Introduction

Edmund lay against the trunk of the oak, thinking back to how he had gotten himself into this mess. Maybe his parents had been right, maybe he never should have trained with psyenergy, maybe it was a curse. Maybe the soldiers were right, maybe all he could bring was destruction. No, he couldn't resign himself to them, psyenergy was a gift, not a curse. It could be used for good, and that was how he was going to use it. He could use it to protect people, he could heal minor injuries and wasn't a bad fighter. He could prove to the people that adepts were against the monsters, not with them. He couldn't return to his village, the soldiers would find and arrest him immediately, he had to go somewhere else. The city of Harapa was nearby, maybe he could find refuge there. He would have to stay merged with Grit, otherwise people would immediately realise that he was an adept. He pushed himself up and walked back down the dirt path towards Harapa. He wondered when he could return home, and what the villagers would think of him when he did, he wondered what would happen in Harapa and he wondered how and when his travels would end.

After the Grave Eclipse was ended, a new era of peace and prosperity was ushered into Angara. However, this peace was not to last. Over time, the number of adepts decreased sharply, making them a minority group all across Weyard. As the number of adepts fell, the number of monsters rose, and who better to blame than a small group of people with strange powers for this problem? Being an adept was declared illegal in most of the world, and anyone found using psyenergy would be taken away and executed for their "crimes". However, some adepts still practiced in secret, becoming better and better at controlling psyenergy. You are one of those adepts, and it is your job to stop the monsters from multiplying and gaining power in order to prove the innocence of adepts. The task will not be easy, but it must be done. Will you rise to the challenge?

Re: Golden Sun: Inquisition

Would it be possible to be a werewolf? since in the second Golden Sun game (a direct continuation from the first with no time skips) there is a whole village of them who can also use psyenergy.

Also how do the people feel about monks and stuff like that? since they use psyenergy but basically call it a different name.

Re: Golden Sun: Inquisition

Hi, I was confused at Rule #4: "You may have dark or light psyenergy."
Are you just saying that because it wasn't originally there in the game?

And also, would a peasant be considered a class?
