Dear Student,

We are pleased to let you know, you have been selected to participate in the student exchange program of Brexfield Boarding School in London, England. You will be given a full ride in our exclusive school for selected students for an entire year. Experience the wonderful history and cultures England has to offer you.

You will be sharing a room with your brother/sister for the entirety of the year. They will help guide you through the grounds and help with any questions you may have about the school or just London itself. We hope that you will be able to come to find these specially chosen students as friends you may have for a long time. We decided this exchange program would be good for the students around the world to interact with other cultures and learn just how alike and different we all are.

Also feel free to join in on any sports or extracurricular activities to experience everything there is to with the Brexfield Griffins.

If you have any questions or problems, please feel free to let us know and we will do by best to get you what you are looking for. We do hope to see you at Brexfield this school year.

1. In order to make a reservation, please be sure to include your hex color, year, and activity.

2. Face claims are more than welcome to be changed if wanted, just please let me know you want it changed. Make sure your face claim looks as close to the age and culture they belong to. Keep in mind, these are just placeholders mainly. If you don't want to use the face claim, change it.

3. More characters and cultures can be added only if and when every character slot is already taken.

4. Doubling up is fine as long as you are doing different genders and one is an exchange student and the other is a Brexfield student.

5. Please be sure to send in a WIP within 2 days of making your reservation. I would like finished characters within a week after your reservation. If more time is needed, please PM me and let me know.

6. Please do not join in if you are just going to disappear before it starts or in the middle of it. I would like writers who are wanting to finish the story.

7. Posts need to at least be 300 words. This isn't asking for too much. I just want to see enough detail to work with.

8. If you are going to be gone for an extended period of time, please let us know in the forums.

9. There will be a relationship sheet once all or the majority of the roles have been claimed. Work on your relations with other finished characters.

10. The character sheet below isn't mandatory to use. Feel free to use your own if you would like. Just include all of the asked for information in the sheet.
