w e i g h t x // x185 lbs
h a i r x // xWes has short dirty blonde hair that is usually spiked in some sort of manor. On most occasions he has a 5 o'clock shadow, never being a fan of the clean shaved look or a full on beard.
e y e s x // xWes' eyes are what he's most known for. They're a brilliant green, like emeralds. Captivating and striking. Surprisingly enough, he got those from his father and not Aphrodite.
o d d i t i e s x // xBefore coming to the camp, it could be said that Wes was without flaw from head to toe. But his first year came with many curveballs. The worst claiming his right arm. He does also have a few scars from the bumps they encountered at the camp, but nothing more noticeable than the absence of his right arm. But unlike many who would receive this blow, Wes laughs in the face of his own disability and refuses to let it cripple him.
a p p e a r a n c e x // xWes is not what is expected of a son of Aphrodite. For some reasons everyone assumes it'll be some pretty boy with polos and coiffed hair. Wes is almost always in a leather jacket and jeans. He looks like the boy that all the father's warn their daughters about. Tall, well fit in every way with a smile that could kill. He doesn't have to try to look attractive or seduce, it's just part of his natural charm and aura. The boy next door with bad boy charisma. It's been said his attractiveness appeals to everyone in different ways, almost morphing slightly to appeal to each person in a unique way. The worst part being, he's oblivious to most of his appeal. His innocence and naivety making him that much more magnetic.

P E R S O N A L I T A T E
xxxxxxxxxxxx• x compassionate x • x cocky x • x outgoing x • x brave x •
But, he is a son of Aphrodite. Although he is much humbler now… Or, as humble as an Aphrodite kid can be. He knows he’s attractive, but doesn’t necessarily flaunt it. His cockiness comes more from a very strong sense of self-esteem. There are very few things that he can pride himself on, but that doesn’t mean he’ll still won’t talk like he’s the best. Confidence is key. Maybe one day of telling himself and everyone else that he can do something, eventually he’ll be able to.
Shyness is not an option for Wes… Ever. He is the life of the party. His bubbly, magnetic personality makes it easy for him to eb and flow with people. Socializing comes easy to him, even if it is a deep emotional topic or expressing his feelings, Wes doesn’t give a second though to expressing himself. Sometimes that’s not always a good thing, but he’s never been one to try to be anything than his true authentic self.
It’s pretty funny how brave Wes is, when the odds are always against him. He’s not much of a fighter, doesn’t know much combat… But that wouldn’t stop him from charging into battle to protect those he loves. He’s brave to a reckless degree. That’s how he lost his arm. Blind bravery. In most cases a trait like that can be a positive… Only when you have the power to back it up. If his stupidity can save lives, then head first he goes right into it.

Ever since he was little, Wes always had a knack for getting into trouble because it always seemed to be the only way to get his father's attention. On a regular basis he would skip classes to go meet up with girls or cause trouble throughout the town. By age 16 he had been arrested twice and every cop in the district knew his name. But Wes didn't mind the attention, in fact he loved it whenever all eyes were on him. His new bad boy reputation also made him begin to get even more affection from the ladies… Compared the large amount he was already getting when he still dressed in the expensive clothes his father bought him. Wesley would be rather wearing a leather jacket, and a pair of torn jeans, driving an old model car or motorcycle, instead of the $1000 suits and Mercedes his father tried to buy him.
Although Wesley was a very intelligent kid in school, he ended up flunking out due to his numerous absences and his lack of attention or discipline. When his father found out that Wes wasn't going to be able to go to Yale like he did, he was furious. He no longer wanted his son in his house hold let alone anywhere near him. So, Jacob finally decided to sit Wes done and tell him the true story about his mother. Obviously, Wesley did not believe a single thing his father said, until Aphrodite herself appeared in their living room.
She said that she had been trying since Wes was a kid to get his father to send him to the camp where he would be "safe." Since his father no longer wanted anything to do with him, Aphrodite took the opportunity when she could. It was apparent that his parents no longer got along, but as to the history that passed between them, Wesley would never find out. All he could tell was that his father had been keeping him from his mom all these years, and even though Wes felt a little old to be going to a camp. He accepted the opportunity to get away from his ungrateful dad and possibly one day get to know his mother better.
As if his life wasn’t already being flipped upside down, everything changed when he came to camp. For the first time in Wes’ life, it was just about him. He didn’t have to fight to get attention, because everyone there was special in their own way. He had friends… People always either wanted in his wallet or pants, never taking the chance to get to know the man beneath. He finally knew what it was like to be wanted somewhere… And it changed everything about him. His prerogative changed from selfish to selfless, and his narcissistic shell faded to a compassionate teddy bear. Fighting hydras, a hopeless crush and losing his arm… he never felt more at home.
