I enjoyed the embrace of my son and Atlas and when it ended and Atlas started to talk to Ajax, I felt my eyes lowered themselves in sadness but quietly looked up in surprised at Ajax's answer before I smiled softly and proudly. For one so young to look up to his parents to help others, comforted me in giving me a sense that perhaps, I did raise my son right so far. I watched Atlas and Ajax quietly and when Ajax held out his hand to Atlas, my eyes turned to Atlas and I smiled as they gripped forearms. Even though Atlas made this promise to Ajax, I wanted to make sure that this promise will not be broken. I looked back at Ajax and I kissed his forehead gently before I stood up. "Be good. And do not cause Sabrina any trouble. Pantheon will report everything to me when I get back so, be on your best behavior." I said with a wink before I tucked his braid behind his ear and cupped his cheek in my hand, looking into his eyes and smiling softly before I turned and walked out of the room. I closed my eyes and exhaled deeply. I could feel tears trying to cloud my eyes but I force them back and made my way to the kitchen. I gather the bag of food and supplies then I waited on Atlas. We were going to need to use the linking shrine. When Atlas caught up with me, I glared lightly into his eyes and my voice could be heard in his mind. I do not mind your broken promises to me but should you break any promise to our son, it would be hard for me to forgive you. If I fall in this life, you WILL fight to live, not for my sake, but for our son's sake. We both know what it is like to lose our mothers and not have a father. Let's not let our son experience what we had. I closed my eyes and I looked away from Atlas. "Let us begin our journey, once again." I said before I started making my way down the halls and towards the linking shrine.

I caught up with Aiyana before the linking shire, a large sack hung over my shoulder. My steps slowed for a second as her voice entered my mind and warned me about keeping my word. I wished my impassiveness had remained up but her words managed to penetrate some deep part of me, making my heart skip a beat. I forced myself to keep on walking and not look down at her, if I did I had no idea how I would react to her scolding, or ever worse, if I would react at all.

Besides the usual guards there was no one there to send us off, which I believe we were both thankful for. I wasted no time and pushed the runes on the floor, connecting to the desired shire and opening the portal. I looked back towards the steps and whispered a silent prayer and promise before taking a final deep breath and stepping into the portal.

Once we stepped through the portal, we appeared on a partly crumbled linking shrine and I looked around. "This is near Abook's territory." I looked ahead and I frowned lightly before I spoke. "Okay. Lead us to your body. No distractions and no games." Usha quickly came forth and she smirked lightly. "Hmph. Being quite bossy and demanding, are we?" She looked over at Atlas and she rolled her eyes at him. "I would much rather travel with better company. It makes the journey a little bit easier for me."

She turned and began walking away from Abook's territory and away from the mountain. The direction she was heading was towards an area that looked like a vast steppe as far as the eyes could see. Usha frowned lightly in dissatisfaction before she began walking. In an area like this, there was not a lot of cover and this made Usha feel uncomfortable and vulnerable. She looked up at the sky and she hissed softly through her teeth. The Corruption could probably see her right now. This was not her idea of stealth. She looked over at Tryndamiere and she frowned at him. "We need to travel at a faster pace and without being seen from the heavens. Once we reach the Unnamed Mire, we can continue on foot." She looked ahead. "The quicker, the better." Dark slime began to leak from under her foot and spread beneath them before slowly crawling up and engulfing them whole. Their bodies covered in slime sank into the ground and quickly disappeared. They traveled at an extremely fast pace, the world becoming nothing but a blur in their eyes and soon Usha stopped abruptly. The slime covered bodies emerged from the ground and the slime quickly fell from their bodies and returned to Usha's body. Usha studied the mire with a slight frown. The trees allowed enough light in for them to see and the ground was muddle with knee deep water. "We walk from this point on." She frowned in dissatisfaction as she waded into the water and began trudging through it. The sounds of curious critters and insects could be heard but Usha paid them no mind. After wading for over an hour, Usha stopped and she looked around with a slight frown. "There is suppose to be a gate here." She looked around again but there was nothing but trees and continuation of the swamp. Usha looked behind her, her eyes studying carefully then she looked in front of her and she smirked lightly. "Ah...the gate has changed to that of a mirror. It reflects its surroundings without reflecting physical bodies. Heh. Only a clever being would come up with something like this."

Usha stepped forward and she lifted her right hand up in front of her and spoke. "Lle ume quel, aratoamin. Men imya ram en' templa." With that, the whole swamp in front of them shimmered and soon a large partially ruined gate appeared before them. It was tall, taller than Usha in her monstrous goddess form and it was long from side to side, farther than the eyes could see. The design on the large gate was of an elegance that had been greatly worn down by what looked like the weather and fire. Usha smirked lightly and she looked at the large doors of the gate and saw on it, a smooth slab of rock. She approached the slab and she licked her hand, from the bottom of her palm all the up to her fingertips and she swiped her hands up and down the slab then stepped back. After a few seconds, ancient writings that had some eleven accents began to shine in gold and Usha read the words out loud in a strange tongue that was unfamiliar to everyone. When she finished, the gate opened, creaking loudly from the many years of disuse and she walked through with a slight smirk. Before them was a large partially ruined town and behind the town a large partially ruined elegant castle that looked somewhat strikingly similar to the castle of Elvandar. Usha walked forth and when she exhaled, black smoke escaped her lips. She was getting closer to her true body.

