the Salem Witch trials as well as the rivalry between all immortals. No matter how powerful you are, I beg of you: do not challenge them alone.

They are human, but elite and great in number. They know of all our secrets and so I am cataloging theirs before they come for me. They exist in every city and know our vices. They are called the Cacciatori and adore symbols. Some of their common ones are birds of prey, the bow and arrow, Artemis (Greek goddess of the hunt), and the crescent moon. They have seperated our kinds since the begining of time. We used to be peaceful, us Immortals, living together in harmony. Now we absolutely cannot tolerate each other. The reason for this is the Cacciatori. They cause fighting and war between covens of night children (vampires), packs of lycans (werewolves), wards of warlocks, clans of witches, and guilds of faeries. That way, we are too absorbed in our own battles to see what is coming.

A storm.

Please, if you are reading this, I beg of you. Fear the Cacciatori. They've destroyed my coven, the most ancient and elite coven of night children in all of Italy, as well as the nearby Roman lycan pack.

In one blow. Again I'll say it, set aside the rivalries. Other Immortals are not your enemies.

The Cacciatori are.

Footsteps. Howling. They're coming for me so I must go. They will take me back and kill me, hopefully it will be quickly. Dear God, they're here. It'll be anything but quick. A fellow prisioner of mine has shared with me a spell to keep this letter safe until it is once again needed. I hope I've said enough.

Farewell,
Danielle Cabelle
Coven leader of the Italian vampires

The Storyline:

To humans, Alberto Molinelli and Danielle Cabelle are names in a history book. Itallian royalty who both mysteriously disappeared in the same year.

But Immortals know much more. To the Lycans and the Night Children, the names mean everything. Danielle Cabelle had been the greatest Vampire Coven Leader in all history and Alberto Molinelli, the greatest Werewolf Pack Alpha. Danielle Cabelle had been an Itallian princess and had ruled over the oldest and most ancient of any vampire coven, having migrated from the original Coven of Transylvania. Alberto Molinelli had been an Itallian Duke and had ruled over the oldest and most ancient of Werwolf Packs, having migrated from the original Pack of Romania. But strangely enough, that is where their story ends. The two of them vanished mysteriously in 1778 and were never heard from again, their pack and coven taken out in a single blow. No Immortal knows what happened and neither does any human.

But there is one more race who does.

The Cacciatori. An elite band of humans stationed in every city on earth with the sole purpose of ridding the world of supernatural Immortals. Their numbers are massive and many have been born into their ranks passing down traditions and beliefs from generation to generation. In Italian, the word Cacciatori means hunter. And that is exactly what they do. They hunt down Immortals with unmatched stealth and cunning, taking some for torture and killing the rest.

This had been the fate of both Alberto Molinelli and Danielle Cabelle. Slow and painful deaths by the hands of the Cacciatori.

And no one knew what happened. The Cacciatori covered it all up easily and the Immortals went on believing they were safe from harm. Superior.

Until now.

It is the year 2014 and in the city of Rose, lives a powerful vampire coven. Within the surrounding forests of Moon, a werewolf pack resides. Both living in constant rivalry of each other, hatred running wild. Disappearances from both parties occur left and right, each side blaming the other, sending the rivalry spinning out of control.

Until one night, the leader of the Vampire Coven comes across something interesting. The dead body of her closest friend, and lying next to it, a small statue of Artemis, Greek goddess of the hunt. She inspected the body closely, but the woman seemed to have died of a knife wound. Not teeth and claws. Whomever was doing this was not a werewolf, but someone else entirely.

That night, while getting ready for bed, her vision began to blur and a white light blinded her, filling the room with it glory. She'd thought she'd never see again, but slowly, the burning light died down and laying gently on her bed, was a little, yellowed piece of paper, withered with age.

It's contents: A dairy entry from Danielle Cabelle explaining her full story. Why the spell on the letter had waited to long, she had no idea, but one thing was clear.

She had to defeat the Cacciatori.

Now here's where our story starts. You may either chose to play as a member of the vampire coven, the werewolf pack, or the Cacciatori. The werewolves and vampires have finally realized that they cannot go on hating each other for it's only making them weaker. They have to join forces and to do this, they move in together deep in the forest and each member is assigned a partner of the opposite species that they must take everywhere. This method is intended to heal the rivalry as fast as possible as well as keep each other safe for if anything happens to your partner and you do not help them or are not there, you are forced out to face the Cacciatori alone. The pack and the Coven are on constant watch for suspicious activity and continually preparing themselves for war.

Cast List:
The Coven:
The Coven of Rose City
This is the vampire coven that resides in Rose city. They are one of the main character options to choose from. They're extremely fast and strong and have a thirst for blood. Some feed only on animals, others feed on humans depending on their morals, but there is no law in the coven that says you can only feed on one. Typical fairytale weaknesses don't apply to them. At least not in the same way. Yes, most are allergic to garlic, but it wont scare them off. They can be seen in both mirrors and photographs, they can be killed with anything, not just a wooden stake, though the heart is still their only "quick kill" spot for they heal almost instantly. They are incredibly beautiful with smooth, velvety voices but can be the most ruthless of all Immortals. Their often associated with roses and are sometimes called The Night Children. When they're hungry, their eyes are not red, but silver. They are all one giant family, and live normal human life spans most of the time unless blessed with the gift of Immortality such as a coven leader. Each vampire gets one extra power other than they typical things every vampire has and coven leaders are ageless, meaning that, until killed, a coven leader can last for hundreds of years. The only illnesses they have are from drinking "bad blood." If they drink the blood of someone who's sick, they will get that sickness. They all live together in a manor house on the edge of the city. Finally, all vampires are incredibly vain. No matter how much they deny it, they are completely obsessed with appearance.

The Pack:
The Pack of Moon Forest
This is the werewolf pack that resides in the woods known as Moon Forest. It surrounds Rose City and deep inside it, they have a manor house for when they're in they're human form as well as a pack "camp" for when they're in wolf form. The camp is basically a huge, rocky clearing in the trees filled with caves. They can come and go to either as they please. They have an extremely powerful family bond and can all read each other's minds. They cannot read the minds of any other species or pack but their own though. You must be born into their ranks in order to be apart of them or initiated, though they don't often take in loners. They're typically friendly but incredibly territorial. They feed on animals of the forest, but some prefer to take out humans. Some fairytales do apply to them. They do have to change on full moon nights, but they are not restricted to only those nights. They can change whenever they want, and they ave two forms. One is a human form and the other is an over-sized wolf. The change is more painful to make during the day, less painful by the moon, and not painful at all on a full moon. They're very graceful and powerful creatures and rely on brute force more than cunning like vampires. They're not very vain and live a more easy-going life. Like vampires, only their alpha is ageless, but they never get sick and each have one extra power to themselves.

The Cacciatori:
The Cacciatori
The Cacciatori are an elite force of humans whose goal is to hunt and kill all Immortals. In Italian, Cacciatori means hunter, and that's what they do. They all live separately, mixing in nicely with society, but they have a few things in common. For one, their jobs. They all have a job at a large business in the city. It's disguised as a medicine company, but really it's their headquarters. They are nearly all rich or wealthy. They are almost all family for many are born into the Cacciatori. Some are recruited, but most are relatives. They have extreme physical abilities. Not anywhere near the vampires or werewolves, but greater than the average man for sure. They're experts in all weapons, modern as well as outdated. They tend to carry knives and such on them. They're not very fond of guns for they leave behind too much evidence and are much too loud, but they'll use them if they have to. They're extremely secretive and constantly trying to drive a wedge between Immortal species's. They always cover up they're tracks. The bottom floor of their headquarters is where they keep prisoners. They don't usually take prisoners though unless they want information, they usually just kill them. Finally, not all have to be completely ruthless. Some could have just been born into their duty.

