"Sectors F, G and H were plagued last night...this is not good..we have to act quickly..." said Leonard, as he paced back and forth, looking at the computer monitor which showed the affected areas.

Vexin sat back in the computer chair, spinning in circles until Leonard spoke, causing him to pause and look up. He raised an uninterested eyebrow. What did he care about all these other infected people? All he wanted was revenge. He didn't care who had to go down to get it. He squinted at the computer monitor. "Thank you, Captain Obvious," he paused a moment, putting his arms behind his head and focusing on blowing a stray hair out of his face. "Well, do you got a plan, capt'n?"

"I say we scout out sector F, with any luck we could find some clue as to who's behind this and send it to the lab..." said Leo as he looked at Vexin and thought about a correct course of action.

Vexin stood and cracked his back, waving Leonardo off as if his words bored him. And they sort of did. "Sure, why not, I've got nothing better to do," he agreed. He walked to the door of the room and opened it, standing aside to allow his 'co-worker' go through first. He preferred walking behind others so he could see where they were going and what they were doing and knew for sure they had nothing behind their backs. It was just a paranoia he had. "Onwards, to sector F!" he cheered, pointing a finger out in front of him as if doing so would blast him in the air and fly him there. Obviously, it didn't and he merely followed after Leonard with a cheeky grin.

Leo geared up, grabbing his rapier and his handgun and heading towards the Transporter Room. If there was anything that made missions a bit easier it was the transporter room. It was a great big black room, that was lit by monitors and technology lines that were all over the place. "Let's go" said Leo, as he set the coordinates to Sector F, and he and Vexin were transported there within a matter of seconds. When they got there, they were underground, and they had to climb up a ladder to reach their destination. "Its too quiet..." said Leo, as he walked cautiously, his hand on his rapier just in case.

Vexin took a careless step forward beyond Leo, looking around the area. He kicked a rock across the ground, watching as it skipping along noisily in the silence. "Yeah, so? There's no one here," he yawned. As ignorantly careless as he seemed on the outside, it was only half true. He was still on guard for an attack if there was one, he was just impatient. If there was an enemy here, then they should just come out of hiding and take what's coming to them besides hiding like a coward! Vexin was no coward--he would come right out in the open for an attack. Stupid? Maybe. But he could care less.
He continued around the area, rubble lying around the ground. He picked a piece up, blackened with char. "Looks like a fire," he noted, showing the rubble to Leonardo. "Like maybe some smart alleck was trying to cover up something important."

"Really? I wonder why...." he said with a chuckle as he walked into a building, looking around a bit before motioning Vexin to follow. "It seems not all is lost..." he said, as he reached a computer, and was able to boot it up. "It might take some time, so be on guard for an attack...we can't be too sure of anything here" said Leo as he began to hack the computer.

Meme woke up in a cold sweat. Lately he has been having very vivid, strange dreams---yet it seems with the passing days they are harder for him to remember. He arose from his bed looking around slowly. The halls were quiet, which was odd Leo and Vexin were usually speaking about things that Meme could barely understand."Oh no---mission today!" Meme's eyes widened quickly, as he whispered to himself softly."I've got to be the worst soldier ever!" He said feeling sorry for himself. He quickly put on his uniform, and washed his face. He ran out his room looking at a large screen where the missions were located at. He looked at each Teleportation Station. He saw the station they were suppose to be exploring today, then ran into the Teleportation Room, where he teleported himself to the station.
He arrived in a dark underground tunnel, which made him gasp, for he wasn't ready to walk into darkness. He rose his right hand beside his face, and a bright blue light formed within his cupped hand, luckily he had a device that appeared to be a rather long gray wrist band with a blue circle on it that was able to create artificial light---though the light wasn't as powerful as real light, it was strong enough for him to manipulate it. Meme looked around, and saw a ladder which he would have to climb, in order to meet the others."I hope there here." Meme said softly. His voice was very sweet and faint with a hint of raspy youthfulness. He climbed up the ladder, and was welcomed by the soft sun, which always comforted Meme.
Looking around, wherever he was the place was pretty much deserted. Meme had a strange feeling in his gut as though he was being watched."Guys!?" He screamed, he saw Vexin walk in after Leo in a building. He gave a quick smile before he ran after them."I'm so sorry for being late---it's just these strange dreams-" Meme said from behind them,"am I the only one who has a strange feeling here. This place gives me the creeps." Meme walked over beside Leo, looking at the screen of the computer, then sitting on the platform that held the computer keyboard, kicking his legs back and forth slowly.

"Only high ranking military units have access to those codes..." he said, as he heard a grunt, and took out his Ice Blade. "Uh-Oh...we have company..." he said as a group of infected headed their way

Vexin rolled his eyes as none other than Meme came strolling in, sputtering out some sort of excuse for being late. "Look what the cat dragged in," he snickered. "Way to go, kiddo." He continued looking around the near-empty place--or lack thereof, would be a better way of saying it. Most of it was charred as well as any documents that were once sprawled across the floor, now burned to ashes. He tutted to himself. Who would burn perfectly good informative documents? It would have certainly made his job easier. It was probably something about the Virus, he just knew it. Which probably meant there were infected around somewhere, waiting for a bunch of suckers like them to start snooping around.
Leonardo mumbled some nonsense about whatever he was working on on the computer before acknowledging a group of infected. Speak of the devil and he will come--at least, his minions will. He smiled and cracked his knuckles. "'Bout time, I was starting to get bored with you losers," he snickered, preparing for a fight.

