The Failed Tyrant

a character in “Dragon Ball Super: Heroes of Universe 6”, as played by Kanassa

Description

Name: Dashade
Age: 29
Gender: Male
Race: Arcosian
Appearance: Dashade and, in case he unlocks any of his other forms...

Strengths/Weaknesses: Dashade is not the strongest fighter by his own muscle mass when compared to bigger threats, but he makes up for this by using speed and momentum to deal damage to his opponents. This however doesn't meld with his personal preference to always have a strategy, making it easy for him tog et distracted in battle, or make himself so rigid that his agility suffers.

Signature moves:

Gravity Impact - With a mix of Ki and physical force, Dashade sends out a shock wave in front of him that can mostly act like a mini-shield.

Milky Cannon - A Ki Blast that is charged up and detonated at the users will, allowing Dashade to either use it as a quick offensive get away, or a hidden attack to catch his opponent from behind.

Burning Blood - Channling his Ki around him, Dashade is able to coat him self in his Ki for a limited time, where he is able to charge into his opponent and attempt to slam into them as much as possible before he runs dry.

Personality: Dashade is usually a calm, polite and collected individual. Carrying himself as an honourable fighter who tries not to do anything without a good reason (Even if sometimes he does completely go against this), as he wishes to restore the name of his clan away from it's foolish roots, he becomes panicked whenever he feels embarrassed. He'll try to use any word that sounds smart, even if he doesn't know what it means, to look better. Overall he values the attribute of loyalty, loyalty to his cause, his people and his blood.

Bio: Dashade is an Arcosian of an ashamed bloodline. He comes from a clan that is known as one of the weakest, as once they had attempted to assert their dominance over other Arcosians, they failed. Miserably. Now, Dashade is left to show that his clan is not defined by their foolish roots. Dashade is above average and continues to improve, but he's no where near the state where he can order around peers or lower races, nor can he force anyone to call him a lord for his ego's sake. He is simply a soldier. Whether his loyalties waver, only the future will decide. As of yet, he has not unlocked any further transformations then his original forum.

So begins...

Dashade stood in silence aboard the ship, the observation room allowing him a full view of the attack on Planet Melt, most of the Soldiers were still on the ship as well; waiting for the order to advance. This small slaughter was merely a message, a motivation, there was no need to release the full invasion force until the planet showed a more formidable resistance. So until the call came, he would stay still like a good little boy, and wait.

The mention of Frost's death still made the Arcosian tilt his head in confusion, he wondered how Heeta or any of the current Empire would know of Frost's demise. According to reports, Frost had travelled to a planet where only Gods had allowed him to walk. I thad been a great honour for their people for Frost to be allowed. "Though this is the same Empire that has done nothing but prosper, I shouldn't question my superiors. If they say Frost is dead, I shall accept it"

But this Heeta person, Dashade was unsure about. The only things he knew about the 'Emperor' were rumours. Maybe I'll finally get a chance to see him in action

"Spread the message? No doubt the Saiyins will be to happy to hear of this"

Hm There it was, the binary orchestra sounding from his scouter to notify him of the changed power level. In the distance one of the many soldier's power level spiked for a moment, only to crash down to stable level most used for when one was asleep. Dashade's eyes narrowed with suspicion, one eye staring out of the window while the other examined the low number. Such a level was odd when the troops were in the middle of an invasion, they should at least have their average power level in case they encounter resistance, a lower power level would suggest...

"Is one of our men having an early power nap, perhaps? Or has some of the resistance managed to put of a fight?" Scouts were still out gathering information about the surroundings, of buildings, covering positions and evidence of other threats on the planet. Dashade was almost tempted to go and see if one of his comrades were facing peril at the moment, but he was not allowed to leave the ship unless told so. Plus, the fact that the soldier still had a power level meant that the man was still alive. The Arcosian only sighed. "I hope the Commander doesn't have so much fun that he forgets he has reinforcements at his beck and call"

The ships erupted in activity as soon as the call came in, legions of soldiers falling in to rush off the ship and into the frey. Some annoyed that their short lived break was over, and other fired up and ready to be the first of the army to take the head of a Saiyin, Dashade followed the troops from more of a distance so he would be able to slightly hover off the ground. Sometimes he regretted his peoples natural feet, the few toed limbs were not made for a casual walk or run, they were made for a grip. It was especially uncomfortable with such a heavy tail dragging behind him. Now I realise why my kind grew so found of Hover Chairs