Location & Time:
The Home of Rose Coven then Waiting for Anna & Lester in her truck. 6:45 A.M.

She remembered the tragic night as if it was yesterday. The hunters of the coven went out into the night to hunt for blood but they found something much more gruesome. Her friend. Dead by a stab wound. At first thought, she thought a werewolf did the deed but it had to be a human. She was scolding the coven for letting her friend go out there alone. Her hands raised up to her temple and rubbed the sides of her head. Her eyes scanned over most of the members of the coven as she ran upstairs to her room, where she plopped down on her bed, holding back tears.

Her ears twitched when she heard her door creak open. She sniffed the air and knew that it was Lester, her right hand man. "Not now, Lester." She waved for him to leave but he disobeyed. Lester sat down beside Larisa and comforted her. "You need someone right now. I mean, we all know what it's like to lose someone. Look at how many we lost due to the war with the werewolves. Don't let this stop you from being the leader we know and love." After those few choice of words, Lester got up and left the room, leaving Larisa there to think to herself.

It had been approximately a full week since the coven talked about the death of one of their own. Larisa was up much earlier than usual this morning, standing on the front porch, her hands resting on the banister in front of her. She let out a soft sigh while looking through the window, seeing Lester giving her a thumbs up, seeing if she was okay. She returned the thumbs up with a smile then turned her head back towards the sunrise far away.

Larisa wanted her vengeance - But how she was going to get it. Her mind was all over the place right now and she need something to do. With the turn of her heels, she walked right back into the home where herself and the coven resided. She stood in the living area with her hands on her hips. "I'm giving everybody until the count of two to get down here!" She scolded again because she was still a little bit upset with them.

Everyone rushed into the living area, most even stumbled and toppled over each other.

She eyed everyone in the room as breathed softly then started to speak. "Okay, it's really obvious that we're under attack. But this time around, it's humans not the werewolves." She wanted to make sure that everyone understood her before continuing. "Now, we're a little lower in numbers I know so we're going to need a little bit more help before we go all Avengers on the humans." She said while biting her bottom lip because she knew that the next words she was fixing to say was going to start War World XV amongst words. "As much as I hate to say it but I am going to Moon Forest and meet with their Alpha for help."

Everybody contemplated that idea as she raised her hands up and shouted okay, repeatedly until they all quieted down. "It's my decision so I will be alright. Plus, I'm not going alone. I'm taking Anna and Lester with me. The rest of you are going to have to fend for yourselves until we get back." She said while wondering if this was a good idea or not. Her eyes scanned over everyone again before she went upstairs and grabbed herself a trench coat to go over her clothing.

"Anna. Lester. I'll be waiting in the truck and I won't wait for long." She said while grabbing her clutch purse and keys then walked outside the door. She sat in the truck and cranked it up while tapping her fingers against the steering wheel.

Today was a day like any other for the Alpha.

He was out roaming around camp until three or four last night, even though those weren't his hours for watch. It was simply because Lykos could not sleep. That wasn't anything new though, and his wolves knew not to question his admittedly odd sleeping schedule. As long as he still got things done and was in the right mind, they knew he would be able to go on, even with his lack of sleep. Because even though he hadn't collapsed in his bed until four thirty, Lykos was still up at seven, ready and rearing to go once again. Six hours he had gotten in the last forty eight. After showering all the grime off of him from running around in the woods last night, Lykos had settled on the comfy porch chair he had insisted they get last year with a book and a Gatorade. He nodded in the direction of the wolves that came in not long longer, and then again at the wolves that left a few minutes after. It was the pack switching shifts. He always had someone running perimeter, if not two or three wolves. Usually he joined them like he had last night. Today something told him to stay where he was.

Lykos had heard of the death of yet another vampire. And like always, he questioned his pack. None of them admitted to being the one to kill the blood drinker, and he had no reason to not trust them. His pack had never done anything to make him lose faith in their word. Lykos hardly ever even used his Alpha voice, even though he knew it would make them do what he wanted, it also caused them slight pain and discomfort. It was easier to just deal with the occasional not wanting to and fights, especially when he wanted his pack to trust him. He didn't want to be a boss to them, he wanted to be a leader.

Like most male wolves, Lykos only had a pair of loose black sweatpants on as he lounged on the porch. And while he wasn't overly muscled, it was pretty obvious to most that he wasn't someone to mess with. Back to the point though, it wasn't like he was half-naked for no reason. It was ten times easier for most wolves to wear as little clothes as possible, because there was no telling when you would have to shift, and Lykos for one did not want to ruin his clothes. Sweatpants also stood a better chance at not being torn to shreds, especially when they were loose, like the ones he wore. The Alpha was pulled from his thoughts when one of wolves on watch used the pack bond to get his attention. "Vampires. There's... maybe four at most. They're in a car." Lykos frowned at first, putting his book to the side and standing up. He moved to the porch stairs but did not descend, instead leaning against the wooden post. "Everyone up. The bloodsuckers have arrived. Be ready, but do not attack without my word." There was a very faint use of Alpha command from Lykos as he spoke to his whole pack through the bond. He had to make sure they listened, this was serious. An easy smile was on his face as he waited for the vampires to make an appearance.

The leader wasn't the only one effected by the death. Everyone was. It wasn't the death that brought grief to the people, but the idea that they can be struck down so easily. Being a vampire some feel immortal to an extent - hearing about death always reminded them of otherwise. Anastasia was sitting in her modern black room in her vanity chair when she heard the sound of Larisa yelling.
"I'm giving everybody until the count of two to get down here!" the leader yelled, making Anna sigh inwardly. Taking a final look at herself in the large black mirror she started heading downstairs. She knew her leader, and friend was just corrupted by emotion to blame the coven for the death. It was hardly their fault she felt. Cracking her knuckles as she came down the winding stairs. She was just in time to hear the beginning of what their coven leader had to say. Anna snorted at the Avengers comment Larisa made. If they were going to become the Avengers - she wanted to be Tony Stark. She listened to each word and found herself raising her arched brow when Larisa was finished. A meeting with the werewolves? It practically smelled like disaster waiting to happen. Though Anna couldn't really argue. They had no other options. Their numbers were few - and diminishing at this rate. Being second in command, she was relieved to know she was there to tag along. She wouldn't feel right otherwise. Quickly she put the brown fringed purse around her neck, moving it to rest on her hip. In the purse her engagement right laid on the bottom, in a small pocket. It was her lucky charm. She no longer wore the jewelry item of her not so long ago past - but it was a reminder of what she was, and how she will destroy the people she loved.

Slipping on an orange colored jacket she walked after the leader to the truck, hopping in the passenger seat. Anastasia didn't like sitting in the back - she always seemed to race for the passenger seat when she could.
"This shall prove to be interesting - no matter how it turns out" Anna said, leaning her elbow against the window as they waited for Lester. Riding shotgun Anna liked being in control of the music. Finding the newest hits station she turned up the volume slightly.
"Since you're ancient, no offense - you age very well, would you say music has gotten worse, or better over the years?" she asked to fill the silence, smiling at her higher up warmly. After she asked the question, Lester took his seat in the back.
"Took you long enough, what were you doing? Putting on makeup?" she jested to the right hand man of the leader.