As they walked through the town, the town was eerily quiet with signs of fire and battle damage. Usha looked around curiously, her eyes studying everything and she noticed that the deeper they got, the more damage their was. I could not help to to let my curiosity take over. "What happened here?" Usha did not answer. We approached the castle and Usha frowned rather sadly. The front of the castle had been heavily damaged, the door and the whole entrance was in ruins. Usha walked forward and she looked around. Everything on the inside had been torn apart and weathered. She looked at the walls and saw elegant drawings carved into the walls. Drawing of the life of the city. The elves, the stars and moon, a few crowns and when she looked ahead there was a large door. We walked through and Usha looked ahead. The room was long and wide, ruined chairs and tables laid out on each side of the room and the ceiling was gone but at the every end of the room was two large thrones and a large elegant drawing of some sort of creature that I had never seen before but this drawing looked very life-like even from far away. Usha walked quietly towards the throne but stopped suddenly. "Clever." She mumbled and soon the sky began to blacken with millions of needles but as they came closer, they all began to fuse and create hundreds of needles the size of a grown man. Usha waved her hand swiftly towards the needles and yelled out. "'Kshonna, wanya." The large needles were quickly thrown to the wall and they shattered into tiny pieces but Usha did not stopped, she swiftly ran towards Tryndamiere and she caught something in her hand merely an inch from Tryndamiere's neck. Usha opened her hand and saw a needle with a dark purple coating on it. Usha smirked lightly. "I see that even after all these centuries, your skills has not rusted one bit, Orthello." A old frail man stood up from behind one of the chairs, his head low and he walked slowly like one of great age would walk until he stood a few feet from Usha. He slowly knelt down, his bone cracking as he did and when he spoke, his voice was deep yet soft with age. "It has been a very long time, mother."

"As would I." Without Aiyana there I felt no reason to deny her to I allowed Tryndamiere to come forth and follow in my place.

We spoke little as we traversed the land, but I'd rather walk that stay as that smiley substance. I have no idea how she stands doing it, however with the Titans blood still of questionable ability I had little choice. When we finally reached the mire and she revealed the doorway a distant memory came to life. "I remember this place, never thought I'd see it. This should be fun." I could almost taste the sadness on her as she looked at the castle, though she would never admit it. This place had great significance to her and I was enjoying watching he emotions slip in this place.

I could hear the strange noise approaching us, though it was Usha that found it source first. The giant spikes falling from the sky at us, I curled a lip in annoyance as Usha stopped one of them puncturing my neck then spoke out a name. I was even more shocked and annoyed when someone replied and showed them self. I managed to hide my surprise well as the person called her mother but the feeling quickly vanished anyway. Without a word I stepped past this 'Orthello' and in my usual manor lounged onto one of the thrones. A leg sprawled over one of the arms as I rested my head against my fist. "Come get me when someone or something of interest happens."

Usha smiled lightly at Orthello but when Tryndamiere started walking towards the throne, Usha let out a soft hiss of warning but it seems that it was not heard. As soon as Tryndamiere made himself comfortable, Orthello spoke softly under his breath. "Oh dear.." In a blink of an eye, Usha was standing before Tryndamiere and a tendril quickly slither up to his chest and wrapped itself tightly around his throat. "YOUR BLOOD IS NOT WORTHY TO SIT UPON THESE THRONES!!!" She snarled out with rage as she launched Tryndamiere off the throne and across the room, letting his body hit and slide across the stone floor. Usha hissed once more at Tryndamiere, black smoke escaping her lips before she looked back at the throne with a sadness in her eyes.

Orthello stood up slowly and he lifted his head, revealing his old and weathered face and when he opened his eyes, they were gold. Not a shiny gold but a light weathered gold. He glanced over at Tryndamiere then over at Usha. "It seems that your still as quick-tempered as ever mother. Even to-" He stopped when Usha casted a warning glare at him. Orthello lowered his head. "Forgive me, mother." He looked back up at Usha and saw that she had returned her gaze to the thrones. "You still can't feel it, can you? I am sure you were aware of it when you lived in your hosts but you still can't feel it. Sympathy nor empathy." He lowered his head again, casting his eyes downward. "But I suppose that as your champion and having been embodied with your patience, empathy and sympathy, you do not feel those things anymore." Usha looked down lightly in frustration, anger and shame. Soon my voice rang out. "Why?" Orthello lifted his head. "Because I was the first champion created. Usha, my mother, created me and a champion is only limited to 2 embodiment of their god but at the time, no one knew what the limit was and mother decided to test the limit, giving me 3. The side effects were almost immediate. Everything that my mother gave to me, she lost." He looked back at Usha.

After a pause, Usha finally spoke. "Is my True Body, here?" Orthello nod his head. "Myself and Kota has done well in guarding your True Body. It still resides here." Usha blinked lightly. "Kota? He's still here?" Orthello nod his head lightly. "He is either hunting or playing hide-and-seek, right now. I suggest we get you to your true body before he decides to become social." He bowed his head lightly to Usha and he started making his way through the hallways of what was once a grand castle. Usha looked over at Tryndamiere with a slight glare. "Follow. And don't touch anything." She turned and followed after Orthello. He let them out to what would be a courtyard but instead it was nothing but crumbled stones that had been covered by the earth and mother nature and not too far away, a partially ruined linking shrine. Orthello spoke again. "Here it is. Thank goodness you are not restricted by the handband or this would have been very difficult for you mother." Usha let out a soft smirk and she exhaled deeply, letting a much bigger black cloud escape her lips. "Ah...it has been too long." She walked to the center of the courtyard and she closed her eyes, concentrating deeply while chanting some unfamiliar elvish words. Soon specks of black dust and ashes began to slowly lift up off the ground and slowly spin around Usha. A bead of sweat could be seen on Usha's face as her level on concentration became stronger and soon her lips stop moving but the chanting still continued. More and more dust and ashes continue to rise and spin even faster and when every speck of dust and ash was off the ground and rotating around Usha, Usha's eyes widen and she yelled out. "Return to me!" The large cloud of dust and ashes rose up and in a rough and violent motion crashed into my body. Usha's eyes widen and all of our screams of pain could be heard, mines, the essences and Usha's scream as the dust and ash covered our whole body and fused, until it became a thick slime.

