Height & Weight:
6 feet tall, 165lbs

Colors:Image
Brown eyes, brown hair.

Scars:
"Do you mean, emotionally? Cause you made a lot of those…"
A couple of scars travel along his color bone and down his neck on both sides. There are countless puncture-like scars along his arms and neck from bites. A small scar on the corner of his mouth.

Phisique:
"Take it in while you can. Or take a picture, but don't be creepy about it."
Short dark brown hair, rigid jaw line. He's very toned, but not excessively. Broad shoulders and waistline, causing a wider frame and his muscles to look bigger than they actually are. Looks mostly like his father when it comes down to the smaller features like the shape of his eyes, nose and mouth. He gets his height from his mother, and his frame from his father.

Wolf Description:
Awkwardly larger than the typical sized human-wolf hybrid, he assumes it from his genetic build that he got from his father. Although his wolf form is much larger, his coat looks rather feminine. He has thick black fur with white markings on the snout and ears. His paws are also white, like small socks, as well as his stomach. His ears are smaller than usual and the left ear has a missing chunk out of it. Not too large, but just noticeable. His tail is rather long, the fur grows longer at the tip.

Abilities:
Able to hear extremely well, typically better than the average hearing of a wolf. Can retain information really well, has a photographic memory. Nothing to special or spectacular, but does occasionally use his memory and hearing to his advantage when the situation fits. Doesn't like to pry on others, but if it's crucial, or even life or death, he will.

Personality:
One the Outside
Calan has a tendency to take even the worst situations in stride. He's always sarcastic, poking fun at the worst of things to try and keep the mood light. His outlook is always full of optimism, never missing a beat even when life throws its curveballs. Calan's been outgoing from the get-go, always out to make friends and allies. His sarcasm has been built in a way that has always managed to make or break his friendships, but he refuses to drop it. Of course, when times desperately call for all seriousness, he fills the part. He's extremely good at hiding his inner feelings, rarely ever letting them out he tries to stay strong and bold. He's very protective and assertive, helping out the pack as much as possible, especially his Alpha. He knows how tough the job can be at times, and how demanding it can be, causing him to feel especially empathetic for his pack leader but not enough to be kissing ass.
On the Inside
Although his sarcasm gets the best of him, on the inside he tends to overanalyze and over think everything. That is, when he has the time for it. Otherwise he's acting solely on impulse, which isn't always a good one. His internal worrying and seriousness conflicts with the outer-self resulting in rare spurts of rage that are almost completely out of control and sometimes violent. He has never been able to pinpoint his triggers or find the best way to calm down, but hey! He's working on it. To someone who doesn't know how his clock ticks internally, his rage is solely out of the blue with no signs or triggers of it coming. And of course, he's the type of guy who wants to fill the stereotype of being strong and courageous, so letting people in is once in a very, very, very, blue moon.

Okay, so maybe he's a little crazy. Maybe just a tiny, minuscule bit. But he hides it well. And no one is perfect!

History:
Calan grew up in the suburbs with a medium sized family. Two elder sisters and his parents lived in a four bedroom house at the dead end of a cul de sac. It was the ideal home for a family that wanted 2.5 kids and a dog named spot. Or, as one would know it today, the American Dream lifestyle. But on the inside of his easter yellow house, it was anything but your ideal family. His two sisters, who were twins were constantly at war with each other. Image Even though they didn't share bedrooms and didn't have to be in the same areas of the house, there was always some sort of reason to fight. His mother, Leah, she was a gentle, kind-hearted woman in her early years but as Calan started entering high school things started heading downhill. His mother started to get Alzheimer's and was throwing the twins into even bigger fits. His father couldn't cope with the fact that the love of his life couldn't even remember his first name, or who he was, causing him to leave the family without a trace. By his sophomore year in high school, Calan was the man of the house. He admitted his mother into a home, where he and his sisters visited weekly. And at home, he was in charge of his two sisters who couldn't seem to put their bickering on hold for even just a fraction of time to realize that their younger sibling was doing what his parents should have still been doing.
With his siblings nagging at him, trying to get him to pick sides in the fights they had, Calan picked up his optimism. Trying to keep things light, always trying to keep both of his sisters happy with him, knowing that if he started a fire it would never burn out. While this was happening and time was passing, showing no signs of return from their father, Calan started carrying the weight of remedial tasks. Paying the bills, maintaining the houses' cleanliness, chores, school, work. The balance was no longer a scale, but rather a ten ton weight on his shoulders. Just a few months before he found himself part wolf, Calan had his first blow-out. Leaving both of his sisters devastated, he left home with no intentions to return. He had managed to save enough money to find a small apartment on the other side of the town, just barely getting by. But it was better than where he grew up, that was for sure. Now, as a hybrid and a newfound pack, Calan still thinks back to his family, but still with no intention of return. He doesn't bring up the past, or let it effect his day to day life.