"shit shit shit shit shit" Dani said to herself as she ran down the stairs of the manor, Mentally slapping herself, she should have known that the vampires would be coming soon, the alpha had even told her the other day that a vampire had been killed, so how had she been so stupid as to sleep in after the Alpha had basically told her that the Vampires would be coming. I mean how stupid did she have to be not to realize that the vampires would be coming like they always did when a vampire died under mysterious circumstances, they come right out and blame her pack. "damn vampires." Dani spat with distaste, before realizing yet again that vampires were approaching the pack manor, quite possibly to attack it, bringing back the sense of urgency causing Dani to panic even more.

"Ugh I'm such an idiot, the alpha is going to kill me" Dani said to no one in particular as she continued racing down the stairs. suddenly she hit a wall, no scratch that a boy. "Oh hey Jake, why aren't you downstairs, wait why am I not downstairs, shit" Dani said moving around him and carrying on down the stairs, then turning back when she reached a landing "sorry about bumping into you by the way, see you". Then quickly whipped back around, continued running down the stairs. Trying her best not to fall flat on her face, like she normally does when running downstairs, of course the fact she's wearing fuzzy slippers, while running full speed down hardwood stairs didn't exactly help her cause.

She finally reached the main floor and tried to calm herself down a bit, which like always, just stressed her out more while she attempted to weave through the crowd so she could get out onto the front porch with the Alpha, Dani was the Beta after all. After a series of hellos, good mornings, a few what's up's from younger pack members, and one why the hell did the vampires have to come this early in the morning. "hey Dan heads up" Dani's older brother Alex shouted, throwing her a BLT and a root beer from somewhere in the crowd. "Thanks Alex" unwrapping her BLT from the napkin her brother always wraps it in and taking a bite out of it, she pushed open the front door and walked out onto the porch, situating herself so she was beside the Alpha. "Sorry I'm late" She mumbled taking a swig from her root beer.

While waiting for Anna and Lester to take their exit from the house and enter her truck, she sighed softly while wondering if this was going to go well or not. The werewolves of Moon Forest and her coven have fought for years and now she was going to ask them to join her side in this war against humans. Maybe the Alpha, Lykos, will understand since he has also lost many pack members to human hunters. She turned her lips up in disgust. People myths about their respective species were stupid and demeaning. She absolutely hated it.

Larisa eyes fluttered up as she seen Anna leaving the house and getting into the passenger side of her truck. She honestly couldn't have picked a better second in command. She needed someone just as tough as she was and that wasn't going to be wimp with their words. "This shall prove to be interesting - no matter how it turns out." Anna said. Larisa nodded her head then honked the horn for Lester to hurry it up. She groaned while leaning back in her seat. "Since you're ancient, no offense - you age very well, would you say music has gotten worse, or better over the years?" Anna asked towards her as she yet again just nodded her head. In her mind, she was wondering what she was going to say towards Lykos to get him to understand. She doesn't want to seem too desperate - Even though at this point, she was.

"Took you long enough, what were you doing? Putting on makeup?" Anna spoke towards Lester upon him entering the vehicle. Larisa cracked a smile then turned back at Lester. "Hope you put on clean underwear as well." She looked towards Anna with a soft smile. They were a perfect tag team together but she knew of Lester's past and hoped that their jokingly comments didn't get to him.

She drove through the traffic like crazy because she just wanted to get there and get things over and done with. Her eyes flashed towards Anna then up to Lester in the rearview mirror. She wanted the ride to be absolute silence so she can get together in her mind on what to say. Larisa did a sharp right turn which lead them down a dirt road and she kicked the speed up a notch. She slammed on the brakes and turned her gaze towards Anna and Lester. "Alright, we're here." She said. "Yeah, luckily." Lester commented while stepping out of the vehicle.

Larisa stepped out as well, closing the door behind her and placing her hands into the pockets of her trench coat as she seen Lykos standing up there along with most members of his pack. "Hello." She offered a little wave. "How are you guys doing today?" She asked politely but then cut down the small talk as she stood on the bottom step. "Alright, I'm here to talk business with you Lykos. I need... help." Larisa lowered her head to the ground the looked towards Anna and Lester. "Please, don't make me beg. May we go inside, please?" She said while staring at him directly in the eyes.

Any other Alpha would be annoyed with the way Dani presented herself. Lykos found it incredibly endearing. Him being the Alpha and her being the Beta, her spot was near him, not next to him. But their whole pack had never really been one for tradition, and Lykos liked that his lovely little sidekick was comfortable around him. It meant he was doing his job right, in his opinion. Many would argue that he was letting his wolves get away with much more than they should, but he didn't see any harm in letting them have some fun every once in awhile, and he certainly didn't feel the need to scold them because they didn't follow the standing order to a tee. As long as none of them decided to get it in their heads to run out and attack the vampire coven on their own, or run through the town as a huge wolf, he figured everything was good. Actually, he didn't want them attacking the vampires at all, but they were natural enemies... He couldn't blame anyone for being a little antsy when the creatures of the night were around. It even made his wolf want to jump out and take control, but like he expected the rest of his pack to do, he kept the animal in check.

"You're fine." Lykos said, eyes flicking towards his Beta. "I love the fuzzy slippers, you have to tell me where you got those." He teased, fixing her with his signature grin that could charm the pants off of just about anyone. He didn't care if the vampires could hear him, calming his pack was more important than making the vampires think he was some kind of stoic tyrant that wouldn't deal with shit.

The vampires approached and he felt his pack tensing. Most of them were either crowded in the doorway of the house or on the porch behind him, and he still stood leaning against the post. He wanted to seem relaxed, unworried, not ready to jump into battle. The pack behind him wasn't helping that much though. When he had said for them to get up, he hadn't meant for all of them to storm downstairs. It didn't bother him too much though, he didn't blame them for being curious. Not to mention wolves were pretty territorial, this was their land, and no vampire was going to try to take it from them. "We're fine, mostly. Though today was supposed to be sleep-in day, so you can imagine some of them are a little grouchy." That got a few uncomfortable chuckles from his pack as they waited to see what the vampire had to say. As it turned out though, the vampires wanted something... very different. He listened to Larisa, all the while communicating telepathically to his pack. "Do we trust them?" Even in the sea of hell no's that followed, Lykos nodded in the vampires direction. "Dani, stay with me. The rest of you go watch perimeter. This could still be a distraction." He moved to make room for his pack to shuffle out the door, and he spoke directly to Dani next. "Run upstairs and get ready, yeah? I love the slippers but they're maybe not the best fighting shoes." If it came to that, and he hoped it wouldn't.

"Come on then vamps, let's talk." He motioned them into the house before him, and when he stepped inside he was relieved to see that Dani had made it upstairs already. Hopefully it wouldn't take her long to get back down. There was a huge living room to the left that he led them into, it had two long couches facing each other with a coffee table in the middle, and a large TV on the wall at the end. He sat on one couch and waited for them to mimic him on the other before he spoke. "So Larisa, what's so terrible that you had to come to the big, bad wolves for help?"