There was no movement. No breath. Not even a twitch and soon the sound of a muffled roar started to ring out as the slime started to pull away from the body. The muffled roar grew louder and louder until finally the slime pulled away. The slime dripped from the two bodies and revealed myself and Usha. We both fell to our knees, sweat dripping from our faces as we panted and gasped heavily for air. We both looked up at each other at the same time and I spoke through pants. "Your got your body back. Now what?" Usha stood up and she rolled her shoulders and neck, feeling and hearing the cracking of bones. She looked at her hands and she smirked lightly. "Now, we move on to the next step." She looked over at Tryndamiere. "Tryndamiere, dear. Would you like your body as well?" My eyes widen in surprise. "What?!"

Tryndamiere gave no reaction to been thrown across the room, his eyes remaining oddly dead. It remained the same though all that happened next, all the information they revealed about Usha, the ritual to return Usha to her true body. It was not until she offered him a body that he gave any reaction, stepping forward from the wall he had been lent against and slowly moving to her then taking a couple of steps further behind her. "Perhaps." His body dissipated in an instant, a hand materializing behind her head and slamming her down to the ground, pinning it down as the rest of his body returned to normal as well, all but his eyes that had finally come to a fiery life. "You do NOT command me." His hand clenched harder and ground her head against the floor. His voice an eerie clam holding back murderous rage. "You do NOT control me. He gave a another sharp twist of her head before standing back up straight and stepping forward and presenting his back to her. "This place?" He turned his head and spat on the ground. "Means less then shit to me."

My voice rang out in his head, 'What the fuck are you doing?! We could be free of each other! You could have your own body forever! Why would you ruin that?!' A smirk crept onto his face as my cries and he whispered his reply. "It's what I do."

My eyes widen at Tryndamiere and I moved over to Orthello, who seemed to be unfazed by everything until I moved closer to him. He looked at me and he smiled lightly. "Ah, you look so much like her. You must be the daughter of Aya then. The last of the royal blood of N'hrive." My eyes widen in surprise. "Y-You know my mother? You know of N'hrive?!" Orthello chuckled softly. "Of course, I know you don't see it but this.." He raised his arms lightly. "..this is N'hrive. This is the first elven city created and it was all created by the hands of my mother." I looked at him in surprise. "Usha? Created this city?" Orthello nod his head. "Yes, of course that was before she created me. Now as for your mother and you, well..." He blinked. "The headband? Where is it?" I brushed my hand through my hair. "Oh, Hector has it, I believe." Orthello blinked. "Ah..that perverted old elf is still alive, huh?" I chuckled softly. "You know him too, huh?" Orthello smiled softly. "I know almost every elf alive right now but let me tell you this...you and Usha share the same blood, that is why you and your mother are of royalty here in N'hrive and the only ones that can wear the head band that bounds my mother. My mother also created a gift specifically to protect the royal blood. His name is Kota." "Who is Kota? I asked. Orthello pointed behind me. "That is Kota. Loyal to a fault and at the age of four hundred and fifty-two, he's still a pup."

Image

I looked back at Kota and my eyes widen in shock and awe. He was the creature that I saw on the wall behind the throne. I thought it was just a drawing but he is a real creature. He shrinked himself to a size of a puppy and jumped into my arms, licking my cheek happily. I turned and looked back at Orthello in awe. "You have all the answers that I have been searching for my whole life."

Usha's body turned into slime when he stood up then her body materialized from the slime and she looked at Tryndamiere with a disappointing frown. "Is that so? Fine then. I suppose I'll just let you stay trapped within the body of your stubborn host." Usha let out a soft snort before she snapped her fingers. "Well, I got what I was looking for. Now, I need to head back." Usha's voice turned slightly dark. "I need to have a word with Sehanine." She walked over to the linking shrine and she pushed the runes on the floor and the portal opened. "Let's go. The more time we waste here, the more useless our journey becomes. Orthello, I will need you very soon so come with me." Orthello bowed his head respectfully. "Yes mother."