"It was only a matter of time before those monkeys to catch the scent of blood, but I never expected them to come so quickly. And iin so few numbers... There must be others" Saiyins were a well known force of might in the galaxy, if there was anything common sense would dictate in days like this it would be to never get in a Saiyins way unless you're prepared to fight. Such a prey made an astounding trophy for any fighter, though as the Arcosian raised his fingers to his scouter to talk on the Communication line, he reminded himself that none of this was for any type of sport. "We should send more troops to the surrounding areas, Sir. I find it unlikely that these two came alone"

Pikruel raised her hands up defensively. "Sorry, sorry. It's just that you... Well, never mind. I'm not worried. If all our enemies are as weak and this guy, we could take on their whole army. There's no need to kill them. Just beat them up bad enough that they run away and never come back."

The Meltian man stood up slowly. "Thank you so much for your help. I don't know what I would have done if they took my daughter away from me."

"You and your family should get out of here. There's no telling how many more of them will come now. I don't want you to get caught up in this."

"Caught up in this? But it's our planet. This is our fight."

"I understand what you mean, but you're in no condition to fight, and no offense but you'd just get in the way. We can't fight at full power and protect you at the same time."

"Let's worry about the one we know about first, Arcosian," Commander Holly replied in a somewhat condescending tone. "If more of these Saiyans turn up, we will deal with them too. Now, get down there and make sure this Saiyan is taken care of."

"Yes, Sir" Dashade almost saluted at the Commander's tone, before telling himself that his superior couldn't actually see him. Shaking his head, the Arcosian sped after his fellow soldiers, his scouter letting out various beeps as he tried to see if any other high power levels were near by. "Always helps to be cautious"

His eyes narrowed at the power level of the two saiyins in the distance, he estimated that that wasn't those two's limits and they were already over the average of the army. "Hm, this fight will not be easy"

The invaders were swarming around the two saiyans in moments, giving the the child Meltian just enough time to help her father to safety. Pikruel raised her fists up to a fighting position. "I'm ready."

One of the soldiers reported in. "There are two aliens here. One is blue, and one is a weird pink color. Which is the Saiyan?"

"I don't know what a Saiyan looks like!" Commander Holly replied. "If they're not natives, and they're not with us, then they're trouble. Exterminate them both."

The soldiers rushed it at once to fight. Pikruel blocked a punch and a kick, then kicked her attacker in between the legs, knocking him into the air. She punched a second enemy and back kicked another. When the first dropped back down, she punched him in the gut to knock him back up a little, then then back flipped and kicked him, sending him flying hard into a group of others.

This was the first time Dashade had encountered Saiyins other then the reputation that surrounded them, of their iron will and immense strength. Of the myths depicting their ape-like transformations. But even then he was surprised by these two already, up close he could clearly see that their reputation was not as much of an exaggeration as one would think, the fact that two were holding off an army was impressive already. Well, he wasn't sure both of them were Saiyins, the other woman was... blue. I remember one of the Soldiers mentioning little blue people in passing once... Smufs, was it? I assumed that was a children's tale...

However, there was barley any time to think as he closed in on the battlefield, the bodies of his comrades sailing through the air past him as both threats dispatched them with ease. Just rushing them was only leaving their troops open to attack, Dashade knew he had to strategize for success. Luckily the very loud blue one revealed her arrogance very easily as she sent out some sort of shock wave to thin the numbers, her guard was down, she wasn't expecting much of a fight. Dashade supposed he should of been disgusted that she so effortlessly and happily kills his men, but he probably would be the same if he was on the other side.

When she rushed in for the kill on another soldier, Dashade didn't hesitate to leap into the air and shot towards the woman. The quicker he ended this, the less casualties there would be. He hoped that her dropped guard would give him enough of an advantage to quickly finish her off, but he wouldn't get his hope up. Stretching out his feet, he aimed to grab a hold of the Saiyin's head with his feet and send her flying into the mountain a small distance away from the crux of the action.

A fist ramming through the man's chest and leavng him a cold dead corpse, so that Nion could pick up the scouter and spout a threatening monolouge to his commander. Well, that's what would of happened if her head hadn't suddenly been held captive by three long lizard-like toes that calmped down with a steel grip. "Arg! The hell!?"

Before she could register just what was going on or even evok an emotion over it, the female Saiyin was pulled up into the air and swung around for only a few moments, before the alien toes loosed their grip and sent her flying across the sky. Only pain flooded her body when it came into contact with the rocky surface of the mountain, her tough Saiyin skin breaking through the rock with no scars, her armor on the other hand didn't do so good.