Anna held onto the small bar above the window for dear life. She mentally reminded herself to not let Larisa drive home. Maybe it was because the girl was nervous that she was driving so recklessly, but a car accident was waiting to happen as they drove to the outskirts of town to the werewolves territory.
"Alright, we're here" Larisa said when she slammed the breaks and stopped the car - causing them all to go forward slightly. She heard a witty remark from Lester in the back, and chuckled to herself.
"You were going to give us an early death my friend" Anna said as she stepped out, her purse still resting on her hip, her spiked heels making a slight clank onto the stone pavement. Anna buttoned the orange jacket up, but left two undone at the top. She didn't want this to get messy, but wouldn't be surprised if it did. They were werewolves after all. Mortal enemies of the vampires. Desperate times seemed to call for desperate measures however. Anna would much rather they be werepuppies. If that was even a thing. Her mind humored her with a transformation of a person into a tiny golden retriever. She shook the thought and put a serious expression onto her face as they approached. Larisa said her words to the leader, who actually wasn't that bad looking. At least they weren't talking to total savages. Anna didn't think she could live as laid back as the werewolves. She likes the finer things in life. Red wine, dark chocolate, and spa days was her idea of paradise. The Alpha invited them inside, and the two vampires followed Larisa in with caution. Anna couldn't stop looking around for potential threats. Being on their territory was scary enough.
"Nice place" Anna mumbled, looking around the house they entered. She took a seat on the couch as did Lester. Crossing her legs she tried to study the leader, but couldn't get much of a reading off him. He looked rather laid back to be commanding a group of wild beast. When the leader asked Larisa for elaboration as they were finally inside - Anna decided this was their leaders time to shine. On typical occasion she would have answered for the leader - but this was a different ordeal.

Larisa followed Lykos and most of his pack members into their home. Of course, she was on edge the whole entire time but when she stepped foot into the house, she calmed herself then looked towards Lester and Anna. "This is so lovely." She muttered. "I was expecting something much more..." Lester cleared his throat as Larisa turned to look at him. "Uhmm, elegant but this is beyond that." She sat down after taking off her trench coat then let it lean over her arm rest. The question that Lykos asked rang throughout her mind for a minute. She breathed in then exhaled while responding.

"Honestly, I need help." She never broke her eye connection with him because this was serious business. She didn't beat around the bush with those words because she really did need help. "My friend was killed about a month or two ago. Of course, I immediately blamed you guys but this was a human stab wound." She sighed while digging through her trench coat pocket and pulling out a picture one of the coven members took. She handed the picture towards Lykos then leaned back into her seat.

"Anna and Lester, why don't you guys go outside and wait in the truck for me, okay?" She handed Anna the keys and looked at her in the eyes, letting her know that she can take care of herself. When they both left, she turned her attention back towards Lykos then rose up from her seat and paced from side to side. "Look, I'm not asking for us to be side by side for a lifetime. I just need help against these filthy humans that killed my friend and will probably kill one of your own, if you're not careful. The Caccitori's are back. Remember them?"

With a quirked look placed upon her face, she grabbed her trench coat and draped it over her arm. Her eyes looked at Lykos. "If you want to help us..." She started to walk off. "You know where to find us." She continued to walk out of the door and to her truck.

Dark Alleyway | Somewhere in Rome | 11p.m.

The night air was cold against his skin. Jarlath let out a sigh, watching as his minty breath formed crystals in the air as it swirled up and out of sight. It was cold but it was almost like it didn’t affect the man whom was crouching on a rooftop, his eyes ever wandering towards the two banging figures in the alleyway below. For heaven’s sake, make it quick. He thought as he twirled a knife in between his fingers. Though the two figures below were Jarlath’s targets, the Cacciatori second-in-command felt as if he had no right of robbing the two of their last bit of pleasure of being pseudo-alive- though the panting was getting on the last of his nerves. Sighing, Jarlath took a swig from the beer bottle that sat right beside him on the ledge of the building roof, taking a silent gulp as a contemplative look passed his face. This brand is alright. He thought, giving the label on the glass a glance before setting it down once more. A final groan came from below as the two figures leaned oppressively against the wall, their disgusting forms twisting in the moonlight once again before settling down, shoulders heaving, bodies untwining. Now. Twirling the knife between his fingers one last time, Jarlath glared down at the two as he chose his target and let the knife fly in a deadly arc in the night air.

A dull thunk filled the alley. A choking gurgle followed suit as Jarlath jumped down from the roof, clinging onto window ledge after window ledge until he could safely land on the floor with no problem. “You fucker!” The male figure snarled, rounding on Jarlath as the female slumped onto the floor, hands clawing at her knife. “Oh, but it was just a silver knife coated with holy water, nothing more.” Jarlath responded innocently, shaking his index finger at the vampire. “Don’t be so crude with your language. Ah, yes, and seeing as we are going to fight, please avoid hitting my face.” In the middle of Jarlath’s sentence, the other vampire had already swung his clawed hand at Jarlath’s face, intent on hitting the human- but Jarlath ducked down in a speed most definitely not of a human. And yet there he was, a human to the last cell in his body.

Bending his knees, Jarlath pulled another knife from his jacket, the blade glinting in the moonlight as his smile did as he lunged at the vampire’s stomach, shoving the immortal back into the dirty wall that was the backdrop of their fight. “Tah.” Jarlath laughed as he moved along with the vampire, slamming his long knife into the vampire’s right hand with a force that pushed most of the knife- and the vampire’s hand- into the wall. Reaching into his jacket once more, Jarlath quickly grabbed another knife and stabbed the vampire’s other hand, while, with another hand, he grabbed a vial of holy water and splashed it onto the two wounds, making sure to enhance the vampire’s pain and decrease the healing speed of the other man. “So,” Jarlath said, wiping his forehead with a handkerchief he had produced out of his suit jacket, “How does it feel like to see your life passing in front of your eyes?” The only response he got was a pained snarl. “Too bad. Pass the word along that missy here will be dead very soon, okay? Say that the Cacciatori were the ones behind it.” His sentence faded into a low whisper as Jarlath glared down at his opponent, slowly digging into the man’s body more holy water coated knives making sure he wouldn’t be able to slip off anytime soon (along with a normal knife to the vampire’s throat.) “Well, then.” Jarlath said, clapping his hands together as he turned around to watch the struggling female vampire. “Did anyone tell you that it isn’t good to trust a man who’d take you out into a dark alleyway to shag you? Dangers hide in every form- and in HIV and AIDs, though your kind might not get it, right?”

A guttural noise came from the female vampire as she ripped out the knife from her delicate flesh in response, wincing at the powers of the silver and holy water against her neck. But before she knew it, another knife replaced the one she had just pulled out as two more landed straight through her heart, shoved in by Jarlath’s cruel hand. “Cac-ciat-tori!” She snarled out as her final fake breath left her already dead body. “Yes, Cacciatori. Well, then, good night.” He turned and grinned at the male vampire struggling to release himself from the wall before walking away into the darkness of the alley.

Vitale Main House | 11:32 p.m.

Jarlath quietly opened the door to the large hall, sighing quietly as he closed the door behind him with a loud click. “Back home so early, Master Jarlath?” A familiar voice said from his left, causing Jarlath to jump slightly as he turned his head to see the old man. His trusted butler- companion and good friend. “Arnold. Don’t scare me like that.” He muttered, shrugging his suit jacket off for the old man to hold. “Also, send some men to this address and send it to this one,” Jarlath took two notecards out of his pants pocket and handed it to the old man, “and have them finish the job that I left behind. They most likely will still be there. I changed my mind; kill the male vampire.” The old man only let out a sigh and shook his head as he took the card- and Jarlath’s coat- and walked away, presumably to find some men that would finish Jarlath’s earlier hunt.