Once everyone made it through the portal, we all reappeared back at Sabrina's castle and Usha smirked darkly. "Ah, you have been awaiting my arrival and of course you have Tempos by your side, like always. Hehehe..." Usha stormed straight into the grand hall with us following. I could tell that all of us were curious to hear what Usha had to say. Soon we entered the grand hall and standing before us near the throne was Sabrina, Hector, Ujarak, Sehanine and Tempos. Usha smirked darkly. "Now that we are all here. How about we set the record and stories straight, hm sister?" Usha's eyes glared at Sehanine, who was looking down at the floor, her expression emotionless. Usha smirked darkly. "Who would have thought that my own sister would blackmail me, twist the mind of all the gods and even Tempos to strike her sister down from the heavens, all so that she could rule over the heavens herself. Of course with me out of the way, you had time to prepare for the God's tournament and in that time, you created your last champion, the muted Pain and Sorrow and forced her into my host because you knew that if my host died, I would come forth. And you damn bitch, forced my host to fight knowing that the hosts were in love with each other and that Tryndamiere's host would sacrifice himself for my host to live! So, Sehanine, you won. You rule the heavens but while you ruled, you neglected the balance of light and dark. We were born together to keep balance in the world and when one side is overpowered...well...then the balance in disrupted and something must be compensated." Sehanine remained quiet, not saying a word but her emotion did change from being emotionless to pure sadness. "I am sor-" "Shut it! Your not sorry! You selfish bitch! Your not sorry!" She hissed darkly as the slime covered the floors and walls and dimmed the lights so much that it felt like if you breathed too hard, the lights would disappear. Usha's black eyes stared at Sehanine. "I should kill you right where you stand, you pathetic, selfish bitch but damn it, even I can't kill me own sister for if I did, then the balance of this world would surely fall." She hissed angrily and the slime started to slowly fall away from the walls, letting the light return. "Oh how the great and beloved Sehanine has fallen from the heavens. Her broken promises and lies have caught up with her. Hehe.. Such a fitting punishment, if you ask me." Usha said with a dark smirk.

A slight twitch pulled at the corner of Tryndamieres eye as Usha spoke and eventually led them all back to Rizal. A small twinge or twitch plaguing him as the moved into the throne room. The whole room grew silent as mysteries were revealed as the sisters argued over morals of both their actions. Tempos standing silent beside Sehanine but slowly took a step away and faced her, his face still impassive but a slight horror in his eyes. "How much of this is true?" He began to pace back and forth slowly. "How much shame and dishonor have you bought on us?! If even a word of this is true it is no wonder that the mortals stopped believing in us!"

Another twitch struck Tryndamiere causing him to take a step back "What the fuck is goi..." An invisible shimmer silhouetted and escaped him then suddenly his stomach caved in as if struck by a great force, sending him flying backwards through the room till his back slammed against the wall. Before he could move he was stuck by this invisible force again, his head jerking violently upwards. It looked like he was picked up by the wind as he was tossed up high into the upper viewing platforms, wooden benches and tables that were up their shattered to splinters as he was tossed through them and struck by them. By the time anyone reached the upper platforms he was floating over the platforms edge, a long drop to the ground below. His legs flailing weakly and his hands slowly yet desperately clawing at his neck. When the others moved closer it became clear. His neck was indented with fingers, being chocked and held up by his throat. As the others came closer a low snarling growl was heard infront of him and for an instant a ghostly Atlas was standing before him. Rage was the only thing he showed, much like the old times when all he knew was rage. Eventually the snarls turned into words and we more spat out than spoken.

"You fucking DARE!" The hand around his throat tightened. "I could have finally been free of you. I could have had my life back. I could have spent what was left of my days with my wife and son, BUT YOU!" Again the grip around his throat tightened and his legs stopped flailing and his arms stopped clawing.

Sehanine did not dare to lift her head to look at Tempos. She closed her eyes and whispered softly. "Forgive me, Tempos." Was all that she could think to say before they were interrupted. She lifted her head to watch the fight between Atlas and Tryndamiere, while this may have distracted most people, she knew that it would be no use running or try to continue hiding her secrets any more.

Usha rolled her eyes lightly as Atlas attacked Tryndamiere and I looked on in shock. Usha turned her head to look over at Atlas and she glared at him lightly. "You fool. Even if Tryndamiere accepted my offer, I can not separate him from you and put him into another body. I do not have that kind of power to create a body for him. Only the one that holds the power to create living things and grant life can do that and the one that can do that is..." Usha looked over at Sehanine, their eyes locked. "..this selfish, manipulative bitch right here!" Sehanine's eyes locked into Usha's. "Is that another reason why you cannot kill me sister? Because you do not have the power to separate your mortal pawn-" Usha hissed angrily. "He was my pawn at one point yes, but don't think that because you have the ability to do something that I can't, you can suddenly act all high and mighty! Its your fault that we are even in this situation with The Corruption so I suggest you stand down." Usha snarled softly before a smirk tugged at the corner of her lips. "Look around you, sister. You are in the mortal world now and I can feel your powers growing weaker..." Usha relaxed lightly. "...you are no longer in any position to think yourself as an advantage in any situation right now." Sehanine frowned lightly then she lowered her head in defeat. "I am afraid that you are right, sister."

The ghostly form of Atlas shimmered as its head turned to Usha and snarled deeply but remained quiet as she lectured Sehanine. When her head dropped Tryndamieres slammed into the ground before Usha and the ghostly Atlas stood before her. "And you are as fucking useless as the rest." His eyes took on an almost red glow, it seemed the Titans blood was not entirely bound to the body. "All of you! He shouted as he scanned over the three gods present. "Worthless fucking relics of the past that serve none but themselves. You control no ones fate any more." His eyes caught Aiyanas and they dimmed slightly, losing some of their fury and replacing it with a mixture of sadness and envy before looking back at the others. "For her sake, for the one I love who still has faith in you somehow I will give you two days. Two days to find a solution or I will take matters into my own hands once again."

The visage slowly disappeared from sight and Tryndamiere began to wake up, slowly rising to his feet and rubbing at his neck. A look of confusion and anger contorted his face. "The bastard..." His free hand moved to his chest over his heart. "He's fucking serious.... Its almost like he has his hand around it, threatening to make it burst with every beat......" A small smile crept onto his lips. "...Bastard."