So begins...

The words rung through Calan's ears, and at first he didn't know how to react. Not even a chime of a sarcastic joke left his lips. Then again, he was mid bit of food when Eden had revealed the news. There really wasn't anything that could lighten an announcement like that. After a moment of staring at Eden in complete and utter silence, Calan started to eat his lunch again. He sent a sideways glance around the table at the rest of the pack before swallowing a bite of pizza he'd been chewing. "Well, we can think of it as making friends… you know, since we're not very good at that with humans." Calan muttered with a grunted chuckle before glancing down at the bruised apple on his lunch tray. He cringed as he picked it up and inspected it more closely before making a sound of disgust and tossing it over his shoulder, onto the floor of the cafeteria.

"So, why do we have to join them?" Calan asked after taking a long sip of his milk. He wanted to know more, especially since this wasn't something that was up for argument. The way Eden had explained it had him thinking that it wasn't up for argument or ideas at all, but rather that it was her say, and the way that things were just going to happen. Since he couldn't change what was coming, he could at least find out more about it. He leaned back in his chair, kicking his feet up onto a bar underneath the table and throwing his arms across the back of his head. "I really wanted to eat that apple." He grumbled with a small frown as he looked down at his empty lunch tray. His stomach growled a little. These lunches were never enough for him, it was like he was eating a snack. He always found himself at home eating nearly four times as much as what he had just had. After a moment of a distracted thought of what he was going to eat when he got home, Calan looked back up at Eden with curiosity.

Disgusting. In all honesty, that was the only word that sprung to Shiloh's mind, at the current moment, that could even remotely describe the animosity she felt towards high school. More specifically; the cafeteria in which she was always promptly ushered into by the shrill alarm of the bells. Ah yes, the lunch period.. perhaps the only time, aside from the final seconds of the last period, that most of the teenagers managed to snap out of their shells, out of their zombie-esque trance, to interact with students of similar caliber in whatever manner they deemed fit at the moment. And, judging by a few of the tossed insults (some holding a playful joviality...others on the opposite end of the spectrum), the physical contact that was spurred by their fluxing hormones and overwhelming drives of testosterone, some of these lifeless students acted quite in the reverse of their classroom presence.

Of course, Shiloh normally wouldn't have been so fixated on observing the humans..but then again, since the first light of dawn had woken her this morning, there had been a creeping sensation in the recesses of her conscious that today would be the polar opposite of normal. So, naturally, everything she did today was going to be out of the ordinary. God..they are so.. unusual mused her metacognitive inner voice, just the slightest twinge of curious repulsion lacing the words. After all, despite having been educated, Ches had never been to an actual high school, home-schooling always being the option decided best for her. Anyone who had spent the last sixteen years of their life in reclusive hiding would have been reacting in a similar fashion to Shiloh..it was just natural, expected. So, with those ethereally hued orbs continually sweeping the room for any appalling signs of teenage socializing, a slender hand darted forward to pause at the edge of the plastic tray, the color of a washed out navy blue, that was sporting some blatant marks of over usage. Never once retreating her surveying gaze, that hand sprung back into motion after a second of pause to lightly grasp a cupcake tucked into it's compartment, the poor pastry never once having a moment to have an epiphany of it's gruesome fate. That is.. if inanimate objects could reach such mental capacity. Fluidly raising the sugary mess off the tray, Ches flickered her gaze downwards to it, any interest in gazing at her peers lost. Hm... yellow today, huh? murmured her thoughts, distaste weaving it's bitterness into the syllables. Lazily, the opposite hand's pointer finger made a quick swipe across the top of the cake, a large clump of artificially dyed buttercream sticking to the digit. Raising it to her lips, Ches's slender tongue darted forward, those tastebuds that registered the sensation of sweetness nearly bursting with joy. That was when she noticed Eden, almost seemingly, appearing from nowhere.