He knew it would be done.

Pacing up the large stairs, Jarlath sighed as he looked up at the family portrait of his father, sister and the matriarch- the family portrait that lacked his own presence. But it did not matter anymore to the Cacciatori second-in-command; his own hair would have been too jarring amongst the sea of blonde. Turning, he quickly paced up the last of the stairs as he turned towards where his sister and his own study was located at, raising an eyebrow as he saw a young man- a new secretary?- knocking timidly at Annabella’s door with a bunch of files in his grip. “What are you doing?” Jarlath barked, his brow furrowing as he walked up to the boy. “I-I,” The boy stuttered as Jarlath towered over him, scared of the reputation that the second-in-command had garnered. “I’m sorry, I’m new here and I was told to bring these papers to the head-,”

“Ah, I see, you’re new boy who was supposed to come in today?” Jarlath asked, holding out his hand to take all the files from the young shivering boy whom nodded in response, obviously too scared to speak any further. “It’s okay. I’ll let this mistake slide this time; but remember that all paper work come my way, okay? Next time knock on the door on the other side of the corridor.” Smiling, Jarlath nodded at his own door as he took the papers and took his leave, patting the boy on the shoulder as he did. “Go and get some rest. You might need it in this household- you never know.” With that, Jarlath closed his door and paced across the room to his large desk that was pristine clean with but a few articles of paper. Placing the new pieces along with the old, Jarlath rounded his table and slumped down in his chair, yawning widely as he pulled off his tie and threw it across the room. It wasn’t late but Jarlath was tired. The hunt hadn’t done much to his energy levels but the lack of anything to do- or the surplus there of- caused a yawn to roll out of his mouth once again. But there was no time to waste: Jarlath had to find Annabella. Shrugging himself off of the chair once more it took all of Jarlath’s energy to not slump down onto the carpet floor but to rather walk across the room once again and turn down the hallway, quickly ascending to the third floor before coming to a stop at a large door. His knock was sharp and loud as he cleared his throat and opened his mouth.

“Annabella?”

Jacob had been traveling alone for a long time, and he was completely exhausted. He rumaged through his pockets to see how much money he had left, in order to get something to eat. Jacob's clothes were a little dirty, and he had some dirt on his face, but it looked more like he was doing yard work, rather then homeless. He slowly walked into a gas station, just outside of Rose City and rather then grabbing food, he merely grabbed two bottles of cold water. Jacob didn't say a word the entire time he was in the store, just gave the guy the money and walked out with his water.

Jacob sat down on the bench just outside the store and looked at his shoes. They were worn down so much that only tape was keeping his feet from the ground. Once he had rested for a minute, he got back up and continued his track into town, just to stop at the entrance of a dirt road. "I know that smell..." Jacob said to himself, but instead of going down the road, he just continued to walk towards town. He wasn't the one to venture down a dirt road, especially one that was filled with other scent. Some smelt of vampire but mostly of wolf. Jacob was too timid to do stuff like that, not after his pack being slaughtered, and him being hunted by humans. "They never hurt anyone, why did they have to be killed?" Jacob asked himself. It wasn't uncommon for Jacob to speak to himself, it helped him from going insane.

It didn't take long for Jacob to reach the edge of town. He looked at all the buildings, people walking in and out of stores, and cars driving around. He slowly moved forward, not making any eye contact with anyone, and avoided touching them. He was listening to everyone talk about how dirty, and smelly he was, as he walked past them. He didn't like people talking about him, but that was something he couldn't do anything about.

"Hey! I have never seen you, who the hell are you?" One man called out to Jacob. The man was only replied by silence. "Boy, I asked you a question!" The man said, grabbing Jacob and giving him a shove. He just merely grabbed the man and threw him into a wall. "You'll regret this!" The man said running away with a bloody nose. Knowing that people were watching, Jacob went back to his travels, trying to ignore everyone.

Dark Alleyway | Somewhere in Rome | 11:10 P.M.

"Oh my God, I am so sorry!"

The hushed voice came from the brunette girl who immediately bent down to gather the books she had dropped onto the ground. The darkness practically swallowed the objects on the ground, and the girl seemingly dropped her glasses, her hands searching in the darkness. "No, no, it was my fault." The older man appeared to notice the girl's distress and immediately bent down to help her with her belongings. After all, he had accidentally bumped into the small shadow leaning by the wall. "Here you go." Handing the girl her glasses, the man gave her a smile which was returned graciously by the brunette. "Do you need anymore assi-" Perhaps she was lost, or perhaps she was waiting on someone, the man continued, but she immediately cut him off. "No! It's alright. I'm waiting for my father. He should be here in a moment." Reassured by her voice, the man nodded before standing up, giving the pretty girl a small bow before continuing on into the darkness.

And the young woman's gaze darkened as the steps faded into the night. That was far too close, for she had been listening intently to the conversation beyond the alleyway. Next time, no such mistakes will be made. Even so, she gracefully dodged the human's probing. No hints of doubt had been detected in his eyes.

"Did anyone tell you that it isn’t good to trust a man who’d take you out into a dark alleyway to shag you? Dangers hide in every form- and in HIV and AIDs, though your kind might not get it, right?” Picking up the books from the ground, Annabella returned to listening in on the conversation, or perhaps monologue, her brother had with the two vampires. A faint shake of the head was seen in the darkness, her dark clothing cloaking her well under the faint moonlight. As she pulled herself up from the ground, the choking sounds of the vampire hardly seemed to affect her, for she was not there for that purpose. Rather, she was there for a completely different matter. "Cac-ciat-tori!" That caught her attention, but it was the sound of one that was close to death. "Yes, Cacciatori. Well, then, good night.”

It took all her will not to step out from the faint darkness, to confront the one that she had been following since the afternoon of that day. Jarlath. Her eyes narrowed at her brother's name, for it had been so long since she last had to confront him. After all, she had spent several months in France, where the details of her job there would be unsuitable for children's ears. However, she was hardly finished before she heard the call for the meeting. Rather, she heard from one of the members that desperately attempted to inform her of Jarlath's sudden plan.

It was time to come home. As the steps of her brother faded from her range of hearing, Annabella stepped around the corner, her eyes lingering on the male vampire that Jarlath left seemingly crucified to the wall. Uncalled for. However, she was not going to bother. Even as the leader of the Cacciatori, she did not intrude on others' kills.

Soft steps, unheard by anyone except the obscure girl that turned around the corner, her head ducked slightly as she stopped by the dark car that was parked in the side of the road, out of sight. "Where to, Mademoiselle?" Her chauffeur still retained the French tongue that had been their language for the past several months, and at that, she simply smiled as she stepped into the car. "Home." At that one word, the engine started and began going down that path she remembered so clearly.

Vitale Main House | 11:25 P.M.

Home seemed like such an unfamiliar word. It was almost as if she had forgotten the very definition of the word, or at least, attempted to forget. Yet, the second she entered the room, the gazes that turned to her seemed unfamiliar, and some were alarming. Almost forgot.