Usha glared at Atlas but my eyes looked at him with sadness and worry. His actions confirmed it for me. He truly wanted to be free and be a family with me and Ajax and he would do anything he can to make it so and I wanted to help him. I wanted to make our dream come true. I looked at Usha, Sehanine, Tempos and Tryndamiere and I put down Kota before I took a few steps and glare at them, my eyes had a sparkle of determination before I spoke. "Well, I guess there is no time to waste. Let us put our heads together and come up with a plan on how to defeat the corruption and.." I looked over at Sehanine and Usha. "..create a body for Tryndamiere. If I remember correctly, Usha said that having the essence and such in one body left us unable to defeat The Corruption but separatly, we may stand a better chance, right?" I asked, looking at Usha. Usha let out a soft scoff. "Yes. Being within the host's body limits our strength and powers." She looked over at Sehanine then at Tempos. "Your son is a pain in the ass and I give no shit about him but he will be useful in fighting against The Corruption. She looked at Sehanine. I hope you still have enough strength left to create a body." Sehanine looked down at her hand, opening her palms lightly then she closed it and looked back up at Usha. "I will do what I can." Usha glared at Sehanine. "Good." She said simply before she looked away, glaring lightly over at Sabrina but when her eyes landed over on Hector, a slight smirk tugged at the corner of her lips. I looked over at Tryndamiere then I quickly looked away and I walked out of the room as well. I suddenly felt lost. Now what was I suppose to do? How could I prepare myself to face The Corruption? How am I going to explain to Ajax about the danger that is falling on this world and worst, his own parents? What would a good mother say to her son right now?

Sabrina had as always managed to keep her royal visage up and looked mostly impassive thought out the ordeal, despite the intense shock of all that had been revealed. She took a deep breath to regain her mental composure and match Ushas stare with her own before turning to Tempos. "I believe we have much to discuss." He looked at her and gave a silent nod, giving a final look of distaste as Sehanine and Usha and a more passive look at Aiyana and Tryndamiere before following Sabrina though the doors to the war room.

Tryndamiere stayed still for a moment, letting the immortality in his veins heal his internal wounds but still feeling the pressure around his heart. He gave a scowl of anger and defiance at the helplessness of his situation and vanished into the dark smog, escaping the castle and flying off to unknown grounds.

Suddenly a loud roar echoed down the halls and Zed came pouncing into the room, maybe sensing Atlas or just trouble. Either way he lept in front of Aiyana growling lowly for a moment until he realized the threat had passed. Turning to face Aiyana he noticed Kota, lowering himself and sniffing him, smelling the all too familiar taint of Usha heavily upon Kota, Zed crouched lower and growled, baring his teeth at Kota, ready to attack.

As everyone left one by one, Hector turned to leave with Ujarak but was stopped when Orthello and Usha blocked their path. Hector and Ujarak looked at Orthello in surprise as if they had seen a ghost. Orthello spoke lightly. "May I see your hand, Hector." Hector nod his head slowly and he unwrapped his hand, still looking at Orthello in shock while Ujarak kept an eye on Usha. Once his hand was completely free, Orthello grabbed his wrist and he studied the seared writings on his hand. "When the time comes to free, all things must return to origin." Usha grabbed Hector's wrist and she frowned lightly. "That's all?" She looked at Hector and noticed the beads of sweat on his face. "You have been caring the pain along with the message that I seeked. As a reward, I will free you of this pain." The black slime seeped from Usha's skin and covered Hector's hand. Hector hissed in pain as the slime began to hiss and steam could be seen coming from the slime before it returned back to Usha and Hector's hand was normal once more. Usha turned swiftly and she walked away. "What does that mean?" she mumbled as she walked away. Orthello looked at Ujarak and they stared at each other quietly, no words, physical or telepathic was exchanged before Orthello turned and followed after Usha.

Kota panted happily, his tongue hanging out of the side of his mouth when Zed approached and he seemed not to be bothered by Zed but when Zed crouched and showed his fangs at him, Kota stood up and he started to grow back to his normal size as as he did, his growl grew as well, growing deeper and louder.

So, could Sehanine really create a body for Tryndamiere. And can Atlas and I be useful enough to help take on The Corruption? And everything that Usha said about Sehanine, is all of it true? Did Sehanine really use everyone as pawns? Even Tempos? And how are we going to stratagize defeating The Corruption? What can we do differently? How will I be useful? A loud growl pulled me from my musing and I turned and saw Kota and Zed, sizing each other up. My eyes widen and I ran and stepped between them. "Stop! Stop! Zed, this is Kota. He is good. Please don't be mean to him. Kota, this is Zed. He is a very good friend. Please be nice." I exhaled sharply and let out a heavy sigh. Oh how I wish Atlas was here.

Zeds muscles had bunched tightly, making him seem much larger as he continued to growl and stare down Kota. Even when Zota grew to his normal size Zed never faltered, if anything becoming more fierce in his demeanor. When Aiyana stood between them he only backed off slightly at first then eventually stopped growling and circled round once more before letting out a low vicious hiss and sprinting from the room, immediately returning to Ajax.

Tryndamiere had traveled far and as yet had not resurfaced, simply traveling as fast and as far as he could with no real destination in mind. Meanwhile Sabrina and Tempos had met with Fenrir and Len in the war room and were in deep discussion about what they had in terms of force and the best way to use them. Sabrina told Tempos of the demon hunters from the other world that they hoped Atlas would recruit, but time was begging to run short and if they had any hope of finding aid it would need to come soon.

