"Have you ever met someone that seems to make you look back on your life when you were their age? A 'young whippersnapper' that just makes you feel like you're looking in a mirror? For most people, no matter what age, the answer is yes. They look at this kid and hope they live the life, that they never got. Because, well, most adults, including me would do anything to go back and relive those days just to fix what we think is broken. And, hell maybe it's not broken, maybe that bad choice lead to a great reward and we don't even know it. But, I'm getting off topic. Where was I? Ah, yes. Ahem.

Life is like a story book; There are hundreds of twist and turns, dark secrets, and millions of climaxes but, like a story we just have to keep reading to see where it takes our main protagonist. We love and loss, we have ups and downs, we experience life and death, and deal with just everything in between. All of us fall and get our fair share of bumps and bruises but, we brush them off and keep moving forward. And yes, for some it's easier than for others but, it's not the cards you're given that allow you to win, it's the way you play and deal them that let you win--.. And, I know I sound cheesy like a 'John Green book' level cheesy but, listen. I am just one of about fourteen voices in this story, one of sixteen reflections. There are my friends and I, the twenty-somethings who are stressing out about marriage and kids and taxes and all that good stuff and a group of teens. Oh, I'm sorry 'young adults'. Who are just like us when we were younger. They have the problems like dating and classes they can't skip and graduating, and all those things we have all been through. What non of us know is that with every adult, there is a young adult just like us, a reflection that we may not even know exist. But, they're there living in the same city, possibly making the same exact choices and mistakes as us. Or, if they're one of the different ones, they some how break off and make their own story.

This is the story of fourteen people in their city of Denver. Some are adults, dealing with the 'real world' while others are just enjoying life as teenagers, all going through the different stages of life and while they all seem different and unrelated, they're all connected. One teen being a reflection of an adult, perhaps because of their personality, looks, home life, or everything. But, they don't know that the other is just like them, they may not even know the other exist and they may never know.

This isn't a supernatural story or a fantasy, there is no magic behind it. This is a story about life and how sixteen human beings get through it and make friendships, experiences, and bonds that may make or break who they are.

Will the adults end up cracking under the pressure of being an adult and having to face the cruel reality of the real world? Or will they find the life they're suppose to have? And will their young reflection make the same choices as them, along with the same mistakes? Or will they go on their own, unknown road? There's only way to find out and that's to keep reading.

1. I'm okay with changing FCs, if you have a real valid request other than the usual. Not the "I just don't like that face claim" excuse. If, you have a real reason then there is a good chance that they will be changed. [But, listen to this please. {NO Victoria Secret models of any kind, no main characters from Pretty Little Liars, and absolutely no Holland Roden or Candice Accola. Look, we all know who is overused here.}

2. Post on the OOC to reserve AND have the password. Do NOT private message, please. After you're reservation is made, you have two days to finish the character sheet or at least send a WIP my way. But, you must have something submitted to me within two days. If you're too busy to make a CS, then you're too busy to post. And, you ARE allowed to compete for roles.

3. If you can't post for a while, please let me know! It'd be greatly appreciated. Activity is needed to keep any RP alive. Please don't let this die.

4. Yes, I have face claims, I noticed. Some people really despise them and I get that. I do but do not flood the OOC saying how much you dislike them. It's immature and rather uncalled for.

5. As for post length, no one liners. You must post at least 400-600 words minimum. Sorry, if that seems a lot but, then maybe you shouldn't join.

6. This roleplay is for mature people only. If you can't accept violence, swearing, drinking, sexual content, and such, then don't join.

7. I want to see interaction with everyone. Just because your character doesn't get along doesn't mean you have an excuse to not talk to someone. Make drama!

8. With number 7 said, make drama in character not OUT OF character. If you have a problem let me know.

9. No matter the power, you are not all powerful. We are have flaws and we all have weaknesses. No perfect characters because I will not accept them.

10. I know a couple, if not a few people who join and then disappear. I've been easy going about it before but, not anymore. Alrighty guys. I would really like to start the RP something this week and we have a lot of WIPs but, if you could have them done by like Thursday at the latest that would be great! ^.^ From now until then I will be doing a relationship thread once we get a few finished characters up so, just continue planning out relations and such.

I'm so excited to start. I can't wait to start writing with you guys. :)

Little addition regarding Matt Bomer, I'm gonna have him have been kinda a cruster loner type thing in high school, or someone who was bullied, so he started spending a lot of time working out and money on clothing and stuff, and I was thinking maybe he had like a neighbor he was in love with in high school/middle school, and now he's moved back to Denver this hotshot upstart and feels like the way to actually prove his success is to get with the neighbor person.
So if anyone, guy or girl, wants to maybe have been his neighbor (meaning grew up in Denver and was probably at least somewhat popular) please pm me

Can I reserve both Zoe Kravitz and Alfred Enoch? I'm considering the possibility of asking for a face claim change, particularly for Zoe to Kayla Phillips. It's just the matter of finding a gif of her that is the typical size gifs we put on title pages. If not, then I'm definitely keeping her.

As for relationships, if I don't wind up changing the aforementioned face claim, then my characters could be cousins or step-siblings. Hey there I was wondering if I could insert my own FC into this, if so I was wondering if a second gulf war veteran character would be to far out of left field? Have to deal with the VA and all that involves or something along those lines.

Honestly I need a good story based roleplay to vent a lot of personal frustration on and this role play seems to be a good fit. I'd be willing to submit a writing sample or what have you if needed.