The brunette wig was dropped onto the ground, and one of the maids, in sudden recognition, dove to pick it up after the young woman as she continued forward without a hint of hesitation in her steps. Then the gazes turned, almost immediately, into recognizing looks, as if the blonde hair itself told the servants and maids of the identity of the young woman that walked into the door so unexpectedly. Suddenly, a flurry of "Miss Vitale" and "Mistress" were heard from those that stood almost as if frozen, but now are arching their backs to greet the young woman. Though, Annabella showed no signs that she even heard those greetings, for her gaze was kept straight in front of her, her hands unbuttoning the black rain coat as she pulled it off her shoulders and onto the ground, only to be immediately picked up by the maid.

"Miss Vitale, welcome home. Would you like any refreshments? Or perhaps your clothes prepared for y-" Without a word, the door to her chambers was slammed in the maid's face, the older woman immediately shutting her mouth. She should have expected this. Without a word, a small bow was given even to the door before the woman left, leaving Annabella in the peace and quiet she desired, already pulling off the dark clothing that shielded her in the night. Leaving the pile on the ground, she pulled a maroon-colored dress from her walk-in closet, the style resembling a vintage Italian dress and with practiced motion, pulled it on with hardly any effort. All this took around five minutes, and as she heard the door opening on the first floor of the house, she had a pretty good guess who it was that just came in.

Letting loose her ash blonde hair, the young woman remained motionless against the frame of her bed for a few seconds longer, listening to the steps as they grew louder and closer to her door. Though, they were not the ones she was waiting for, and of course, as the soft knocking was heard, the young woman did not move from her position. Jarlath would take care of it.

And so he did, her gaze remained locked on the door, waiting for those footsteps to return. Of course he would know that she had came home. Somehow, he always knew.

"Annabella?" This knock was sharp, much different from the one that she had heard just a few seconds before. By then, she was already at the door, pulling open the door that had remained closed for months before she had set foot into it once again today. However, her expression was not the kindred nor jovial one she had shown him years before. The jolly disposition of that young girl was gone, replaced by the blank look that now seemed so natural upon Annabella's expressions. Her eyes rose up to meet her brother's, and not a greeting was heard.

"You left one alive." The words sounded cold, and her expression even colder as she leaned against the frame of the door. "Tell me why, Jarlath," Or perhaps she already knew why, for the message left by the member a few weeks earlier was what prompted her to return home. Yet, she needed to hear it from him.

It was odd, for Annabella had to look up to meet her brother's eyes. Though that did not seem to bother her. "The Cacciatori remains a secret organization. That's what keeps us safe. Yet, to be so reckless." The last word was breathed out, destroying the cold and nonchalant tone she had been trying to keep. After all, she can never keep it around Jarlath. Thus, she instead pushed past him, holding up the front of her dress as she turned toward the stairs. Then stopping. Turning, her eyes once again caught the familiar look of her brother's. He had hardly changed through the months, still so familiar to her sight. At that, a small sigh was released, almost as if she had been holding that breath ever since she had opened the door.

"It's good to see you again, brother."

A few minutes later, Jacob heard sirens coming closer to him. He looked around to see that there were several police officers moving closer to him, and of the course, the guy with the bloody nose pointing him out. "Young man, stop right there. You're under arrest." One officer said, reaching for the cuffs. Jacob looked around, he was surrounded, five maybe six cops. "Just relax, and we'll get everything straightened out down at the station. Now put your hands behind your back." The officer said, as they moved in closer. It didn't take much for Jacob to begin resisting, throwing the officers off of him.

Jacob quickly got out of the grips of the cops and began to run. He was beginning to get scared, and it showed in his eyes. He didn't know what to do, or where to go. He was always skiddish around humans, especially after that one night at home. Jacob went where his feet took him, and the one place he knew he'd be safe....the woods. After a few minutes, Jacob lost the cops in the woods, but he didn't stop running. His running and looking behind him, caused him to run right into a wolf scout from the Moon Forest pack. When he slammed into the guy, he fell backwards, his dagger falling out of his jacket, and looked up. He was getting even more scared. "I'm s...so..sorry..." Jacob said in a shaking tone.

"What do we have here?" The man said as he grabbed Jacob, and the dagger. They started to head towards the manor. Even with all the resisting, Jacob couldn't get away, the grip just got tighter. The man dragged Jacob past the Vampire truck and to the porch, throwing him down at the steps. "Lykos, you need to come out here." The man called out.

Anna wanted to object to leaving her friend and leader alone in there with the alpha. Though Lykos may be showing some form of hospitality, one could never be too careful around werewolves. It was really unknown to Anna why vampires hated them so, but she never questioned it. Instead - she grew a hate for them as well. She didn't trust the creatures.
"Of course" Anastasia simply said as she nodded towards the door. Lester and her left to the truck, only to see a man on the floor and another commanding for an audience with the Alpha. Was the man a hunter?
"Hey, what's going on?" Anna asked, a stern look on her face. She looked around the premise with caution. The man thrown to the steps looking scared and rather...meek in Anna's standards. If that boy was a werewolf - she would have never guessed. He didn't look strong at all, and didn't have the guts to stand up for himself. Lester stood beside Anna, not saying a word. This could prove to be a difficult situation if it wasn't handled right. Anna saw Larisa come out from behind them, and automatically she grew more worried. Inside the leader would be safe - out with these strangers she didn't know what would happen.
"What do you think" she said lowly, to Lester, her eyes wandering back at Larisa who continued walking.
"I don't know. Certainty odd" he whispered back to the dark haired girl before looking at the stranger.
"Look we're just going to go to our car. So uhm, have fun with whatever you're doing" Anna said, her voice rather serious. Though she said those words - she didn't know whether to move from where she was or not. With the man blocking the bottom step and another boy laying on the ground, she was curious to what the ordeal was. Instead of walking to the truck, she turned around to get Larisa.
"We have a bit of a problem my blonde friend" she said to the leader, walking by her side. Second in command was long for body guard in her eyes. She was to help make decisions, and to keep her friend safe.
"If this boy is a werewolf, he definently isn't living up to the name" she said quietly, looking towards the one that was seemingly being bullied.

"You're fine." Lykos said"I love the fuzzy slippers, you have to tell me where you got those." "Hey they decided to visit before ten on a weekend why should I have to get dressed up for them" Dani responded "seriously though, do they not sleep at all?" taking another sip of her root beer, and finishing off her BLT.

As the Vampire's truck rolled up the driveway most of the pack tensed up, it was understandable of course, there was bad blood between them running back centuries. As the vampires got out of their car one pack member let out a growl, that was so low it was barely audible. When the vampires had reached the porch Lykos, and the vampire woman we had come to know as Larisa, began to exchange pleaseantries. Though it was fairly one sided as once he had responded to Larisa, Lykos had immediately began instructing the pack telepathically. "Do we trust them?" A chorus of hell no's followed, but Lykos just Continued semmingly unfazed "Dani, stay with me. The rest of you go watch perimeter. This could still be a distraction." the rest of the pack filed out the door, and spread out into the woods surrounding the pack house, Lykos spoke directly to Dani this time. "Run upstairs and get ready, yeah? I love the slippers but they're maybe not the best fighting shoes." Dani gave Lykos a small nod and bolted through the door, and up the stairs to her room.

She set her root beer onto the top of her dresser, and quickly pulled out a black shirt, black sweatpants, and of course a pair of black sneakers, hey at least if she got blood on them it wouldn't show. Dani threw on her clothes, and grabbing her root beer, she pulled open her window and jumped out of it landing in a crouching position on the porch. After briefly dusting herself off Dani walked over to the front door to listen to the conversation, ready to jump in if the vampires tried anything, as the conversation neared its end Larisa sent her two companions out to the car, following a minute later.