One look at her Alpha, that was all it took for the pack member to recognize something was horridly wrong. Shifting on the plastic beneath her, a frown tugging the corners of her mouth downwards, Shiloh peered at Eden with an imploring anxiety. "The Foalan pack will be joining the Bleddyn pack. The date is scheduled for two weeks from tomorrow." rang out her hesitating tone, a certain underlying emotion present that evaded Shiloh. Dropping her now-clean finger from her mouth, the guard only managed a blink or two of blankness, eyes void of any major reaction. This is quite..odd.. Why? echoed out her conscious, colorful inquiry adding life to the unspoken words. Flickering a glance over at the Beta, who was currently stuffing his face with an assortment of food, Shiloh couldn't help but quirk an eyebrow at his grunt of a chuckle, his words trying to make light of the situation. "Well, we can think of it as making friends… you know, since we're not very good at that with humans. So, why do we have to join them?" Thankfully, Calan voiced the question that was nagging, a saving grace. Biting her lower lip, eyes still guarded from emotion, Shiloh was still attempting to figure out her position behind this piece of news, her mind quickly becoming a busybody of swirling thoughts. Finally omitting a soft growl, she leaned furtherinto the backing of her seat before tightly crossing her arms over her chest, eyes just ever-so-slight narrowing. "Well.. this is going to be fun. Keeping you safe from the enemy when they are literally next door.. How are we suppose to know that we can trust them? I mean, I've been here for a few months but that's enough to realize that there is some pretty deep shit between you guys."

''The Foalan pack will be joining the Bleddyn pack. The date is scheduled for two weeks from tomorrow."
Just that sentence brought Xander out of her thoughts. Xander had been looking out of the window that she was sitting next to, just day dreaming about being outside, where she belonged instead of this hell hole called high school. Xander hated being stuck inside for hours, having to listen to adults talking about math and what not. Xander just wanted the final bell to ring so she could be outside, with the fresh air and be free. Xander looked back at Eden and thought about what she said about the two packs being forced to join to form one pack.

Xander looked around and hoped no one over heard what they were talking about, other wise they would have to explain, a lot. She looked at Eden again and said, '' Well, you're our leader. What you say goes, I won't ague with that.'' Xander looked back around to see what the others would say, since she wasn't one to talk much, like at all.
''Well, we can think of it as making friends… you know, since we're not very good at that with humans." Xander looked at Calan and smirked, he would be the to say that. Xander looked back at him when she saw him look down at the apple he had and frowned and then threw it over his shoulder. Xander ever so slightly gave him a smile and then she quickly stopped smiling when he said,'' So, why do we have to join them?'' Xander also was wondering why as well.

Xander stood up and grabbed her tray of half eaten food. She then looked at Calan before she left when she heard him say, '' I really wanted to eat that apple'' He said with such a child like tone. Xander couldn't help but smile, she looked down at her tray again and saw that she had gotten an apple, but didn't eat it yet. She walked behind Calan and dropped it in front of him, and it landed on his tray. It was a bright, pump red apple and Xander wasn't hungyy anymore, and she hated wasting food. She playfully ruffled the pack of Cadan's hair and walked away to throw away her left over trash.

Xander walked back over to her pack at their table, but before she sat down she heard someone say, '' I swear..don't you ever find something a little you know..strange with Eden and her..followers?'' Xander stopped and waited to see if they would talk more about them, but they didn't so she just sat back down next to Eden.
Xander looked at Eden and said, '' They're talking about us again. I heard Dylan and his jocks talking. Do you think this could be bad?'' Xander looked back at Eden, then back at the others and waited for the others to talk again.