"Well..." The words were coughed out with a cocky grin, dirt littered her body as well as rips in her armour, she didn't mind though. A clean Saiyin was a lazy one. Picking herself up from the small impact site, she glared daggers into the battleground. "A new challenger... And here I was thinking this was going to be boring"

The Arcosian narrowed his eyes at the currently flying body of his opponent, slightly regretting the unneeded destruction of the mountain after the Saiyin had sent his men flying in different directions. Dashade took a stand atop the crumbling surface of the mountain, standing opposite the woman recovering from the throw. Black pupils glared at the warrior. "Apologies for the rude interruption" He held out his hands where he formed two balls of crimson Ki that glistened in his palm.

"But those are my men you are intent on harming, something which I can not allow" While he knew he had left the other Saiyin to do what she wished against the army, from a distance he was able to tell the distance between the two's fights back before he had charged Nion. The blue one only saw the invaders as her enemies and reflected that with how she happily slaughtered them, but the other one's attack judging from placement and scouter readings were never intending to kill. It was a slim chance of truth, but even if he was proved false, Dashade at least accomplished lightening the load on his fellow soldiers. That was all he could do.

"Well, ain't I lucky" It was exciting when she first laid eyes on her opponent, out of all the creatures she exected to fight, an Arcosian was not one of them. Arcosians, she knew them well. Depending on what side of the galaxy you were on, they were either misunderstood little creatures or galactic tyrants. Tyrants were her view on things, she had always longed to kick one to the curve, but after Frst had risen to power they had given less reason for her to do so without reprocusions from her superiors. Some say that Frost was a shining example of why Arcosians aren't all bad, she would call those tellers fools. One shining apple from a long line of Tyrants? Frost wasn't a menevolent Emperor, no, he was just a ruler that realised publicly being a Tyrant wouldn't help him take everything over. At least to Nion. "A bloody Arcosian. You must be Heeta, well, I'm guessing here... I mean, all you Arcosians look the same to me. A lot of needless blood on your heads"

Looking over him didn't really impress her, but then again she had never actually seen any images of Arcosians that actually showed them to be physically intimidating. At his quires to her harming his men, she imply laughed. "What? Are you trying to tell me you care? That's a laugh" She got into a fighting stance, staring her enemy down. "You might of taken me by surprise, but you're nothign compared to me. Your power level is pitiful, even if above average"

I've never grown to dislike somone so quickly... I think I'll enjoy putting this monkey in her place. Dashade refrained from replying to the girl's comments when his scouter started receiving the reading of a new power level entering range, his head snapped to get a clearer reading, though keeping one eye peeled in case the Saiyin attempted to make use of the short distraction. "That power level... it's spiking, and all units are already here..."

He turned back to glare at the Saiyin, quickly moving his hands up to attempt to contact the Commander again, hoping that his opponent wouldn't cut him off. "Commander Holly, there seems to be another power level entering the battle. I do not have visual, but it is certainly not one of ours"

Nion too had noticed the in comming power level, when the bulk of the forces here were around the same in scale, a higher or lower one was easily noticable. BUt really, she didn't care if the person comming was friend or foe, strong or weak, what she did care about was the growing feeling that the Arcosian was ignoring HER. "Hey, jackass! I'M RIGHT OVER HERE!" To most her yelling would seem immature, but when he turned towards the power level, she took it as a sign of him underestimating her.

And it felt much worse when he started taking a god damn cal to his commander "STOP IGNORING ME!"

"See?" Pikruel said as she rapidly punched and kicked whatever enemies came close to her. "These guys aren't a problem."

When she got no response, she stopped and turned to look for her partner. She found her in the crowd just in time to see her thrown into a mountain. "Oh, no!"

Pikruel started to rush toward Nion, but troops quickly swarmed around her and latched onto her. She struggled to get free, but their collective grip made any kind of movement difficult. Then one of them made the mistake of accidentally cupping his hand around her boob, and Pikruel erupted into an explosion of energy, sending the men flying in all directions.

"Honestly," Pikruel said with her arms crossed and her face all red. "You people have no manners."

"No, Commander. You do not. I was merely keeping you updated" The Arcosian kept his eye on his increasingly angrier opponent, holding out the Ki blasts. "Now, you have my full attention" Without hesitation Dashade rushed forward, launching the Ki blasts at the Saiyin, one heading to collide with her front while the other aimed to circle around and wait behind her. When the front one got close enough for Dashade's liking his closed his open palm with a smirk. "MILKY CANNON!"