Just as the vampires had gotten into their truck, Dean, the pack scout, walked past the vampire truck dragging a boy along by the wrist. When Dean and the boy reached the porch, Dean threw the boy onto the front steps and shouted for Lykos. "What the hell Dean" Dani snapped "why are you being so rough with him, he obviously doesn't pose a threat to the pack, I mean look at him. Did you seriously have to drag him here like that, a simple get out of our territory probably would have sufficed. And don't you dare try to feed my another bullshit story, like last time when you claimed you got attacked by a psychotic vampire, when you really just got jumped by a pissed off squirrel!"

Vitale Main House 11:40 P.M.

Jarlath sighed as he walked over and wrapped his arms around Annabella, pulling her into a warm embrace he knew he owed her everytime she came back from one of her self-given missions. Truth be told, Jarlath would have rather not let Annabella step out of the mansion at all, keep her locked up behind the safeties of the Vitale Mansion walls- but the girl would never have agreed. It had seemed as if she could read Jarlath's mind as he had sat her down to propose the idea of her not putting herself in danger. The answer had been an immediate no before Jarlath could even open his mouth. Though it pained him and worried him endlessly, Jarlath had made a life promise to Annabella's father- his own father- that he would respect all of her choices and keep her safe. Jarlath knew that Annabella probably already knew that he sent his best spies each and every time she went off on her little missions, making sure that they made everything much more smooth and much less dangerous. That was all he could do when he was miles away from the reckless girl. Jarlath was left with the ability to only give Annabella a hug everytime she came back, checking if she was safe, making sure that everything was fine. It was more of a self-reassurance than anything else; Annabella was Jarlath's last link to the world that he currently lived. She was the only piece of sanity he felt was left in the world of the Cacciatori. "I have missed you, Annabella." He muttered, his chin on the top of her head as he patted her back with one hand, the other on the back of her head. "And we need to talk about some issues. That's why I have come to talk to you."

If it had been up to her, the hug would have ended a lot sooner. After months of being away from home, any physical contact had been strictly on business terms. The sudden closeness was anything but comfortable, despite the fact that the young girl had once been so used to and so fond of such nostalgic moments. Yet, at this moment, her gaze held none of the sentiments it once showed. If she had learned anything in France, it was that these moments are the links that could one day destroy her. Yet, as much as she wanted to, and as insistently as she was to remain away from Italy, from the one link that could ultimately be her fall, Annabella could not find herself breaking away from her brother. Thus, without so much as a movement in her motionless limbs, the girl remained still. "I have heard," The tone of her words did not reflect the complexity that ran through her mind, merely icy words that she used with her fellow members. "And the answer is no." Eyes glancing up only to meet the nape of his throat, something that seemed so vulnerable against those creatures that stalk the night. How frail the human life was. And how unready she was at losing or even endangering the one life that stood in front of her.

Jarlath narrowed his eyes at her reply, his grip on her tightening as he kept his lock around her. "Why?" He hissed out through clenched teeth, turning his head slightly so that his mouth was against her head, the fragrance of soft lillys entering his nostrils. "It is time, Annabella, why do you refuse to see it?" While the sudden increase in the tension he placed on her was noticed, the young woman remained as rigid as always. After all, it did not bother her. Instead, Annabella closed her eyes, locking her jaws just the same way as she did as a child, the one that symbolized that there was no talking her out of her decision. "You refuse to see sense, Jarlath," She would never admit her wrong, but at the moment, she could hardly see where he was coming from. After all, all she got was intelligence from the mouth of a fellow member, and she learned enough than to trust the words of others. "The clandestine operations protect us. For generations, it had served as our shield. Break it, and you will leave us in ruins." But her response only garnered an annoyed growl from Jarlath as he glared at a maid that had stumbled into the main hallway from one of the smaller halls. At the sight of the two siblings stuck in an embrace, the maid blushed a deep red and quickly rushed back into the corridor she had come from, the rumors of the more than special relationship between the siblings repeating again and again in her mind.

But Jarlath paid her absolutely no attention as he started to loosen his grip, his lower hand once again growing gentle as he felt the usual cues of stubbornness showing in her actions. "Annabella. We are strong enough- the coven and the werewolves have grown senile over time." He stroked his hand through her hair as he had done when she was younger, placing his cheek on her head as he did so. "We have grown in numbers, money and power. It is not as if the Cacciatori name has not been known by the world already- and if you are still worrying about the vampire from earlier I have already sent men to kill him. Skilled men. You need not worry."

Yet, just as his grip began to loosen, the young woman took the chance to make her point. "Perhaps," Not a hint of change was heard in her tone, the seemingly genuine consideration was made far too real by the natural-born actress. "Or perhaps not." This tone was much deeper, her hand moving toward the center of his chest before pushing back, the previous consideration only created to coax him into lowering his guard. Jarlath lifted his head and allowed her to push herself away, letting his hands fall back to his side once again. Then again, she did not expect him to have his guard raised in the first place. The movement was quick, far quicker than that of a human, for the next second she stepped forward, and rather than moving away, she held him close to the pristine white walls of the mansion. Jarlath made no attempt to resist her as he felt his back hit the wall behind him, a sigh exiting him as he looked directly down into Annabella's eyes. "Young members, both skilled and unskilled. Older members, those that are beginning to turn frail with age, because, brother, we are not immortal. We live and we die, but we die for a cause." She did not loosen her grip, the force of her hand far stronger than any he would use on her. "Believe what you want, but until you can prove so, take care with what you say."

His sigh echoed throughout the hallway once more as Jarlath looked down at Annabella, trying to calm the tumultous anger that was on the edge of spilling out. "I have yet to grow senile, Annabella. I know what I say with a clarity that I can assure you I still have." He snapped, moving his hands so that Annabella was gently pushed back away from him once again. Like him, she made no resistance at taking a step back away from him. The scene reminded Jarlath of so many memories that the two had shared back at his mansion beside the large lake, with no company besides the two of them with one another. He had braided her hair, made her food, watched over Annabella as she had slowly grown up into a fine young woman. A fine young woman with stubbornness issues. Jarlath huffed as he sighed once again. But what else can I expect from a Vitale. And rather than relenting, the blonde girl continued. "No, but you have grown ambitious," Raising her eyebrow ever so slightly, Annabella allowed that small, meek smile grow on the corner of her lips. "And crankier. Shall we always fight fire with fire, Jarlath?" Her sudden action had been brought on from the fire she could detect within the depths of his eyes. As patient as he can be with her, such fiery ambition and anger would be hard to disguise.

Turning from him, the young woman declared herself implicitly victorious, her hand lifting the hem of the dress slightly as she started down the familiar staircase. "Maybe you should be let out of the house more, rather than stare down those dull paperworks. Join me in Paris, you would be surprised what hides there." Her words implied far more than what they seemed, and the playful glance she had hid underneath that business countenance in the beginning was just now showing through those bright irises. But Jarlath only shook his head as he followed his little sister, a small smile tugging on the sides of his mouth as he descended the large stairs. "On the contrary- I have a good view on the entirety of the Cacciatori from every member to every single coin that flows through our bank account. I hope that our young Leader knows this as well?" Chuckling, Jarlath allowed his own long strides match Annabella's as he wrapped an arm around her waist, placing a light kiss on her head as their usual normal, laid-back air was back once more. "Oh, yes. A new restaurant opened up down the street. It's pretty good- let's go there for some late dinner." Waving his hand dismissively at the butler as they descended down into the lobby, Jarlath reached for the two coats that were offered and draped one around Annabella's shoulders as the large doors opened to reveal the cold night outside.

