Name: Moloch Julio Markus
Title/or Moniker: King of Drake, the Dragon King
Gender Male
Age: 24
Species: Dragon-Blooded Human
Class/Occupation: King
Description
Moloch is handsome in the tall and dark sort of way and he well knows it. At 6"1, he cuts an imposing figure with well-honed muscles and ash-colored hair neatly trimmed for convenience's sake along with small goatee. His body is scarred and well-muscled, signs that he knows battle like an old friend It is his eyes that serve as his most striking feature, however. Normally, they are crystal blue, clouded as though he is always in deep thought, but in times of extreme of emotion, they shine like gold. People whisper that this is the result of the Markus Dynasty's dragon blood, a legendary claim put forth by the dynasty since Drake City was built. Moloch, of course, encourages these rumors to gain himself and his family more power and prestige.

Personality:.
Growing up royalty undoubtedly leaves a mark on someone, particularly when one grows up as an heir apparent where much is expected from said heir. Moloch believes that he is given the right to rule by the gods and the blood that runs in his veins. Thus, it is not surprising that Moloch often comes off as domineering and stubborn. However, due to his upbringing and culture, he is well-aware of the responsibility he bears to this people and his home. While he would always seek to better his own position and that of his people, he would never put his people at risk for the sake of personal power and glory.
When it comes to battle or politics, Moloch basically acts like a dragon. He enjoys the thrill of conflict off and on the battlefield as well as the satisfying feeling he gets when a plan comes together. Not to mention he can be quite charming He protects what is his and while he is, at times, content to enjoy his hoard, he is never slothful for long. Unlike stereotypical dragons, however, he is quite generous to his friends and allies provided they do not betray him. He enjoys clever conversation whether it be political, philosophical, or just plain flirting. He often attends opera houses or gladiatorial tournaments where he well-known to sponsor actors, writers, and gladiators as well as grant boons on occasion.
Despite lacking the insatiable greed dragons are known for, Moloch does possess a short temper and a certain degree of pride, both of which can blind him or cause him to lash out at others when provoked. He has been known to kill and/or ruin enemies without hesitation and act rashly when he would normally act cautiously when overwhelmed by his emotions. Deep down, he is a good friend to have, albeit, a terrible enemy as well.

Land/Kingdom:
Drake City/Kingdom
History:.
Moloch was born to the King and Queen of Drake City and was groomed to succeed his father since day one. As such, he was taught that he would inherit the city and its surrounding lands one day and have the role of its caretaker, lord, master, and judge. From an early age, however, Moloch saw the ways the city's nobles eyed his family, like wolves waiting for the slightest sign of weakness. Foreign dignitaries too would eye the city and the throne enviously, causing Moloch to take to his studies with gusto. He learned how to run the city and read its people while simultaneously manipulating them. He also came to the conclusion that the King of Drake City would either expand his dominion or he would bow to another.
Four years ago, Moloch's father and mother were poisoned, part of a conspiracy involving a couple of nobles and agents from neighboring lands. Only he and his brother, Kallias, survived. Quickly, Moloch uncovered the truth and upon his coronation, as his family's guests drank the toast to his good health, the nobles responsible and the diplomats who encouraged them and paid them off fell dead from the very poison they used to murder his and Kallias' family. Inevitably, the diplomats' masters attacked and Moloch led his small, but well-armed and well-trained forces to victory, killing the enemy king himself and taking revenge for his parents. Eventually, however, Moloch was forced to cease his expansion into the neighboring kingdom out of fear he'd stretch himself too thin. Thus, he signed a peace treaty and began to incorporate the lands he conquered into his kingdom. In the years since, Moloch's reign has been a prosperous one with an increase of trade and wealth as well as an increase of rights for the commoners as powerful noble and merchant castes were checked.