The first explosion of Ki from the ball manage to completly take the warrior by surprise, the sheer force colliding with her body and throwing her backwards and towards the other Ki 'mine'. But by now she had gathered her wits and came to her sense, her natural Saiyin instincts surging through her and helping her just launch herself over the 'mine, allowing it to go off on her terms. Th enext explosion gave her momentum to fly into the wall of the small crater she had made, instead of crashing through it though, she slamed her feet into it so that she could push herself off of it and into the air.

In the air she began to spin, gritting her teeth as a slight bit of motion sickness started to take place. The world around her spinned out of visability for her, all beside her target as she only got fast and faster. "WHIRLWIND!"

Dashade jumped back at he witnessed the woman avoid his second attack, not hesitating to fire a barrage of ki blasts at her as her feet slammed into the 'wall'. However with a yell of 'Whirlwind' she had become just agile enough to narrowly avoid the blasts, surprising the Arcosian as her body became a mid air drill, shooting towards him faster then he could blink.

Without a thought to get in his was the Arcosian doubled back away from the attack that still made good ground to catch up with him, he needed to stop it right in it's track, or wait for the spinning to dizzy his opponent. Digging his feet into the ground, he stood defiantly before her, moving his hands together before ripping them apart with a roar. "GRAVITY... IMPACT!"

With that battle cry, Dashade felt the Ki from quickly in front of him as the attack came close to hitting, he slammed his hands against the air with such ferocity that the Ki seemed to spark at it. A brief shock wave appearing before him.

The Ki blasts came swiftly and made for a hard time for her to avoid each of them, the smoke that would arise from them decimating the mountainside only served to increase the difficulty, but with enough sharp turns and determination she lessened any blows comming upon her. The only pain of the manuver was her out of control spinning and the Ki blasts that came to brush just past her skin, leaving a red tinge in it's wake.

Finally her whirlwind closed in on the creature that she hoped was Dashade (she really couldn't tell at the moment), ready to slam dead centre into his chest and knock him off balance. Unfortunatly for her the shock wave caused by the Arcosian stopped the impact of her attack, instead of her hitting Dashade she was pushed out of her spinning motions and flung up into the air with a large bruise under her white hair.

The counter attack was a surprise success on Dashade's part, he only expected the shock wave to knock her back a few pace or hold her off, not to actually send her sprawling above him. Aha, perfect! Quickly he slammed his feet into the ground to propel him up into the air, with the assist of his Ki he rocketed towards the airborne Saiyin and proceeded to slam his fist into the woman's stomach, hoping to leave her disorientated. After that he planned to grab a hold of her by her legs.

Damnit, damnit, DAMNIT! This was not supposed to happen! Getting launched up into the air by a simple counter attack was one thing, the attacker rushing upwards to ram his fist through her stomach was just down right degrading. But now he had managed to take a hold of her, his fingers diigging into her thighs while she attempted to regain her breath? Her pride wouldn't stand for this. "Nice try... Jackass-" She reeled back with a cough and a groan, the pain was getting to her, but she would endure. She had to.

Rasing her hands up to slam against his arm, she knew that she would be unable to unleash a Ki attack from this distance without hurting herself. So, she used her head. "But... I..." Abusing her flexability she brought up her upper half, her voice roaring s the whole battlefield would see her hopfully prevail. "...I don't swing that way" Not the worst one-liner I've come up with... With a roar she brought her head up to slam against the Arcosian.

From her perspective, it looked that the fight between her comrade and the Arcosian was not going in her friend's favor. Attempts to rush in to help would be futile, however, as swarms of enemies floated in her path to prevent her from moving very quickly. Then she had an idea. She released a ball of golden energy towards the enemies in her path, then closed her eyes and squeezed her hand to make the ball explode into a blinding light.

With her enemies stunned and unable to fight, Pikruel charged up her next attack. "Galick...Gun!"

The purple beam of energy cut a path through the swarm of invaders, allowing her to quickly approach the Arcosian with ease.

The hit to the stomach came as a shock for the Arcosian, knocking the wind outta him with a surprisingly strong forehead. "No! My gaspocket!" He reels back for a moment, but his grip on the Saiyin's legs still held firm. Wondering if maybe her headbutt would be stronger if she hadn't already been damaged so much.

When the cry of a Galick Gun reached his ears, he snapped his gaze accordingly to face the other Saiyin that now rushed towards him. Let's kill two birds with one stone Staring down the other Saiyin with out so much as a thought, Dashade swung around and launched Nion's body right at Pikruel. "Well, maybe you swing her way!"

"That was in...terrible...taste..." Ninon choked out as she felt her body launched yet again through the air, heading straight on a course to slam into her partner dead on. She felt her pride slowly stagger again against the transpiring events, the Lizard man's domination of her was completly humiliating, and now she was about to be used to take dwn her partner as well. It was unacceptable, all she could hope that Pikuel made for a soft landing, or she would be worrying about the condition of her head after this. "Damnit...Damit...DAMN....it..."

Taao had arrived well in time to hang back and witness the heated exchange between with an alien who was obviously the same species as Frost, only his armor was black. He didn't think there was anyone one this planet really strong enough to appose an invading force so he was surprised to find that the army already being pressed, shocked when he realized it was only two female warriors. They where both giving their all, one stood alone against the army of grunts while the other battled who appeared to be the commander in single combat! It was an incredible sight that gave him a much needed boost of hope and confidence, he was almost beginning to think that they wouldn't need his help at all, so he decided to wait for the right moment to make his move and until then he would wait and passively store as much Ki as possible without alerting the enemy.

Using the momentary distraction caused by the violent Ki wave to close in on the battle, in the next second after blasting down the brunt of the armies forces she broke off, charging directly at her comrade who'd just lost upper hand of her own fight. Charging straight at an fully aware enemy like that, bad move as she quickly learned when the black alien hurled the other woman directly at her. The resounding crunch of their bodies slamming into each other was enough to make him wince in pain. By the time they where in a tangled heap on the ground Taao had made it to ground under the cover of the boulder sized chunks broken from the mountain. From there he only had to cross 15 meters and unleash his surprise attack. Easy enough. However in his current state, without much time to prepare, he doubted seriously that he'd have enough power to kill the guy, however killing for him was a last resort.

"1...", " 2.." on the count of three lept over the boulder with a front-flip. In the time it took to reach the ground he'd gathered all the strength into his leg muscles that he could while at the same time focusing all the Ki he'd managed to gather in his right hand. The moment his balls of his feet hit the planets surface he rushed at the enemies back at break neck speed, crossing 10 of those meters in almost a blink of an eye, right arm outstretched with his fingers together, sharp nails forming forming a blade as sharp or sharper than any blade aimed to pierce the alien through the left shoulder. He did all this in the matter of seconds, and there was no battle cry to give away his position or angle of attack. This was his gamble.

"Now, with those two down I have a few seconds to spare. I must finish this before there are any more casualties" Dashade raised both of his hands together aiming down at the fallen warriors, briefly lamenting that these two could cause so much trouble. Was this the average power of the Saiyins? Could this Empire hope to stand up to the inevitable resistance they will all pose? These have to be rouges... Or else I only see more bloodshed in the future The Arcosian intended to finish the two off with a barrage of Ki attacks while they were vulnarable, and he almost came to doing it as well. Almost.

"Now, TO FINISH THI-" Before he could let loose the cry and finish off the two threats for good, he only just noticed the stretched out green arm moments before it's blade-like claws buried themselves in his shoulder. With a shreik of pain he let go of his Ki blasts, one flying off to the side and another falling to the ground, both resulting in unimportant explosions. "Damn, the third fighter! I had forgotten about him... He must be with the Saiyins"

A Namekian!?When the attack came, Dashade's head instinctively went to the source where he gaped at the single Namekian, his eyes drawn to the Ki blast charging in the alien's free hand. There was no time to plan, it was obvious what the next move would be. Thinking quickly, the Arcosian warrior grabbed a hold of the stretched arm with his other hand. Time to see how far this Namekian elastic limbs stretches

He charged up the Milky Cannon in one hand before dashing into the air, keeping his grip on the arm and hopfully pulling up the Namekian with him.

The Arcosian's tactic of throwing her own ally at her was unexpected. At the speed that Pikruel was moving, she didn't have much time to react. She took the full brunt of the attack, flying down together with Nion at a supersonic crash collision to the ground. At least, that's how it would appear. But when Nion would come into contact with Pikruel, she wouldn't feel any resistance from her body. A second later, Pikruel disappeared.

A few feet away from Dashade, she reappeared, firing a standard ki blast from her outstretched hand. If successful, she would continue rocketing up to Dashade and uppercut him in the face.

"How do you like that?" she said. "I call it the Fake-Out Mirage!"