Dean looked at Dani and frowned some. "He does pose a threat. The vampires distracted us while one of them snuck in to attack us. Don't believe me, while believe this." Dean said handing Dani the dagger that Jacob had been carrying. Jacob tried to get up, but before he could get very far, Dean knocked him back down. "Stay down." Dean demanded. Jacob tried to get up once more, but was knocked down again. This time Dean stepped on Jacob's chest. "I said stay down bloodsucking filthe!" Dean demanded again. Jacob clutched his fist, causing the nails to dig into his hand. Blood slowly dripped from his hand, as his other hand struggled to get Dean off of him.

"As soon as I get the word, I'm going to rip you apart, slowly." Dean said, just before Jacob swung his fist as hard as he could. Jacob caught Dean with a good right hook to the wolf's jaw, causing him to stumble backwards knocked out cold. Jacob slowly got up just to be knocked back down as two other werewolves jumped ontop of Jacob. The two werewolves quickly gained the upper hand and pinned Jacob on his knees to the ground.

"Dani, let us kill him. The bloodsuckers can not be trusted. Just give us the word, come on Dani." The two werewolves pleaded. They continued to believe that Jacob was a vampire. Jacob refused to say a word, and his fears continued to hold him back, forcing him to refuse to fight, even for his life. Jacob looked up to Dani, sitting on his knees, as the two werewolves held him. His eyes told a completely different story, a story of innocence and tragedy, as well as untampted strength, but more then anything fear.

Dani carefully examined the dagger Dean had handed her, by the make of it the dagger appeared to be for self defense. "As soon as I get the word, I'm going to rip you apart, slowly." Dean said harshly to the captive. "Dean, I hope you know how stupid that would be, if he is a vampire, and he was working with the vampires in the truck, then it would be extremely stupid to kill him infront them." Dani said, obviously annoyed. The man suddenly punched Dean, causing him to stumble backwards, and fall unconscious. The man attempted to stand up, but was quickly tackled back down by two other pack members who had been watching the commotion from a few feet away.

"Dani, let us kill him. The bloodsuckers can not be trusted. Just give us the word, come on Dani." The two pack members begged. Dani sighed "You both know I can't give you permission to do that, I'm not the Alpha, but even if I were I wouldn't give you permission to kill him, because if we killed him we wouldn't know why he trespassed I into our territory, if he was trying to attack us or, made an honest mistake. Besides if he were a vampire, wouldn't the vampires sitting in that truck have come to help him"

Dani crouched in front of the man, who was being held down by the two pack members. "Tell me why you haven't tried to escape again yet, you proved that your strong by knocking out Dean. So why are you just sitting here, not making a single move for escape. You just sit there waiting for a judgement to be passed. You're obviously not a vampire so I'm going to assume you're a lone wolf, maybe a young warlock. Now I would also like to know who you are, and why you are in our territory." Dani sighed inwardly. Where the hell is Lykos when you need him, and how the hell do Alphas do these things without having panic attacks.

Misty starts to run as fast as she can and enters in the house, then she resolves to appear near of Dani. He looked shocked with something. "Hm, what happened?" She asked confused while she tilts her head confused, starting to watch the body of the man.
He was dead?
She thought to herself.

"Did you kill him?" Misty crouched in the side of the man, paying attention to all the details of his neck, trying to see if he was bitten or not, she holds in his pulse also to try see if she feels his heartbeat. Sincerely, Misty worries too much about people, it was a flaw to her.

She looks to the face of the man, he was with his eyes closed. She even wondered if he was dead or not.

Jacob looked down and began to think. If he were to try and escape, then they would kill him, but if he were to stay, they'd probably kill him. He figured that it was a lose lose situation. The only thing he could think of doing, was revealing that he was a werewolf, but he wasn't sure how anyone would take it. Jacob knew for sure, that werewolves were very territorial, and that they run anyone off, even if the person was a werewolf. Jacob slowly looked up to Dani and everyone around, and then back to Dani.

"I'm sorry. I mean no harm." Jacob spoke softly. He voice was softly and gentle, yet timid and tired. Jacob also appeared as if he hasn't showered in a few days. He clothes were a little worn out, and his shoes were mostly leaves and ducttape. Jacob brought tension on his out stretched arms, giving the two werewolves a bit of trouble hanging on to him. After a few minutes, Jacob quit, allowing the werewolves to gain full control again. He wasn't showing any form of violence towards anyone, that was the last thing that he wanted.

Jacob, these people might let you stay with them, you need to try and trust someone.....NO! The last time you trusted someone, you had an arrow hit your shoulder. You need to find a place of your own, stay away from everyone and everything....No! I got to try and trust someone, but who? Jacob argued with himself in his mind, a place that no one was able to enter, or hear his arguments with himself.

Re: Bitten | The Rivalry Reborn

I believe we were waiting for you and Gentlemiss to return.

Re: Bitten | The Rivalry Reborn

Or maybe a M&M I'm not quite sure.

Re: Bitten | The Rivalry Reborn

I am back!

@gentlemiss I'm so sorry to hear that, I wish I could help. If you need someone to talk to you you can message me.

Re: Bitten | The Rivalry Reborn

We might as well be because it seems like two of the main writers are going through RL issues right now and I don't want them to be left behind. Too far behind.

Re: Bitten | The Rivalry Reborn

So I guess we're on hold until everyone gets back?

Re: Bitten | The Rivalry Reborn

all Deaths are accounted for. (and i'm sorry Gentlemiss for the mix up...)

Re: Bitten | The Rivalry Reborn

Gentlemiss- I hope that you'll be able to find a better mode of accommodation as soon as possible! Do take your time with everything :)

And, yes, I am still here. I'm in talks with Shieldmaiden again for another collab. Hopefully our last one wasn't too bad :P

Re: Bitten | The Rivalry Reborn

On another note, are we all still here?! -Blows airhorn.-

Re: Bitten | The Rivalry Reborn

Sorry! My boyfriend and I broke up and he kicked me out, so I'm a little homeless right now. I can only do replies from the library, but I'll be there all tomorrow and promise I will get one done! /also I'm a male.

Re: Bitten | The Rivalry Reborn

I still haven't heard from Gentlemiss. I sent a message last night, hopefully i'll hear from her soon.

Re: Bitten | The Rivalry Reborn

I'm so sorry about this, but I was just told by my parents that we would be taking a suprise camping trip this upcoming week, I most likely will not be able to upload a post until the ninth. Once again I am so sorry about this I wasn't told until a few minutes ago.

Re: Bitten | The Rivalry Reborn

Welcome Mei and darkshadow46.

Dumisa, I'll see if she'll respond to my message, but if she hasn't been on, then she won't see the message. I say give her another day and if she hasn't replied by tomorrow night (sunday night), go ahead and skip her.

Re: Bitten | The Rivalry Reborn

She was last online Wednesday, has anyone tried messaging her?

Re: Bitten | The Rivalry Reborn

She hasn't been online in like a week, I think. D:
