-Covered in a very light dusting of freckles.
-Has a few small minimalist tattoo scattered on his body, but the two most notable is the geometric tattoo of an arrow starting from the inside of his elbow to the palm of his right hand and the phrase "quidquid Latine dictum sit altum videtur" on the left in the same spot.
-He wears glasses to help with his hyperopia.
Cassius is mostly seen wearing business casual clothes around campus, though he has been caught wearing anything between a more formal punk look to streetwear. His color scheme is usually monochromatic with pale tans and browns, with darker shades of colors like maroon and navy blue.
-Smells like vanilla and Earl Grey.
-Can fluently speak and read Italian, Norwegian, Latin and English. Is learning German, French, and Spanish.
-Speaks very clearly and with fluidity. His words are sure and well thought out with large pomus words being used when annoyed;i.e..
- He rarely blinks and stares at things from the corners of his eyes instead of turning his head
- He tends to zone out and stare at one thing intently; if he has his journal out, he write random words and phrases his mind makes up
- He sometimes stops whatever he was doing to stare at something that might've not been there
- When he's talking, he may slip into another language just because he was thinking about something in that language; this is the same for writing
- He has a slight tick in his neck can cause him to move his head suddenly if he doesn't periodically

At first glance Cassius is a gentlemen; friendly, charming and actively paying attention to the people around him; he very easily figures out how someone wants him to act and is able to react accordingly without skipping a beat. He could be talkative and flirty escort at parties and clubs, a responsive and attentive student in the classroom, a concentrated and dutiful chef in the kitchen, and everything in between; surely not a great fit for Sigma Chi. He is able to win over a lot of people this way, but if someone were to even want to try and get closer to him, they would look past all that glamour and see he fits in perfectly. Heβll try to keep face for a moment, heβll try directing the conversation back to whomever heβs with or return to a topic that was touch upon, but it wonβt take long before he drops the act all together with a very blunt comment about his boredom and an unwavering gaze. This is usually the first time someone actually gets a taste of who Cassius really is; cold, intelligent and blunt to the point that itβs insulting. His eyes that he used to read his company to appease them now watch them with a critical glint, ready to call out any and every thing he notices. The words themselves arenβt even all that bad, mostly just observations unless he has a vendetta or really trying to get a raise out of whomever has the rotten luck to catch his attention.
He is unapologetic about who he is, usually telling others that he βCanβt stand those who canβt handle his very neutral comments.βEven so, the people who do keep their ground to his constant barrage of words do earn his respect, approval and maybe a compliment. He would consider them at the very least good acquaintances and can tolerate their antics a lot more, maybe even make a snarky joke that may still sound like gripping or an insult. But hey if theyβve stayed around that long, then another drop in the bucket isnβt going to mean all that much. Of course this way of thinking, makes more enemies than friends, most of them being people who didnβt take rejection well and their peers, seldom do any teachers or people of authority hate him since heβs a smooth talker. He doesnβt bother to entertain these people with a response other than a backwards insult.
In his mind of course, he doesnβt see why they are so angry, over a rejection. He alway made his relationships clear and distinct, he never sleeps with someone who could potentially catch feelings and almost never dates; even then it only lasts a couple of weeks. He gives each potential partner βthe speechβ about how he doesnβt βfall in love, only lust.β Cassius isnβt one to play games at the expense of otherβs feelings, surprisingly, so he makes sure each one is aware of what he was after and what will take place. He has no desire to be in a relationship and while one or two people has caught his eye, he never desired to stick around. He was content where he was and has no desire to change any time soon. Heβs a lot of things, but heβs not a player.
- Writing & Reading
Books are one of the few things that could make Cassius feel something. He believes the invention of word was humanity's greatest achievements because ideas and teachings could last centuries after their writer is dead. He carries a journal around him at all times to write down his ramblings. - Learning
Throughout his entire schooling Cassius has loved to learn. Year after year, he was in the front of the class, answering and asking questions, sometimes derailing topics in the process. He was liked by almost all his teachers for this and actually stayed after class just to talk to them. By the time he graduated, he was valedictorian of his class and plans to be it again when he graduates college. - Snake breeding
Like him, snakes are misunderstood creatures; they're both thought to be evil when they really don't care about you unless you threaten them and they only care about two things; food and sex. Not to mention Cassius likes predicting and planning what the next batch of snakes are going to look like. Any really pretty ones he breeds stays with him while he sells the rest. - Tea
He's British, of course he likes tea, but this goes far beyond a mere like, oh no. He lives off tea he drinks so much that he constantly smells like the vanilla Earl Grey he drinks morning and night. He's so far gone that he makes his own tea. - Sex
His prefered way of getting out of his own head, even though it's a hassle to deal with the night's partner after. Still, it's a great way to clear his mind and fulfill base instincts. It's very common that after a session he's sitting at his desk and jotting down notes, ideas, and questions with his renewed mind.