"Now now Vexin, play nice with others." he said laughing as he charged at the infected humans, blade in hand, charging it with ice energy and slashing it at two of the infected humans. "These seem more aggressive than other regular ones...be careful guys"

Meme wasn't at all ready for the attack. An infected human came running toward him."Woah," Meme said softly as it tried to slash him with its clawed hands, but very carefully, Meme dodged the attack. The infected being tried again, yet missed again. With elegant acrobatics, Meme did a flip off of the table, and forced his hand out in front of him, sending out a blast of light blue energy towards the infected human which attacked him, sending it flying back a few feet in the air, causing it to fall threw an open window."Wow, all that training is finally starting to pay off." He said, he turned around to be greeted by another infected human, before it could attack Meme, he created a disc of blue energy blocking the enemy's attacks by holding his hand towards the foe, although the disc made out of light was quickly starting to break with each blow. Another infected human came charging towards Meme, although he made another disc causing this foe to stop before it could reach Meme. It begun to attack that disc as well."Um." Meme said softly, trying to concentrate, supplying the shields with as much focus he could.

Trey looked back at meme and send out three Ice darts from his blade which hit the two infected humans and then snapped his fingers, making the darts freeze the enemies completely "Don't hesitate to ask" he told meme, as he went back to fighting a group of Noir-infected humans, and motioned meme to smash the two frozen ones into shards.

"Thanks," Meme said trying not to blush, yet his light tan skin could resist turning a light pink in his cheeks. He appreciated the others a lot, he definitely wasn't as strong as them. He was mostly just support and a medic when they needed it. Trying to follow Leo's orders, he looked at the faces of the two infected humans---he couldn't help but to let his mind slip, thinking about who the people were before they were infected. He's never tried healing one, because he's never gotten close enough to even try. But if he did, would it even do anything? He shook his head from the though, and gave a small frown. His eyes begun to glow a bright yellowish color, and his hair moved even though there was no air to push it. He motioned his hands towards the two frozen foes, and two quick moving orbs headed straight towards them caused them to explode into pieces.

Vexin was off with a group of his own. He liked to get risky with these things, get his adrenaline running, have some fun with danger. He allowed them to surround him and close in--but he had to think fast because they were not the kind to stop and chat their enemy away. At a mere tap of his chest, he smiled confidently as they froze around him, Meme and Leo and the other infected still moving around freely. He strolled calmly around one, then shouted and kicked it to the ground, where it broke from time and slumped. He managed to do the same to two others, two left, when he gasped and clutched his chest--bad idea, very very bad idea. Vexin looked up, wincing some, as he realized he'd accidentally deactivated their frozen time state and the infected came at him. He managed to jump back before getting brutally attacked, grabbed one by its arm and swung it hard into the other one, both landing on the ground on top of each other. He sighed in relief and rubbed at his chest before ignoring the pain and brushing off his hands. "Too easy," he scoffed, smirk returning. "How you guys doin'?"

Leo sent out a beam that hit an enemy behind Vexin, finishing off the last of the infected ones in the area "As usual, making sure you two don't kill yourselves...We have what we need tho, we should report back to the base for now" he said, as he but away his blade, and walked towards Vexin. "You're lucky it's just a scratch...Meme, do your thing..." he said, as he watched the soldier walk towards Vexin and begin to work his magic. After, he lead them back towards the underground teleporter, making sure they left everything as it was so no one could find it except them.

"Sure thing." Meme said confidently. If there was one thing he felt useful for, it would be healing. Meme looked up was Vexin with a curious smile." Luckily it's not bad this time. Try to keep still a little---you know it will tickle, kind of." Meme placed his hand above Vexin's wound, keeping a few inches away from skin contact. Light blue, miniature orbs formed from Meme's hand towards Vexin's wound, a few orbs found themselves trailing away from the flow of healing light, wandering freely, until their light died away like little fireflies.
Meme smiled when he teleported back to the base. It was nice to be at the place he called his home. Although there wasn't much else to do besides train, sleep and train more, it was still nice to walk around and know you won't be attacked by a mutated family member. Meme walked on a straight white taped line on the ground holding his hands behind his back." So what's next on the agenda, guys?" He said, his voice full of youthful curiosity.

He watched impatiently as his wound was healed before walking away like a child in pouting and teleporting back to their base. He walked alongside Meme with his hands behind his head. "Yes, masta, please do tell. All I've ever wanted in the entire world is more work to do," he said in a mock-hunchback minion tone. He watched as a female worker passed them by and smiled to himself as he turned to watch her walk away--the view was nice from this side, too. As the woman turned down a hall so he could no longer see her, Vexin went to turn back around--only to waltz right into a solid wall and fall back, holding his nose. Luckily, no blood, but he grumbled a few choice words under his breath in humiliation.

basically like a zombie only more gruesome, and the only way a soldier can be infected is if their stone is de-tached from their body and then bit by an infected person, or if they are directly injected with the virus

Okay, if you will, before I continue to post about these 'infected,' could you explain them to me? Like, what they look like, what abilities they may have, etc. Can we touch them? Can they infect us by touching us or throwing something at us or coughing on us or something like that? Are they weak or strong? Because right now, I'm basically imagining a whole group of human-form zombies attacking us.

Quantum, the ability to speed, slow, or hinder time, you can also speed/slow/stop a person/object, but the main thing to keep in mind is the more time you hinder for something or someone, the more concentration it takes and produces more stress on the person.
Mimic is basically the ability to copy any particular item and turn your body into it, for example, you touch a rock and your entire body becomes stone, metal and your entire body becomes metal, etc.
Luna is basically Lunar energy, heals under the Moonlight, increased strength at night, and ability to channel Lunar energy in any form, During the daytime, that person becomes a bit less powerful (seeing as the moon is not present).

Okay, couple questions (because this seems extremely interesting, xD). What is Mimic? And how much can someone with the Quantum power do? Because that seems like it might be hard not to be god-modish with. Would Luna be the same as Umbra--or what can Luna do that Umbra can't? Sorry for asking so many questions.