I put my hand on my head and I let out a deep sigh. Sadly, this journey will only continue to grow more difficult. Seeing my frustration, Kota lowered his head towards me and he pressed his muzzle against my face before he slowly shrink back to the size of a dog. I walked out of the room and in Zed's direction in search of my son with Kota following behind me. As I walked, I let my mind drift back to everything that has happened and all the emotions that I have been through. I frowned sadly as I realize that I still hold on to hope for the gods, for the world, for the people...for us. I felt tears began to form at the corner of my eyes and I quickly closed my eyes and looked away, trying to regain control of my emotions. Why can we not live the life we have imagined in peace?

When Tryndamiere finally came to a stop he had travelled from Rizal to the mountains and back again before stopping in the center of the arena at dusk. He began pacing back and forth snarling and growling loudly to himself, anger and frustration seething at the helplessness of his situation until he stopped dead center and went quiet. His mind racing for a second before a dark smile crept onto his lips and the lowest chuckle left him and he whispered quietly. "I'm coming for you." A thicker than usual dark smog seeped out of every pore, slowly but surely enveloping him entirely in its swirling mass. A moment after he was completely covered the smog shifted and solidified in the blink of an eye, becoming harder than the strongest metal and blacker than the night sky.

When Aiyana finally arrived back at her room where Ajax was waiting Zed remained cautious of Kota, never letting Ajax been alone with him and constantly keeping his guard up.

Sabrina talked with Tempos, Fenrir and Len for long hours before finally deciding that they had little choice. That they would have to risk exposing the demon hunters to Tryndamiere to gain their support. Atlas is the only one that can reason with them and convince them to come fight for us. By morning Sabrina stood with Tempos in the war room, waiting for everyone to arrive with the summons they had just sent out.

Upon arriving at my room, I was greeted by an excited Ajax, who ran over and hugged me. I returned his hug and smiled lightly. "Have you been good while I was away?" He nod his head excitedly then he looked around. "Where is father?" I blinked lightly and I let out a soft sigh. "Your father is..busy right now. Don't worry." I placed a hand on his head and I removed my boy and sling full of arrows before I sat down and pulled Ajax into my lap. I stroked his head gently as I told him stories of mythical folklore and jokes, tickling him every once in a while as I did. I always enjoyed seeing his smile and listening to his laughter. When nightfall came, I tucked Ajax to sleep in bed but I, myself was not able to bring myself to sleep. Instead I stayed away, watching Ajax sleep and stroking his head whenever I felt that he needed comfort. Oh Ajax, my Ajax.

When morning arrived, I stroked Ajax's head once more and signaled Zed and Seb to watch over Ajax while I was away. I walked out of my room and I headed towards the war room with Pantheon and Kota following me. After all that has happened, I was sure than this summon would hold words of what our next steps would be. When I arrived at the war room, I saw that Usha, Sehanine, Hector, Orthello and Ujarak were already there. I took a seat and I listened quietly.

Once Fenrir, Len and a few other senior commanders arrived Sabrina spoke up. "This will not be a lengthy talk but one of importance regardless, and have done and will continue to do all we can for everyone still in need of help. We will continue to fortify out position and do what we must to strengthen every aspect of our defenses as much as our offence. Tempos himself has begun selecting people he sees with potential to receive specialized combat training to create an elite group that will serve as the backbone of our command structure." Tempos nodded his head but remained silent, refusing to meet Sehanines eyes. Sabrina having told the commanders of the new unit under Tempos dismissed them after making sure they understood that Tempos was allowed his choice of people from any regiment. Once they had cleared out Sabrina continued. "As most of you are aware, we have powerful allies on another world that we must call on, and that Atlas is currently the only one they will listen to. Ideally we would not have to take the risk of exposing potential allies to the volatile and unpredictable Tryndamiere. However time is short and we have no other options but to take that risk." She looked around the room at everyone, giving Aiyana a slightly somber look. "Tempos, Usha, myself and Atlas shall go to our potential allies to seek aid. The rest of you shall remain here to work together and continue preparations." She let her words sink in for a moment. "That is all, you are dismissed." She then sat down as everyone began to filter out, knowing that either Usha, Aiyana or both would have issue with the leaving party.

I listened to Sabrina lightly, my eyes drifting from Usha, to Tempos then to Sehanine before falling back on Sabrina. When Sabrina finished, my eyes widen slightly in surprise. W-What? Did she forget about me? I wanted to believe that she did but I knew she didn't. She looked at me when she spoke their names. My hands started to slowly ball into a fist but stopped when Usha suddenly appeared in front of me, looking away from me as she did. "I never thought I would have to be the voice of reason for you." She said, rather calmly but with a stern tone then she paused while I lowered my head before she spoke again. "Orthello and another elf that I assigned is going to help you with your training. When we return, I expect your skills and ability to be beyond the mortal level. Is that clear?" My body slumped slightly in defeat before Usha, not answering right away which caused Usha to repeat her question. "Do I make myself clear?" My head lifted up slightly but only enough for Usha to see the raw determination in my eyes. "Perfectly." I said with a slight hiss. Usha smirked widely before she disappeared before me and reappeared beside Sehanine, facing the opposite direction from everyone else. She turned her head and looked at Sehanine and Sehanine did the same. Side by side, they both looked strikingly alike but you could see the vast difference between them as well. Sehanine gave a slight nod of understanding and Usha turned and moved to stand near Tempos.

I stood up, the raw determination still strong in my eyes as I walked out of the war room. My posture had change and a strong, determined aura surrounded me. Orthello caught Usha's eyes and he followed after me calmly. Hector looked over at Sabrina and he bowed his head respectfully and wished her a safe trip before he and Ujarak walked out of the war room.

Sabrina let out a slight breath of relief as she saw determination renter Aiyana and her leave the chamber. She took another deep breath to prepare herself, despite everything, being in the presence of gods albeit former gods was unusual to say the least. "Let us retrieve Atlas and be on our way." With the three of them and a small escort of guards they made their way to the arena to see the strange black obelisk like structure that had formed around Atlas. Sabrina feigned surprise at the sight of it "Oh my..." She stepped up to it and gentle placed a hand on its cold smooth surface. "It seems Tryndamiere thought he would be safer inside his mind." She chuckled under her breath. "Silly child." Without any incantation or sound of any kind her hand drove into the solid mass up to she shoulder, and in a single swift movement wretched Atlas from it. The structure instantly crumbled to dust when Atlas's body left it. It was Tryndamiere that stood up, looking slight weary and tired yet still looked ready to protest and argue but Sabrina spoke first. "I have neither the time nor the patience to suffer your indignities infant, I wish to speak to Atlas."

Tryndamiere gave a low scowling snarl at Sabrina but was very secretly glad to get to sleep again. He retreated back essentially forcing Atlas back to control.

Heavy bags of ache, weariness and sadness hanged low under my eyes, a deep tone of fatigue in my voice as I look at the odd group of familiar faces. "What is it? I have nothing left to give." It was true. After Tryndamiere ruined that opportunity to live separate lives I have felt defeat threatening to consume me, only my son and Aiyana to keep my mind remotely sane.

Sabrina stepped up to speak but Tempos lifted a hand to stop her and stepped forward himself. [b]"You have always spoken truth, even when it was unwise to do so. You spoke the truth about myself and the other gods. That this is our fault, that it is us that should deal with it. It is our fault that the world and its peoples suffer because of us." He swallowed hard, obviously making an effort to try and right the wrongs of the past. "So I will be honest with you now. We do not deserve to be here to offer our aid. We should have all died in the heavens fighting to our last breath, but I owe too much to die now and I will owe much more by the time this is all over. To that end we need your aid to call on your friends from another world." My head lifted slightly to look at him and I raised an eyebrow looking to Sabrina, who answered. "We need you to call on the Cutters of the Hollow." Both eyes widened slightly, but I remained silent for a while, thinking it through fully before speaking. "I assume it will be us four going to see them?" A nod from Tempos and Sabrina. "Very well, I will ask for their aid. But I will also tell them everything. I will tell them who you both are, what the enemy is and why it came to be." My eyes kept passing between Tempos and Usha. "I will not lead others into this war without them being fully prepared for what we face and willing to face." Tempos swallowed hard again, not fully liking the idea but knowing he had no choice. "As you say." I waited for a response from Usha before moving off.

Usha frowned lightly the whole time with her arms folded across her chest. She hated this. Gods, even fallen gods had to ask for help and from some Cutters of the Hollow, whatever kind of beings they are. Usha scowled lightly as Atlas spoke, clearing showing her dislike to the idea of seeking help from elsewhere. She wanted herself and Tryndamiere to be more than enough for The Corruption but like Tempos she knew that they had no choice but to seek help wherever they could find it, if they were to stand a chance against The Corruption. Usha glanced back towards the castle and secretly hoped deeply within her mind that when she returned, Aiyana would show improvement in her skills and abilities, after all, they were all starting to run out of time. She glanced over at Atlas, her eyes looking deep into his for a brief second before she looked away with a frown. "Let us be quick then."

I did not have the energy or inclination to enjoy Ushas disapproval, so I simply nodded and led the way towards the linking shrine. Every part of my wanted to stop and say something to Aiyana and Ajax, but I knew no words would come. Luckily I passed Fenrir and paused him for a moment, handing him my hammer in its miniature form. "Pass this to my son. Tell him I will reclaim it when I am fit to be his father." Fenrir nodded and spoke quietly/ "And for Aiyana?" My fingers traced round the obsidian ring on my finger making me smile slight at the thought of her. "I will claim my wife when I am a better man." I patted his shoulder and carried onwards directly to the shrine.

Once at the shrine I stepped onto its main platform and gripped the outer edges of the frame and with a grunt and a heave rotated it. Runes around its perimeter that originally looked static and part of the permanent design moved with me until it stopped in a completely new position. The touch runes at the center had changed as well, offering up a completely new series of possible combinations. It took a moment to remember the correct combination but soon enough the shrine sprung to life in familiar fashion. I took a couple of steps back and rested a hand on the hilt of one of my greatswords. "If the sun is not high in the sky, ask no questions and do NOT attempt to fight what we will see. Stay close and move fast." Sabrina had changed in to more suitable clothing for the journey, leaving her usual regal dresses and clothes for more practical leathers and light cloth. A silent hope passed soundlessly over my lips that it was morning when we arrived and I stepped through the portal. Gripping my sword tight and closing my eyes even tighter until I felt solid earth beneath me again.

The sun was low in the sky, dangerously low. We had but a few minutes to to reach shelter. "MOVE!" I did not stop and turn to make sure they followed, I knew Sabrina would remain close regardless so I rushed forward. My footfalls rumbling the ground slightly as we sprinted through a dense thicket into a cramped forest. I knew we had to reach pastures or at the very least free ourselves from this wood before the shadows became too dark and the demons would brave the surface again.

