Quite reputably a very sane character. Though transgressions of his past still plague his mind to this day, a former and now current addict of prescription drugs. Though this vice is indulged in secret, to any other person a prized doctor known for his medical knowledge and treatment. A self-proclaimed atheist, who blames god for all his troubles. At times he is reckless’ and over courageous, trying to save patients who haven't a chance of recovery, Isaac could never take no for an answer. Confident in his abilities, though polite to an end, excepting various items in exchange for treatment of illnesses or wounds. Secluded in his past not much is known about this doctor. Yet, his outspoken and polite demeanor, a natural born leader, he tends to follow his own path rather than that laden by others.
Upon graduating medical school, he had dedicated his life to treatment, there he undertook the vigorous five years of residency. So long had it been since he had last seen home. His mothers face, her quite demeanor, her compassionate touch to life, warm home-cooked meals and good conversation. That’s when it all started, when he finally returned home. When the world changed as he knew it indefinitely. After graduating high school Isaac had chosen to join the military before deciding to become a doctor. He was enlisted in the army as a field medic, and had participated in the harsh unrelenting havoc of war. The chaos of war soon began to dement his mind like a plague. The atrocities he had witnessed and the life’s he had failed to save. He had dealt with his problems with the help of medication, to which he overly abused overtime. He was released from the military with a medical discharge the military seeing him in his current state unfit for military duty. At this point he collected himself, and after some months of counseling he was able to control his addiction. A step in the right direction as most would have seen it. Ironically deciding to go to medical school to become a doctor, to help others as himself, his mission, finally the center-point of his life or so he assumed. Upon graduating college and years of residency Isaac was finally ready to establish a practice. When life seemed at its greatest point was when life dealt him another swift blow. The chaos that evolved around him destroyed his family, destroyed his life once again. The last surviving member of his family, was his mother. Isaac turned to medication again having been a doctor he knew just where to look in the local hospital. In his anguish each pill he popped seemed to numb him down deep inside, he forgot about things momentarily it took the burden of tragedy from his life. Within the last moments of her life, his mother slowly dieing from an incurable disease, for which Isaac could not handle for the fact he was a doctor previously-- trained to cure illness. She told him one last thing, to always keep a strong faith in god, that he would see you through. With that she turned and soon-after Isaac had to bludgeoned her over and over with a nearby table lamp until she ceased to move. Irreverently his mind and soul were shattered, at this point in life he knew he was truly alone. The only thing he now had to hold on to were his mothers words and an undying hatred to the higher-being that allowed all this to happen, to lose the only one's he truly cared about in this world. It was just fate and him now he thought, moving on from place to place, till he had finally ran into the make-shift city everyone still alive referred to as "L-Town" where he had established himself as the local resident doctor at "L" Town Clinic. Where people simply referred to him as "Doc", he is widely known for accepting payment for treatment in the exchange of various goods.