- Developing Alzheimer's
Honestly, a worse fate than death to him. Cassius prides himself on his intelligence and mental capacity, so the thought of losing that and becoming nothing more than a shell of himself. The thought really puts him into gear in order to beat a cloak that might not even exist. - Dying
No, he's not afraid of death; he has come to terms with his mortality long ago and knows that nothing lasts forever. But he's afraid of dying. He's afraid of what it would feel like and how will it happen. Writhing in pain in a hospital bed? Going numb in a poodle of his own blood? Or, if he's really lucky, everlasting bliss of a true la petite mort. - Obscurity
Just like Cassius fears forgetting, he also is afraid of being forgotten. After a childhood of praise, recognition, and compliments, the thought of a monotonous, boring life in bureaucracy chills him to the bone. No, for the sake of his individuality he must break out of such a system, lest he gets lost in the sea of faceless people who have also failed. - Humanity causing its own demise
With things like global warming, overpopulation, and constant threat of nuclear war, Cassius fear's that the end is neigh. All he hopes for is that he's long gone before such a thing happens so he could live his life and learn all that this world has to offer before it's too late.
"Learn as though you would never be able to master it; hold it as though you would be in fear of losing it."

Cassius isnβt all that proud of his familyβs background; in fact his feeling lean more towards disdain. His parents were very average, his father, Magnus, worked in an office in Hastings and his mother,Siena, stayed home selling small pieces of handmade jewelry and baked goods to the little neighborhood they lived in a mile or two out of the town of Rye. He could never understand how his parents couldβve settled for such a boring life, to settle down in such a small town. Still, he couldnβt use their plainness as a reason to hate them so.| He grew up closer to his mother who was a very stereotypical italian mother. She taught him who to cook and bake and helped nurture his mind as best as she could, and for that he come to care deeply for her. He learned Italian and Latin for her and even took up her maiden name when he turned 16 since she had named him after her Grandfather and they had such similar personalities. He and his father were not as close. Because of his long work hours and Cassius also almost never home, the two rarely spoke more than a few words to each other. He was closer to his Grandmother more than his father, who taught him Norwegian when he was younger.
He and his younger twin sisters, Cecilia and Celestina, always felt so cramped and restless in Rye, so much so it wasnβt uncommon for them to ride around on their bikes after school all over town and even past the limits into the fields; it wasnβt all that strange to even see them walking the streets of Playden either. Cassius was somewhat of a father-figure for his younger sisters, he was the one to teach them how to swim and ride bikes, helped them with their studies and taught them what he learned; even though they were only 6 years apart. The two would wait for him at the school gates so they could all explore and talk about their days. Theyβd come home late at night, only when they were dead tired and hungry before getting up and going to school to start all over again. Of course their mother did not approve but didnβt really have anyway to punish them properly since taking away electronics or grounding them would just lead to them sneaking out and exploring even more. Safe to say she gave up trying to discipline them after that.
Heβs at the very least thankful for the town itself though. The amount of history and culture woven into the buildings themselves fascinated young Cassius into itβs history and European history in general soon after that, which was good since being in such a small, old town means there werenβt a lot of kids his age so the school system was a mess. His primary school was combined with another to create Ryeβs primary school when he he was in 4th grade and Rye College wasnβt all that better what with the change of the community system to houses. Even so, Cassius passed his classes with flying colors and then some and soon he was getting scholarships from universities around the country. His parents were proud, but when he mentioned studying in America they adamantly refused to pay, not only because of the lack of money, but because they want him closer to home. However that didnβt stop Cassius, in fact he just dug in his heels and got a job working in one of the townβs bakeries. For two years, Cassius saved up money to buy a plane ticket and then some in case he needed to stay the night and for tuition. I was during his first semester when he was approached by Beta Gamma and then by Sigma when they realized he was standing against them.
βNone of my predictions of my college life mentioned joining a Fraternity. I was never a huge fan of being apart of one when I read up their reputation while researching the βGreek Lifeβ as you all say. I can only compare them to the Dining Societies back in England, but more...repulsiveβ¦ I wanted nothing to do with them honestly, but the Omegas were persistent; I wasnβt about to align myself with pompous heritage boys thinking they rule the school. So I joined Sigma just to spite them. Petty, I know, but I really want to grind their gears and make their college career hell. I canβt wait to cause some mayhem.β
βWell I plan to move back to Europe, of course. Though Iβm hesitant to say which country exactlyβ¦ My Grandmother has a house up in Norway I could use in order to study the Norse languages in detail. I know the differences in dialect could lead to different countries treating you a different way so I plan on mastering those differences as the first thing I do once I leave.β