Usha followed after everyone quietly, which was unusual regarding that she usually always had some sneered remarks but something told her that this journey would required her to be on her best behavior. She could have teased Atlas on his heavy footfalls, his urgency as soon as they stepped foot on the solid earth and a few other things but she could sense that there were creatures within this forest that would not be worth dealing with at this time. She sprinted quickly after Atlas, only glancing at Tempos and Sabrina to make sure that they were keeping up.

Orthello lead me into a small empty room and we sat down facing each other. Orthello's weathered gold eyes looked at me and he smiled lightly. "Relax your mind Aiyana. This is not training." I looked at Orthello with a questioning look on my face. "What are we doing here then? Are you going to tell me about the elves of N'hrive? Are you going to tell me about my mother?" I asked. Orthello shook his head. "Not now, no. I will share stories with you later when we are not pressed on time but for now, I must unlock the royal N'hrive blood within you." I blinked lightly in confusion. "Unlock?" I asked. Orthello nod his head. "Every young elf receives a blessing from the elder of its tribe when they are born. The blessing unlocks the elves abilities and skills to its peak and over time the elf trains and perfects their skill and ability. Your blood has not been unlocked so as an honorable elder of the elven clan of N'hrive, I, Orthello, champion of Usha will bless you. Please, relax your mind and body, Aiyana." I stared at Orthello before I slowly closed my eyes and I exhaled deeply and slowly. Orthello smiled lightly and he touched my forehead gently. "Aman tel' Seldarine." The touch was gentle but I almost felt an immediate change within my body. My eyes opened and I looked at my hands and saw no visible change but it felt like pins and needles where sticking into every part of my body, in every organ, in every muscle. I closed my hands in a fist and I pulled my arms close to me. "W-What is happening?" Orthello smiled lightly. "Do not worry. Your abilities and skills are being unlocked all the way down to the cellular level. The pain should be gone right about....now." I blinked lightly. Orthello was right. The feeling of pins and needles disappeared and I looked back at my hands. They did not look different and I certainly did not feel different. I looked at Orthello and I saw his small smile. "Now since that is done, let us began working on control."

I continued moving as fast as my legs would allow, dodging trees and feeling a small amount of relief as the trees began to thin out. However we had taken too long and the shadows had grown deep, loud creeks and rumbles sounded about us. Low growls and snarls in the air told me all I needed to know; they had arrived. "DO NOT STOP MOVING!" Out of the shadows a thick tree branch lashed out, clipping my arm and spinning me round, I managed to regain myself and keep moving but I could already feel warm blood trickle down my arm. The attacks became more and more frequent and vicious until we exited the woods completely, any that glanced back would finally see what was hunting us. The trees, or more specifically demons in the form of trees. We crested a ridge a short distance onwards and my hopes grew as the unmistakable sounds and lights of civilization could be seen a few miles ahead. Yet they would be a treacherous few miles. For our vantage point we got a good view of some of the dangers of this world but I had no time to tell of the dangers of each one, though most were obvious by their looks alone.

I kept the pace up as we moved directly towards the town, moving though farmland and pastures until we saw what must have been a patrol ahead. A group of about eight men and women, as we got closer and they spotted us the moved towards us. No hostility in their movements and as we stopped before each other they looked more concerned than anything. "Creator! what in the core are you folks doing out here?! Kazz nearly took your head off...." He was cut off by one of the others in the group. "Wait. I recognize you." He said moving closer and squinting in the dark before his eyes widened in recognition and he let out a loud laugh. Slapping his hand on my back. "ATLAS! You great fucking fool, what are you doing here?! You know better than the move at night." A gave a small smile but before I could speak the first man spoke again. "You know these people Den?" "Ofcourse! And so should you, you corespawned idiot! This here is Arlens Ajinpal!" They all looked showed at that, some whispering the word 'Deliverer.... "Come come, we will escort you back to town, should be safe but you never know eh?"

It did not take long to reach the town but it had changed drastically from what I remembered. It used to be a small hamlet of a couple hundred people at most, a logging town of lumberjacks but in the years past it had grown and thrived to unimaginable heights. If it continued to grow at the pace it had it would rival Rizal in size within a couple of years. As of now it must house a few thousand people if not more!

As we entered it was immediately obvious things were greatly different from our own world. For instance there were no walls in sight, no guard towers or any real defenses that could be seen. The building all looked new and freshly created as did the walkways. There were nor torches or candles around but light just seemed to emanate from the air, there was no night chill only a warm presences. People moved around and traded like it was midday. In this light another strangeness was clear to see, everyone had tattoos covering at minimum their hands, some spread up their arms and even some on their faces. A trend that seemed to follow was that the more tattoos and marks people had the bigger and stronger they looked. Den spoke up as we moved into the city. "Welcome back to Cutters Hollow, sad to say Mr Bales aint here, but you know him. He comes n goes as he pleases. Though I've no doubt Mrs Paper and Rojer would love to see you again. Come I'll take you to her cottage!"

Usha ran swiftly, dodging the lashing tree branches as she did. She was surprised to see tree branches not only just coming to life but attacking those nearby. Where in the world were they? Where has Atlas taken them? Once she made it out of the woods, she glanced back and a soft hiss left her lips before she continued on after everyone. Once within the city, Usha hiss softly at the bright light before her eyes adjusted to her surroundings and she followed after everyone, looking around quietly as she did.
